    @jagograhakjago @aajtak @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Please justify that if the telecom service provider do not have network in a particular area then how he can take money and later make excuses that they will answer in 7 days/ 10 days. This is exploitation of consumer rights.

    Hi @reliancejio, I would request you to launch your #JioFiber in Dasna town of Ghaziabad district as well. As per my knowledge, your wiring work is already done here (at least in my area). But still you guys are not launching your service here. Please launch it.. @JioCare

    @JioCare I never used JP 594/- for last 5 months as I have iPhones.I do not have Jio phones.I have Airtel in my family and they refund plan amount immediately whenever there is an oversight.But Jio never seems to bother for the customersI feel sad from Jio

    Pathetic highly unreliable service and absolutely no physical presence on ground to support. Everything on remote automated responses which mean zilch. Pay money on time forget service seems to be motto of @reliancejio SHAME on the sham of service you provide

    I have ported my @JioCare number to @airtelindia. Both are pathetic in internet however Airtel is good in call drop ratio. @JioCare was giving me reason that I have network congestion in my area. That is not fault if I am paying to your service.
