@bsnl_ap_circle @BSNLCorporate six calls to BSNL customer service. All answered but but on mute. I never heard anyone. The hindi option picked up and asked “ hello ji, kya hona aapko bolo” and disconnected.

@IndianExpress BSNL is an example of PSUs going down the chute! Look at PSU banks! Now BSNL. It's one of the most terrible service providers. Because it's overstaffed, staff irresponsible, bad service. It was bound to happen. Why it wasn't privatised like VSNL, MTNL

And the surprise is that 24x7 support by BSNL is ensured by top management. Still, BSNL cannot provide bandwidth due to restricted Band With Usage by GOI. All this to loot PSUs
