    @BSNLCorporate I took a chance by opting BSNL internet service however now I am regretting my decision as I am very disappointed by the service quality n issue response so for. Realising why private service providers are in profit yoy n not the government owned one.

    @BSNLCorporate Tried connecting with local JTO multiple times however till 2:45pm today he was not in office. Not sure if concern official won't be in office then how come the issue will get resolved. Got a call via Mr. Dattu local BSNL office and he confirmed the unavailability of JTO so far

    @BSNLCorporate sir i have given complaint many times regarding my fibre internet which is not working properly but there is no response from last 2 months i went to charminar bsnl office hyderabad still there was action taken i request for strict action against this thanks

    @gulsher_ramana @its_AP7 We are not running behind government job. Better in Pvt job. Public sector work culture is very different and BSNL service is very poor.

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @OfficeOfRSP No response from BSNL concerned JTO to whom I am trying to contact since last two weeks. There is disconnection issues and at the same time I was charged additional money in the name of initial charges which was not communicated to me.

    @BSNLCorporate Instead of getting DATA, getting SMS stating you have exceeded your DATA. I am supposed to get 1.5 GB. UNFORTUNATELY not getting on 9491276899, Someone called from 6203483761,9771642667 stating from BSNL Customer Care, asking bank details!!!!????

    @BSNLCorporate Appropriate your response at least however BSNL local officials n third parties services n response are very poor and I can understand now why BSNL has so bad reputation in the market in terms of customer service n issue resolution...

    Since last two weeks, I tried reaching Ali (+91 94901 36939) via many calls, WhatsApp n SMS however didn't get any response. Called customer care n there said that I need to visit nearest BSNL office

    @BSNLCorporate I am a FAN of BSNL. Unfortunately I am not getting even ".5" GB data ! Out of 3.5 GB/ Day. Painful to say that "NO SIGNAL" Even in cities like Hyderabad and BANGALORE! Every time brought to the notice of authorities, but "NO RESPONSE NOR ACTIONS" WHAT TO DO. ????

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL services Becoming WORST in HYDERABAD, Telangana due to BAD performance of staff. No drinking water/ Toilets at customer service centres particularly in MUSHEERABAD BSNL exchange. Customer care Staff NOT ATTENDING DUTIES properly. So Kindly take action.

    @bsnl_tt Our Nation has got Independence and celebrating 72nd Republic day.But as a BSNL BB customer I am not celebrating,for the reason you have not made work simple.Since 15 days I am not getting my BB is not working well,inspite of complaints resuled in chavos Ac# 9000474937

    Bsnl broadband service isn’t working since more than 24 hrs now in Sri Tirumala hills colony, gandamguda, Hyderabad. Could you pls help with an ETA here @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate as it’s quite urgent to get this fixed especially given we are working from home.

    @BSNLCorporate I think the authorities of BSNL will provide CDMA, when land line wires broken, or not there. When private operators are providing CDMA connections, the GREAT BSNL, I think can provide the facilitate Customers.

    @ndtv Because, its "Made in India", to help out and increases the demand of UK's #COVISHIELD which is Pvt company @adarpoonawalla , Modi has to do this "anti national service" and dump ICMR, as he destroyed and wiped out BSNL for Jio.

    @BSNL_MP_Circle @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate My landline number is 7544-292229, There is no internet from last 3 days, have lodged complaint also on bsnl portal (ref: 1056340205), still no internet. This is the service of fibre service of bsnl, no adressing of problem

    We have facing frequent disconnections and low speed issues... with bsnl brodband connection (Bharat net) Vendor saying it is the BSNL Karwar issue.....! What is going on ! Who we need to ask..... How we need to do WFH @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @narendramodi

    Mobile telephone service sector is in stress since quite long. BSNL is also not being looked into to become viable. Pandemic has hastened d deterioration of d sector. Govt. is maintaining silence....we as users r in limbo.

    To further add, this means the customer cannot send SMS for activating any UPI services or even submit a porting request without spending 128/- and then let it go to waste. This is what happens when you let telecom space monopolised by just 3 companies while BSNL still struggles.

    @BSNL_KTK don’t just msg telling it will be considered and done ,it’s eye wash statement you send us,very very bad state Bsnl,no response after so many callls.not a soul to ask what the problem ,where is BSNL heading ,that’s why private people are dominating

    @BSNLwarriors123 That's what mean by service . they are very sure at the service .their towers with 100℅ uptime with equipped battery, diesel generators, good microwaves backh,aul in times of fibre break. Maintaining QoS but bsnl lags in terms of coverage and reliability.

    VodaIdea would fail eventually even if the govt converts telecom dues to equity. No way it can compete with Jio. Short term solution should not create long term problems. If govt takes stake in VodaIdea it's just going to become another rotten BSNL with pathetic work culture
