    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate My land line no. 033-22843922 along with Broadband, Entally area, Kolkata is not working since mid December 2019. Complained raised at local exchange, area manager & at CGM/BSNL/Kolkata without any results. Please arrange permanent disconnection.

    @BSNLCorporate It's been more that 30 days since I applied and paid for wings connection. Didn't receive 16 digit pin to activate , number provided by BSNL is 8900877765. Application no LD10964874 Payment Ref No: GWIN2004203389388 Please help.

    @rrsprasad, @officeofrsprasad All of the lockdown has almost passed away. My BSNL broadband is not functioning, since a day before Lockdown 1.0. Officials say, mechanics are not working as their salaries are due for 10 months. I am deprived. Ph. No. 03322643127

    Our office is in main business hub of Kolkata (Dalhousie). But still the only option for a landline connection is incompetent @airtelindia as the ailing BSNL is no more of an option and @reliancejio is yet to roll out their service. This has made @Airtel_Presence complacent.

    Dear @BSNLCorporate , I am carrying a 10 yrs old BSNL number And from past two days its not working( no network signal in network signs) . So i request to you please solve . lockdown is going on and all my bank accounts are attached with this number and can't call customercare.

    @BSNL_KOTD from last 15days I’ve called several times for deactivate caller tune in(8420988972)no but they failed to resolve it and this is admissible for me,is this service is great from BSNL @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_KOTD my BSNL FTTH connection is out of order since cyclone Amphan ie 20 May. Communicated with customer care for quite a few times . Complain no 15488405182 dt 27 May . Wrote to Mr S K DEB GM Kolkata but no reply so far. My kids attending online classes. M - 9836634579

    @riti_kkaa @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I once took connection of @BSNL_KOTD when I was a student and preparing for my CA. Was so pissed up with the connection. Even went physically to their office. Spoke to personnel. Bt u knw bSNl is BSNL. Who uses it now! Its your fault! Lets the customer beware is the maxim 🤣

    @Anandamoy2017 @BSNL_KOTD Same here for high speed BSNL BB connection for which I pay much more than that of mobile network data & thank God this mobile network is saving me for continuing my duties. Being frustrated 2day went to exchange 2 surrender that bt not even succeeded 2 collect a form.

    @BabaBramhasmi @anvivud Exactly why govt could do nothing about quality of BSNL? Ambani provide cheaper price and better service and still makes millions of rupees then why couldn't BSNL do the same under Modi govt ? Why BSNL under govt is out of competition? Doesn't Govt want money and profits?

    @Paytm sir I recharged my bsnl number 9471605184 with my bsnl app powered by paytm upi. My upi ref no is 034037225725 but not reflect recharge. But balance is deducted. Your app show successfully done. What happened. Plz help
