@JioCare i am sorry to say that the network in jio sim is not very good. I am in delhi right now after that i have been facing this issue. When there is a network also i can hear the voice of other person on phone but he can't hear my voice. A year ago i had made a complaint.🤐

@jiocare even tried to reach out ur customer care team but as usual dey r only repeating the same old stuffs. If I'm not going to get the response ASAP I'll sue JIO Team for charging 2.5K through fraudulent way and tk dis matter to consumer court....@consumercourtin

It only took around 10 tweets, god-knows-how-many calls to customer care, endless minutes of hearing hold music and explaining the same thing each time. @JioCare what kind of pathetic service you guys are providing, it's been already 10 days where I'd applied for new broadband, connection fees has paid and after that there is no response. Installation got rescheduled thrice without any confirmation. Sic !!!

@JioCare Actually I'm now 101% sure that i can't get Best Possible service with Jio that's y i decided to part my Ways. My complaint getting 1 year Older now and every time i get only Time to wait. But now "पानी सर के ऊपर जा चुका है" यहां तक कि पिछले 3 महीनों से मैंने रिचार्ज भी नही किया।
