    @vj_sparrow @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio True... Their IVR is nightmare and it's so much time wasting... And they don't work on customer complaints... They are paying bribe to Ookla or Govt dept to show fake Reports of Fastest4G. Coz in not a single speed test. I got speed above 10mbps in any area in Delhi NCR.

    @JioCare I m based at the prominent area of N. Delhi i.e. Safdurjung encl & still no network from JIO Wndrng hw other subscribers mst b hvng experience frm other prt of country. Acquiring customers is not a successful busines strategy...customer service & experience must be utmost goal.

    @JioCare @Jiofiber @reliancejio You have the worst team on the ground. Raised a connection request on 5th April. On the 6th morning the representatives came and I paid for a Jibernet plan for 3 months. Since then, it's been 2 days there is no one came to install the set top box.

    Most pathetic experience with @reliancejio. Regretting after every recharge. Their customer care service is also very much ugly. Absolutely ridiculous. During pack ending, you can't make an important call before hearing the boaring alert in two languages. Disgusting!!! (1/2)

    @JioCare My sim was switched off for two months, to get it activated, I used to talk to the customer every 5 days, who used to give me time that it will be reactivated in your name, But today when I called that number it was activated in someone else's name...**** you jio care
