    @DoT_India Sir I'm writing my greivance regarding BSNL.Around one year has been passed since I have taken Landline connection which is 033-25631103. Since then I'm facing "Echo Issue"when I make call in Local.I complained many a time about this issue.but they hasn't resolved yet.

    @ydm1996 @BSNLCorporate @Airtel_Presence @CMDBSNL @TRAI In my locality we get 8-11 mbps in 3g network. But also to mention that location must vary. In indoor condition bsnl 3g gives 3-4 mbps max. Hope bsnl will launch 4g soon.

    @avikpal4u @JioCare @DoT_India @srinathvelma @BSNLCorporate @airtelindia @VodafoneIN Oh. I see. This pvt companies are making fools to the customers. Monopoly raj started already. In my locality vodafone gives 20+mbps speed but i still choose bsnl to support the psu.

    @BSNL_KOTD last few days i noticed that your SMS service didn't work properly its take too much time to deliver sms and also delay to receive sms. Sometimes same sms receive several times. Same thing happens with my brother #BSNL number @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @DoT_India

    But payments to BSNL another PSU are regularly failing putting BHIM users to uncalled for troubles. Complaint after complaint are just shoved with no remedy. BHIM so assuredly dedicated to public by our PM is handled lousily as if to let BHIM die to grow private sector UPIs.contd

    @CTDBSNL It is very sad to state that BSNL does not care for the customers. Pls check how many times the service calls were recorded for 033 24845745 and when one wants to surrender he is treated like a dog. Notice says last paid bill not current bill. Rude behavior of staff

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @manojsinhabjp BSNL network is down in basirhat, west bengal (Pin-743411/12) from yesterday and we have faced this issue twice in February 2019. Please look into it.

    @JioCare The worst customer service in the world. From 3rd of May still the same issue. It's the sim network issue I already replaced the sim. But still having same problem. Even BSNL sim works perfectly.
