I was informed by ur agent to call jio to cancel but your customer care agent says the delivery agent needs to cancel.

When asked for an update, you say “we are working on i” and then simply ask for the details again. This shows that the cancellation process was never started it’s just a waste of time.

The Jio tower in Para, Hardoi stays off most of the day and works only for 1–2 hours. If this continues, people in the area may switch from Jio to Airtel. Please check urgently.
