    @BSNLCorporate My landline (0385-2441850) & cousin's landline (0385-2440058) are not working since last night. On 17th May 2019, I made a complaint about my Mom's BSNL no. +91-9436892420 (NE-2) & so far it's not yet resolved. Please resolve all the above problems at the earliest.

    I have been a BSNL customer, a loyal customer, for more than 15 years since Apr 2011 when I came back to India. Same number, same network. I have stuck to BSNL. It has really improved tremendously. @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @MicrosoftvApple edge, hspa, 2g or no network. these are the things you'll get mostly. v less areas have good bsnl connectivity. never have 2 numbers of bsnl. also you can't use internet while calling btw azadi means freedom from internet life due to no signal XD

    @TRAI keeps releasing drafts and rules but never fixes anything for common users. Jio-Airtel raise prices, network stays average, BSNL is still useless, and TRAI just watches. You can’t even do one proper good thing. rules stys on paper. When they violate, loopholes, no action.

    @TRAI Awareness about non availability of network and Roaming in Mumbai and New Delhi by BSNL should be there so that the customers don't feel cheated This is very essential so that customer should buy another sim from other service providers or may not buy BSNL
