Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. By mistake if it connects, it is getting disconnected within few secs. Then how the hell cust will reach cust care. #BSNL mobile service is lousy. 4/5

Then it was always dead for 15 days a month. Lineman used to charge 50-100 those days itself to fix on official complaint. That's why everything should be privatized.
