    @BSNLCorporate BSNL services Becoming WORST in HYDERABAD, Telangana due to BAD performance of staff. No drinking water/ Toilets at customer service centres particularly in MUSHEERABAD BSNL exchange. Customer care Staff NOT ATTENDING DUTIES properly. So Kindly take action.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt I am trying to port my number from bsnl and since yesterday and the UPC couldn't be generated , we get a reply stating either delayed or couldn't be processed. Plz resolve this issue ASAP

    @BSNLCorporate Hi I have been using BSNL self care portal recvingebills as well as online payments .My payments are not been accnted I have raised the issue on self care portal it says probelm reslved however the bill remain outstding is there an email id to write too

    A week back I tried to port form BSNL to airtel and it failed due to a UPC issue at @BSNLCorporate Now I request for an update about the situation as no one lifts the call on helpline due to lockdown @airtelindia can u help me regarding the situation

    @bsnl_tt Our Nation has got Independence and celebrating 72nd Republic day.But as a BSNL BB customer I am not celebrating,for the reason you have not made work simple.Since 15 days I am not getting my BB is not working well,inspite of complaints resuled in chavos Ac# 9000474937

    worst internet service ever used in Hyderabad with BSNL network, very poor signals an low internet speed . Mobile : 9441633047 Location : Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy Dist. 500086 If this poor signal continues for next 3 days I'll port to another network @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi Allocation of funds to support BSNL and MTNL must done immediately by giving 4g spectrum immediately and infrastructure to Build 5g it's too late otherwise all the private Operators are in 5g trials

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Customer, your escalation with reference number 125220378064 has been Resolved. Please call BSNL Customer Care at 1500 for further queries. Thank you. They have closed issue as resolved..But in actual all issues remain the same... I don't know what to say.. Can anyone Help?

    @bsnl_tt , @CgmTelangana I took a new sim yesterday, was told it's a 4G sim. It got activated during the midnight. To start internet service was told to message someone, how many steps are there, why can't all the procedures completed at once dear BSNL

    2. BSNL Selfcare portal doesn't seems to recognise my Fiber connection. I've been provided with Billing Account Number and Landline number but when I try to add the account in the Selfcare portal under wireline service. It says information not found. How will I change my plan?

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl must provide that ofc charges .it is impossible to pay ofc charges for new connection for a user. How bsnl think that in this way u transform digital india if you not connect real rural area . Bsnl must consider our issue.Rural india shouldn't be deprive from digital india.

    Finally recharged my bsnl sim. No JIO signals anywhere in my locality. That's why i have this as a backup, their network is available everywhere, though the pricing plans suck.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @bsnljajpurtown Dear sir I beg for a BSNL ftth connection since 1 month near NC College jajpur & many times I have called the ftth team, I met SDO Bsnl but there is no response. As per them only road side res can get the service. My res is 500 mtr far.

    Dear Respected Sir @narendramodi Please start 5g service in India with BSNL @BSNLCorporate as reliance and Airtel are years away from deployment due to investment issues. Countries which are inferior to India in terms of GDP already has 5g. Best Regards Kaustav
