@narendramodi The only advantage BSNL is having over others that its packages do not have short validity periods. For Talktime, it is best, but as far as net is concerned, at least in my case, Dist. Hooghly (WB), it is horrible. The crores of Rs spent should benefit the people.

They don't have proper infrastructure or employees to carry out the work. Empower and help them so that they can help customers like us.

This @ViCustomerCare can’t even come near to bsnl. #vi is like Buffalo what ever you tell they won’t listen to customers needs. Instead of #vi they can rename as Buffalo network.
