I was informed by ur agent to call jio to cancel but your customer care agent says the delivery agent needs to cancel.

Network is the worst at my place and I have to struggle for even paying the vendor. I have generated port out code and will move to some other operator.

Ground level technician has more authority than escalation team. He can easily close request without otp and escalation team can not do anything.

So the engineer's assumption that installation isn't possible just because the tower isn't directly visible appears unfounded. Kindly conduct a proper site survey.
