@JioCare Hi Aaryan, we are requesting to relocation of the device as we are shifting to other society. But the request is not getting registered in MyJIO app and customer care is not responding properly. As we are Working from Home we need connection for the same. My reg no 9967450118

@JioCare Enough of ur lies, I haven't received any miscal msg. You proved my point. That is what I have been trying to convey that because of poor network I could not able to receive or make a call. @Jio charged me money but not able to provide services. @DoT_India please take action.

@JioCare All settings had already been checked - rechecked. Issue Only 1 network bar showing, whenever I make call, the other person could not able to hear because of voice breaking & connectivity issue. This problem had highlighted in the past, but no solution has been provided till date

It's the 3rd time in row faced similar issue. How much it affects WFH @JioCare has no idea. Every time technician visit change the cable with old cables available with them and after few days again same issue. #Disappointed

@JioCare I am not in my home in Mumbai currently. Flat 403, Bldg 20, Mhada Oshiwara Complex. Opp. “Samarth Aangan”, New Link Road, Andheri (w).You will see the box on the Wall outside my flat as sent in pic. Society Chairman is my neighbor in flat 402 & has been told about this problem

@JioCare I have silver plan which has 200gb + 200gb and paid for 3 months in advance under offer for getting 25% extra. Still after exhausting 200gb no additional data been given. Speed is very bad now, channels not working.

@JioCare I received a call 2 days ago that the team is working to fix the issue. But there is no improvement. Slow speed issue continues. I believe switching to @airtelindia is the only option as it offers good speed in the area.
