    @JioCare @JioCare When I got the proper reply with solution of the technical problem. Still no improvement. very disappointed with #jiofibre intallation team..please update the status.Or do cancel the installation and refund the ammount from your side .

    I have visited Jio Store (8463, New Kondli, Delhi) in my City around 4 times in last 3 months, and the condition of the store is not so good (Air conditioners are not working and there is some Lightning problem also.) @reliancejio @jiocareindia

    @JioCare Can a customer not lodge a jio fiber complaint if they are not in front of your router? Had a troubling call with your support exec 2day who insisted that I go back home as I need to restart router to log complaint. Is this correct?

    @JioCare @TOINoida jio fiber down again across ncr. Is Jio Fiber actually a true fiber or is it on RFID and then sell as fiber. A slight change in weather Jio fiber down across delhi ncr and took almost 12 hrs to Jio team to fix the issie

    @reliancejio your network sucks if you call someone, then the call ends automatically. My whole family uses jio sim, same problem with everyone...stupid sim ever @JioCare

    @reliancejio Worst Service. Last Year at same time asked local executive for jio fiber in our area. He said it will take 6 months time. Now it is almost 1 year still no fiber service in our area. I think Better to shift to airtel which launched their service at our area recently.

    @Airtel_Presence I got a call from one of your recovery agents regarding someone else number. The guy was rude and obnoxious to say the least. After this unpleasant experience, both of us are now moving to @reliancejio. Can’t do business with a company that employs gundas
