  @rsprasad I am having DTH from BSNL if it works fine but any issues it takkes days to get it set right . No proper technical staff on field . Ravi Shankar Prasad ji Unless the Customer support and technicians are skilled the investment is futile and no use.

  @FinMinIndia When BSNL ,AIRTEL JIO telecom operators are offering ₹1699package for one year free calls to any network,data @1GB per day,100 sms per day,is it not proper to limit the reimbursement to the same amount to authorities.Qhich also saves much amount

  @BSNL_KTK Our landline connection has not been working for Incoming calls since 05dec20. A complain has been raised on 09dec20 Ref No 124136786874 because of WORST customer service from BSNL no action has been taken so far even after innumerable repeated follow ups.

  @Arju936 @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Arjun ji, Almost same types of experience I had with BSNL Gurgaon. Gurgaon is called cyber city but BSNL’s net speed is like turtle 🐢. After 30 days long follow up no progress then I went with private service provider.

  @ViCustomerCare Vi not able to hold customer long term..Due to many time balance deduction , Now i want to port it to Jio or BSNL and i also ending this 15 years relationship Started in 2004 with Hutch,Vodafone and Vi.. Vi should be focus on customer need for survival..
