On 17th May 2019, I made a complaint about my Mom's BSNL no. +91-9436892420 (NE-2) & so far it's not yet resolved. Please resolve all the above problems at the earliest.

Or if BSNL is providing direct installation then please help me through because your bsnl office services in my area are extremely poor.

First there is no fix installation charges, the LCO (Local Cable Operator) is asking ₹4000/- for ont and installation. So my question to @BSNLCorporate is that should i give this money to the lco ?
