    Pathetic service from @reliancejio ! Connection was down due to technical reasons for more that 20 days & they have taken full amount since it’s a prepaid connection. Senior officials confirmed for waiver & extension but nothing happened so far. @JioCare u have the worst team.

    On 19th September, my grandmother had a sudden attack of heart failure and we lost her on 29th September. We were helpless with your poor network. Only the @reliancejio network was working a little. We live in a metro city like Delhi. We have raised complaints in the past too.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your 121 service is pointless as no option to speak with CCE is given IVR does not give you an option to discuss your issues. I have sent a mail close all my landline numbers with immediate effect @reliancejio installed. cust care at S50 is helpless

    My device NO0000N5RUBJ is delayed.@JioCare @PIB_India. Jio fibre salesman told me that already a box installed and no problem for fibre, took money 6 days before. No solution from @JioCare side. Salesman is not accepting my call after this.

    Worst service in instalment of Jio-Fiber. I am not getting it for one month after signing contract to install it in my premises. Site-engineer is saying that He is only one who handle whole Ahmedabad. So it will take time to visit your place. - 1 @reliancejio @JioCare
