I am opting out from BSNL service. Theynt old me if you will not remove the line your connection will not be terminated.

It was from 2005 and earlier that BSNL employees top to bottom were 'encouraged' by new entrants to stay stupid. Ask people who ran around to use their services bcos govt wanted only BSNL for govt servants.

Yesterday, I faced an outage and logged a complaint via their helpline, the problem was resolved within 5 hours. I was surprised by their quick telephonic response and the fast resolution. I recommend BSNL FTTH.
