    @jgopikrishnan70 Another surprise. Went to BSNL counter to pay bill. Asked to come again as systems not working due to power cut. Went again to pay, same answer systems down. Third time lucky, took two minutes to pay. Felt BSNL is dead and waiting for last rites.

    They support only R company instead of supporting peoples(public) company(Bsnl) bcz their formula is divide(between Religions & cultures) and Rule(on country)

    @Swamy39 Sir please interfere in BSNL issue. Salaries are not paid till Today. Employees are suffering without Money and for their Livelihood.

    @bsnl_tt from past 2 weeks I have been complaining abt slow internet connection. Neither the local exchange no (Malkajgiri, HYD) works nor the concerned authorities respond. Being cust for 10 yrs, now I am vexed with your cust responsiveness. Good bye BSNL. @DoT_India @rsprasad

    @manojsinhabjp ph. 08413 233096,Narsingi ex.Internet failed Sunday 10.15am. My complaint to SDE concerned was ignored. Fixed only at 12.15 pm Monday,bank also cld not work, suufferd much business. Ppl work in BSNL don't know, whn WE SLEEP, WORLD AWAKE. Just encounter such ppl.

    with other private players. Network problems. There is need to revamp the BSNL with techno intelligent staff. The Govt. must order all deptss. to use BSNL mobile phones only. Public out cry is to save this Public sector which is a National pride & ready to purchase atlest one sim

    @Aadhaar_Care @UIDAIHyderabad The center is BSNL, ECIL, Hyderabad. I never said non-functional. They are not acting according to the written instructions in the form. I will be happy if you settle my issue than taking action on the person.

    Unless kaamchoor ,excess staff not dismissed BSNL can never improve. 99% lady staff was busy in gossipi g,sweater netting,medical benefit.

    @rsprasad I am having DTH from BSNL if it works fine but any issues it takkes days to get it set right . No proper technical staff on field . Ravi Shankar Prasad ji Unless the Customer support and technicians are skilled the investment is futile and no use.

    @BSNLCorporate My father has used a BSNL number for 20+ years. Now he needs a SIM upgrade for a new phone. I’ve been running between BSNL offices & reps, but no one even listens. One of your employees (94717 57008) keeps saying “I’ll visit your home” but never shows up.Plz help..

    @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate signal strength is literally poor. Kindly see that call forwarding option is available in BSNL. I will wait till 24 February 2026 if no improvement in BSNL service I will quit BSNL

    @BSNL_JKD Very bad network. National wide they have released VoWiFi but its not working. From July i have been complaining about network but yet no revert. Never by BSNL sim.

    Dear BSNL, My phone doesn't showing VoWifi in settings for BSNL ( Sim 1) though it has dual VoWifi feature (Moto g34 5G). Please do the needful as soon as possible if it is a carrier problem. @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR

    @BSNL_OR why mayurbhanj bsnl 4g network fluctuation every time.. and.. internet very slow 4g to 3g fluctuation.. please resolve mayurbhanj network issue.. i trust bsnl network.. Bsnl head officer .. please 🙏🏻
