@abhinavjodhpur @JioCare @Airtel_Presence First check what speed jio provide I am suffering from long time. Jio provide 38 Kbps to 1 mbps only and service is very poor they advise me to change your location to increase the speed

@TRAI there should be penalty for not providing proper service. @reliancejio is not providing proper internet service in my area. They keep reminding you 3 to 4 days prior to due date of recharge but they cannot provide proper service. Can anyone help or port is the only option?

It's probably because @JioCare @reliancejio is so focused on accruing customers tht they dn't feel d need 2 retain existing ones. The solution 2 my relocation issue was, cancle ur connection n take a new one. They dn't care I hve a semi annual subscription tht they sold me.

@JioCare @reliancegroup @AmbaniTina why does Reliance Jio give such poor customer support? The reply frm cust care is indifferent. No solutions. Single answer, it can't be done now and we can't do anything for semi annual subscription you have taken, it will be a loss to you.

@reliancejio @JioCare from two days net is not working. Called lots of time ti customer care but no response. All the time i call they make fool of me that engineer will visit soon. Due to jio mistake lot of loss happen in two days to me. Who's going to pay.

So Mr Ambani and @reliancegroup went charging in @reliancejio except it doesn’t work ! I have a Jio connection. 5 days no Internet no landline service and no response to multiple calls for help. You can muscle your way in but can you run these businesses ? Back to Airtel I guess

@JioCare UNINSTALLATION Appointment of jio Order No: CO0000H0TXLR I have raised my request on Dec 1, 2020. It’s been 45 days, more than 10 times it has been rescheduled still the request is not done. I am highly disappointed with the service.
