    @reliancejio Pathetic customet service. There is an irritating caller tune which has been set for coronavirus without my permission. I had to put another caller tune to override. Reaching customer care is impossible.

    I was thinking to switch from @VodafoneIN to @reliancejio, but sadly, in most parts of Delhi, especially IGI airport, didn't get Jio network (no signal) so plan canned.

    @aajtak @indiatvnews @JioCare @reliancejio I have visit five times jio store in current location. 1st time yours documents not match (voter id and passport) 2 nd time say server not working 3 rd time say sim not available 4 time say visit approx 8.00 evening store are closed .

    @JioCare again after 20 days of laying new fibre line in our house, jio fibre communication system has conked off. This is 4th Or 5th time in 3 months that problems have come up and 2 times cable has broken on its own....... God will save jio and consumers like us
