I am opting out from BSNL service. Theynt old me if you will not remove the line your connection will not be terminated.

Today our engineer visit and found every pair earth 14 volt dc to 50 dc. Please arrange the cable jointer team and repair the cable , restore the bsnl link.

It was from 2005 and earlier that BSNL employees top to bottom were 'encouraged' by new entrants to stay stupid.
