    The service which BSNL provides is just the worst. B'coz From day one when I got a connection for it, I had to face a lot of issues with its network. When we complain about it, No one is there to resolve it. Because of this issue, I have lost my job recently. #BSNLINDIA #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate Ok world is on 4g going for 5g. And you are saying use 2g in a 5g mobile. Why would I use 2g data if i can go for 4g data by just adding 50 more on jio network Thank you bsnl that's how you treat your former bsnl employee 👏👏

    @BSNLCorporate So small rains for 10 mns and Bsnl broadband is gone. After repeatedly calling messages no action whatsoever ever.. its been more than 6 to 7 hrs. This is the kind of service they provide. Pathetic

    @BSNLCorporate You can increase your tarrif rate but can't install 4g network .other operater already installed 4g network. Just think why bsnl loose their customers ????????????

    @ViCustomerCare @rucchitamishra Hi, they very well trained to tell lie. No missed call alert facility, no caller tunes,no 4g indoor coverage . No vowifi. No network.better merge#vi with BSNL

    @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH bsnl is activated to remind via sms only when the balance is exhausted, once the balance is set the customer's call is cut and the network disappears. Why cheat customers? Shame on bsnl!

    @CMDBSNL Sir, It seems if an issue in Bsnl Fiber is escalated to your good self, the Bsnl service person would disconnect the broadband service. Kindly direct them to provide uninterrupted service or let us know so that we can get connected with other service providers.

    @BSNLCorporate @consumerforum_ @CMDBSNL Paid nearly 7k for connection of bsnl broadband.Pathetic services. just a small power cut in village and the broadband also goes down..the exchange has NO POWER BACK UP. using bsnl since a month now and nearly half of the month I had no internet. I need refund or better service

    @DoT_India - Raised PG Complaint on #BSNL portal, received call from staff and explained the issue. After 1 hour #BSNL staff closed the complaint mentioning Subscriber services are OK. How can they close the complaint without fixing the issue that too raised in PG Portal, See DM.
