    @BSNLCorporate My landline (0385-2441850) & cousin's landline (0385-2440058) are not working since last night. On 17th May 2019, I made a complaint about my Mom's BSNL no. +91-9436892420 (NE-2) & so far it's not yet resolved. Please resolve all the above problems at the earliest.

    For each subscriber disconnection due to bad customer service, BSNL has to payback Rs. 1 lac to government as a penalty. Hard earned Public money is going waste in the form capital infusion to BSNL.

    My first SIM was BSNL, the Student Power plan with ₹99 monthly rental. It was truly revolutionary back in 2003. I was doing my Diploma then and BSNL was offering this plan to students on a bonafide certificate. The craze was such that even teachers used students’ bonafide certificates to get the card for themselves. At that time, other postpaid plans were around ₹200 per month, and the moment this launched, all operators were forced to reduce their rentals. That was the moment when BSNL could have been pushed further and strengthened, but instead the focus shifted towards private players. Today the situation is such that despite being affordable, BSNL struggles with basic network quality and still lacks proper 5G, with speeds that often don’t match expectations.

    @BSNL_TN I switched 4nos in our home from Jio Airtel to BSNL. Now I feel worst why I did this..poor network coverage,call drop in last 1 month.. customer care called my no..that also not able to speak ..better leave bsnl to jio and airtel

    @IndianTechGuide Congrats airtel for digging your own grave. More ppl will move to jio also vi. Many will experience Tru 5g of jio nd airtel scam stops. Hope airtel kills itself like other operators bcz its the biggest scam, never they help consumers like jio nd bsnl

    @bsnl_care Hi Abhishek, Thanks for your response. My device software is already up to date and I am connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. However, the Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi) option is not appearing at all for my BSNL SIM. Device: Google Pixel 10 It seems the feature is not enabled for BSNL on my device/network. Kindly check and confirm when it will be available for Android devices. Thank you.

    @bsnl_ap_circle @CMDBSNL Worst experience, booking ID APP20260417834033, got reply that BSNL FTTH network is not available l . But many users are already using fibre in my area area .Govt employees slacking? Pl escalate to nodal officer.Bsnl employee don't want to work, each time they reject

    @yabhishekhd airtel is useless now. premium prices for ordinary service. bsnl he le lo, 2399 for a year. its 4g works great now , in my location. even vi is good, becuz of night time unlimited data
