    @BSNL_KOTD #Talk to BSNL CGMCTD D/Sir, My landline telephone number is 033-25525460 It is dead on 03.06.2021. Your department assured me on 15.7.21 for restoring my landline service within 10 days. Please expedite the process. This will be helpful to me, a supersenior citizen .

    Hello, @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate Today at 10:04 pm my mobile number port in to BSNL from airtel. I got my tele verification OTP. But when I try to call at 1507, from BSNL I got this message "Sorry, the service is unavailable at the current time. Please try again later."

    @OfficeOfRSP Respected Sir, My No 033 24284573 Broadband has not been working for the last 5 days . I have been continuously tweeting to Bsnl and Dot on daily basis. No help received so far and I am in an Emergency situation currently. Sir can you please help me.

    @TelecomTalk You guys need to talk more about this back dated technology what modern ISPs are using with their IP Network. CGNAT is getting used with fiber where 2 facade ago, BSNL dialup had dynamic but Public Top Level IP.. India must covert to IPv6 urgently

    @BSNLCorporate In my home location bsnl only provide 2G service although there is a bsnl tower in my area. Where 5g is knocking, your network provides only 2g network. My area is Chaipat, Paschim Medinipur, WB-721148. Please do the needful otherwise I will port out.

    @SBICard_Connect In the trailing mail 29/04 of Customer Care it is confirmed that “ Card is active”. Today morning I used card to pay BSNL but transaction was declined & Card is blocked. So that there is no coordination internally in SBI card and Customers are being harassed

    @BSNL_KOTour office line 033-22487811 is not working since May 2020 .complain done several time but no action taken but routinely every month we are paying the bill since May 2020. It is surprising BSNL doesn't revert to complain lodged on phone, via letter and also email.

    @DoT_India Today a fraud had called me at my land line number saying he is calling from Bsnl Customer care and asked me to download QS from play store on my mobile I got saved. Pls trace this guy down I am bringing this to your notice.

    @BSNL_KOTD 03325421089 gone dead down since 14th May. No idea how to make it alive again.This landline is solely for broadband usage.Hence do not find much reason to keep this line any more due to Pathetic services of BSNL technical team. Docket no 16120965782.Pls do the needful.

    @BSNLCorporate @KolkataPolice Then he asked me to provide my gpay pin so that he can deduct Rs 2 and fix the BSNL issue for ever. I refused to provide my PIN, then he started threatening me that my BSNL connection will be disconnected and will never get resolved. @KolkataPolice cyber crime, plz take action.

    Hello @BSNL_KOTD. I want to discontinue the Broadband services on my BSNL landline number 033 2421**** Customer care says I have to visit the exchange and submit a physical application. During pandemic, can't I do the same online?

    @BSNLCorporate I have raised the complaint on selfcare bsnl portal two times but my tickets get closed after 1 or 2 days and the issue was never resolved, the service is not delayed, infect there is no service. I am regretting that I put my money on BSNL fiber

    For the spurious unsolicited promo recd dated 23-01-2023 and registered vide DND violation complaint reference no.CDRGP3DEL20230123886582 dated 23-01-2023 ,BSNL has still not taken any action whereas the designated date for feedback on d action taken has already elapsed on 2ndFeb

    Today I received MSG from bsnl. " Dear BSNL user, to get better quality, coverage and high speed data services, please use BSNL SIM in slot 1 of your Mobile set. Thank you, Team BSNL." is this a joke? 3G network will also be available in SIM slot 1.
