    That is really pathetic from @reliancejio that your @JioCare does not give proper internet signal in the region of noida sector . I had complained than also my this issue is coming . If it is not resolved I will be switching to @airtelindia network for the same.

    @reliancejio most of the times my internet is not working it's like garbage why you people shows that you give data and others things free but you cut speed and make us feel like other operators are really better than jio I am using 2 phone numbers but now I discontinue using jio

It only took around 10 tweets, god-knows-how-many calls to customer care, endless minutes of hearing hold music and explaining the same thing each time.     @reliancejio really disappoint after using jio network I think most of the time airtel 2g is far far better than jio's 4g I am going to stop using jio switching to airtel bye bye jio, bad time while using jio

    @JioCare Gotcha,thanks for that. We are already getting SMS for the same. In my opinion,it should happen once daily, not for the first 3-4 phone calls.If there is an emergency situation,we have to wait for this message,then we hear the covid message & finally the caller tune is played

    @JioCare Pathetic service on JioFiber installation. It's been 2 days and 3 visits and no one knows what to do. The answer I get is FAT box is fully occupied and we will install a new one. If it is not your cup of tea, kindly refund, and I will switch to @Airtel_Presence
