    In my office we switched from @airtelindia broadband to @reliancejio ,thought of better service and speed. But it is been 5 days my internet is down and they don’t have any answer, when it will be restored. Never had I faced such long disruption on airtel.

Every time I call customer care, the answer I get is within 24 hrs someone will be visiting. Could you please process this. I've DM you the number.

    @JioCare Dont give this reason that many users using internet at same time. In other providers also many users uses internet at same time, but atleast youtube, google works. But in your network nothing works, even cant do voice call Waited 14 days to resolve issue @JioCare @reliancejio
