    @JioCare 3 DM exchange since yesterday , confirmation from uour side and still no one has visited to resolve. Plus when called call centre, they said engineer jot assigned. Airtel engineer tat is 2 hrs on working day.. Your people tat, escalation, service matrix is pathetic

    @JioCare I replaced my mobile SIM which was not working. Rs.25/- taken but no receipt was given to me.They told that message will received on alternative number. It is very surprised to see message that it is not a eceipt of amount taken. This message is only a information.

    @JioCare Sir,my SIM is not working. I gone to nearest Jiocare store at Vijay chownk Krishana Nagar Delhi 110051 at 7.30pm.The store staff told that there is no representative so come tomorrow between 11 to 6 p.m.They also demanded Rs.25/- as charges of SIM. Is this a way to deal?

    my jio router is blinking red .So we have complained to customer care and she told that technician would arrive within 24 hours but technician is still not available .Other telecom companies solve the problem very quickly😡.@JioCare

    @JioCare Again Complaint SR000014WXXK has closed without any facts and figure Very very much disappointed Worst Service by JIO No dues pending from my side. I am going for escalation 3rd. If not resolved the issue, i have no option to go to consumer court
