    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW Fed up with the speed related issue. I have bsnl fiber connection but speed is not up to the mark consumer pay the bill as well as pay his valuable time in complaining . Please help me out of these trouble. Hope to get a reply from you.

    @BSNL_UPW @BSNLCorporate I am a BSNL mobile customer in UPW circle..Presently in Delhi NCR..There is no network available..Trying to manually select other networks but no access.. Unable to send any msg though. CC is not responding when called from other network.Pls help

    @AirtelPresence i ported my number from BSNL to Airtel and it is so unfortunate to see the type os service i am getting, my bsnl sim got deactivated and Airtel sim still doesn’t work and Airtel store guy just making me roam around again and again, its my 6th day.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir even as per my last conversation, no such commitment by any one from BSNL,speed on ADSL is very slow. In case no feasibility, pls initiate closing my connection with full & Final

    @airtelindia i ported my number from BSNL to Airtel and it is so unfortunate to see the type os service i am getting, my bsnl sim got deactivated and Airtel sim still doesn’t work and Airtel store guy just making me roam around again and again, its my 6th day and situation same

    @Paytmcare I tried to recharge my mobile from repeat recharge the mobile operator was changed from jio to bsnl and money was deducted from my wallet and recharge was also not done pls refund my money back to my account my transaction I'd is 13292615323 pls help fast

    @LICIndiaForever Indian customers have full trust in LIC, but your employees will break that trust because when the service is not available then the customer will get upset and go to a private company and the condition of LIC will be like BSNL. I think so Modinagar branch code 250 branch.

    Few days back I had submitted to Sumit again but he has Lost my document, Customer are losing confidence with LIC I request pls improve service otherwise aap ka bhi wahi hal hoga jo BSNL and other company ka hua.. Because Now a days customer have the option..

    @BSNLCorporate l am fed up with speed issue with bsnl fiber broadband over wifi I have complaint many times but no satisfactory reply got from bsnl employee internet speed over wifi is so less. I'm using constantly bsnl internet but I'm not satisfied with the service please help

    @deepakjsingh @r_bhaduri Then you have no idea about when the damage was done. It was from 2005 and earlier that BSNL employees top to bottom were 'encouraged' by new entrants to stay stupid. Ask people who ran around to use their services bcos govt wanted only BSNL for govt servants.

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Why is BSNL Fiber's downtime so frequent? Other providers don’t face this. At least send a prior notice—sudden 7–8 hour outages cause major issues. Bringing features like other fiber brands would really help customers. It will be appreciated.

    @DoT_India Dear sir/madam, I have been facing challenge with my father's bsnl number. It has been deactivated due to a gap in recharge from @bsnl_care,@BSNLCorporate unable to recharge also because bsnl is not allowing to do it. Please help to get it reactivated. Thankyou

    @bsnl_care I had applied for a BSNL SIM card via the doorstep delivery service on the official BSNL website. I successfully completed the online KYC and made a payment of ₹153 on 11th July 2025 at 3:21 PM through Google Pay.

    Thinking of getting another SIM card .Is Airtel a good choice ? Ik BSNL is rising but it still has limited facilities / services ( OTT , slower network , inconsistent etc )

    @NamitaJaiHind You better port it to Airtel or Jio real soon. VI is definitely riding into the sunset.. Had to port my wife's and mother and mother in laws VI sims to Airtel due to horrible connectivity in Bangalores peak zones. Funny thing is BSNL too had better connectivity compared to VI 🤷
