    @JioCare Please tell me the procedure about refund of money or activation of the plan. As these things crafted by u people very cleverly. Once u didn't provide any service then u must return money.

    @JioCare JIO fiber speed having issue.Please help me , basically I am using Fiber and JIO STB but , during watching program, most of the time channels showing searching icon and circle moving on TV screen. It's painful and irritating, please correct it.

    @JioCare ported from Airtel Broadband to Jio fiber.. to get better speed.. but your jio fiber is not working as expected. Too much Disconnections. And your Modem doesn't support wireless bridging. Worst decision to shift to jio from @Airtel_Presence
