@JioCare After getting frustrated by @VodafoneIN , after 24 hours of getting new jiofi device it activated now but this is even worse speed thans Vodafone! @VodafoneIN was better I think your jiofi device is too much slow

@JioCare it's been a whole one year the reason hasn't changed a bit. Why taking so much time on resolving these issues. Please look into it. Seems like if i have to live in Nehru Nagar. I have to port the number. Call drop is common too. Revert back asap.

@reliancejio Phones are ok but do something about the jio's poor network. A phone is useless without proper network. improved network is more important than phones.

a part of Jio family since October 2016. Since the day i've moved to Nehru Nagar again can't even surf the internet properly. Even though the network is full. Max. download speed is <100kb. @JioCare Customer care executive gave me the same reason they gave a year ago.

@Kuldeep02863921 @JioCare Hi Kuldeep, Do not take Jio fiber connection, this is my personal recommendation. Once the connection is taken then irresponsible behaviour, network issue and security deposit will also be non-refundable. Rest of your opinion
