Complained number of times, but no resolution provided. I Thought during WFH times, we can count on jio.but will have to surrender connection bcz nobody listening to us

    @JioCare Raised a disconnection request today (within a month) as jio was dealing in bad faith. I know it wont matter you . but that is just a shame that a company that big doesnt intent to solve customer queries

    @reliancejio Internet services are resumed after 60 hrs. But plan validity is not extended. Why customer paying for the service which was suspended?
