@jiocare even tried to reach out ur customer care team but as usual dey r only repeating the same old stuffs. If I'm not going to get the response ASAP I'll sue JIO Team for charging 2.5K through fraudulent way and tk dis matter to consumer court....@consumercourtin

Your customer care saying we will not raise any complaint for this issue. You are having good coverage. Are customers fools who's is calling you. If cannot raise complaint then simply tell us use other isp. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI should have a policy for this

@JioCare how disappointing is your service. Sales person called me about 24 times in a period of 3 days to get jio net put. It’s been 6 days since I’ve paid and received an official mail but still no one has come to install the net. Sales guy doesn’t answer now.

Today if i conduct a poll in my area for choosing the worst network in telecom then the winner will be JIO for sure. Network of jio is useless, loads a single page in approx 5-10 minutes. The funniest thing is it took me half an hour to tweet this tweet. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare When I open app it doesn't show me as premium customer hence when I play any content the ott platform asks me to buy the premium. It's prett straight forward problem. The ott channels promised with jio are not working.
