@reliancejio @JioCare Worst customer service. Customer care executives taking calls and putting on hold for more than half hour and not responding to even a small query. Core team Have to look how their exec. are making fool by putting calls only on hold & not providing service.

@JioCare There is no network coverage people have to come out from the village to use the internet and make calls. It's not only me it's whole village suffering from similar issue with network. I raised this 3 years ago & in response I got what you are saying today.

.@JioCare @reliancejio your dns servers for fiber are not working efficiently. Lot of indian websites do not open but when I use a dns resolver, they open fine. Get your developers to check your dns resolvers.

@reliancejio my primary usage is to support work from home & jio fiber has been working greatly since I opted for the same. However it seems that with increase in customer count, jio is unable to support the traffic. Jio is falling into same “poor service lot” like other ISPs.
