@reliancejio @jio @JioCare Customer Support is Disgusting. For replacement of a SIM used on JioFi on the suggestion of JioComplaints, process is NOT simple. If Number for which the SIM is tobe replaced is same, insisting on fresh Photograph and Aadhar Card is Illogical.

The network of @reliancejio from last 1 month is very bad. And it is getting worse day by day. I don't think that they are doing anything to settle this. If this is the condition of city like (Ghaziabad) then how they are managing in villages. I'm going to change my sim company.

@JioCare Have not recd any resolution in 15 days of my complaint. Anyone who buys a connection tries to ascertain best network available in home/office. My family got 6 connections since jio worked fine. Now suddenly one day, the network stops working. Bizzare & Unexpected #Jio

@JioCare When jio is busy doing 5G gimmick, jio 4g is running like a turtle. Here at my place jio runs with mere 30 - 40 KBPS, when you complain at jio care they always give the same excuse due to too many users in my area network is slow. WTH that's your issue.(1/2)
