  Dear @JioCare , I have raised many complaints regarding network issues and all complaints are closed without resolution. Network is the worst at my place and I have to struggle for even paying the vendor. I have generated port out code and will move to some other operator.

  @reliancejio @JioCare This is a feedback regarding your Jio Fibre service. It looks I have bought it to just watch your ads. It started with 1 ad for 15 sec and now anytime, 2-3 adv of even more than 1 min display. I thought, i will watch different program but only watching adv.

  I noticed my Netflix plan bundled with JioFiber was upgraded without my request or consent. I’ve now changed it back to the Basic plan. Do not charge me for the upgraded plan which I never asked for. Customers shouldn’t be billed for unsolicited upgrades. @JioCare @NetflixIndia

  @JioCare @reliancejio 1 YEAR. Same issue, still unresolved. Every power cut = 0 indoor coverage. Power comes back → 4G takes 30 min, 5G takes 45 min to return. Airtel & Vi work fine indoors during the same outages, same area. Why only Jio?

  @JioCare @reliancejio My old Jio SIM is lost. It was registered on a handwritten domicile cert. Every time I request a duplicate SIM, the CAF gets rejected from the backend. Kindly check the exact rejection reason and help me recover my number.

  @JioCare My refund it's 2+ months what is my fault for not getting refund. Pls release my refund by today & u keep doing postmortem not my issue. If you don't want to give my refund say it. I hate begging my own money. At least you guys have humanity left release it by today 🙏🙏
