    @reliancejio It takes more than 10 minutes to download a 100 MB game. We have recharged to use the same speed. You know how many subscriber we have. They all have to provide high speed net. Your Thank you that your net speed is 6mbps but till date we have never used 2mbps speed.

    I am facing great network issues in my area. I doubt I am completely using my 1.5gb data provided one daily basis & network speed goes down after 1hour from the start. I have 2 jio-fi devices and 2 jio numbers. pin code 110054. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Speed is too slo4G data plan but internet speed is 2G. recharged yesterday with plan of 199. joined online classes but internet is not working & I have already paid charges of online class it has limited validity. If you can support then do it on priority basis or please refund .
