@JioCare your customer care number is mostly busy and your chatbot on myjio doesn't support logging an internet not working issue. There is no proactive downtime info also on the app. Not acceptable at such a price and brand name.

@JioCare I'm not able to connect to the internet on my Jio Set Top Box but my other devices work fine on Jio Fiber WiFi. Any solutions to get the internet working on the STB? It is connected to the 5Ghz network already.

@JioCare Absolutely aggravated by Jio Fiber service. I’ve applied for a new connection last Tuesday 13th April and till now no Engineer has come for installation! I’ve called customer support twice to lodge a complaint. And no one has bothered to come!! Appalled by this!!
