@reliancejio Jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really going on.

@JioCare Lines which wrote here useless for me. I complained for resolution not to received a formal massage. Actually I came in Jio from Airtel. If No improvement will look, again I will move to Airtel.

@JioCare if you don't know how to behave a customer then don't come to telecom industry. @TRAI please check whether jio is providing the service or not. Otherwise cancel jio contact in telecom sector. I am facing same issue in between 4 year's of period.

.@Airtel_Presence @JioCare are there any issues with WiFi calling today? Both me and my dad are facing problems on iPhone 12 & 13 respectively in our basement with Airtel SIM and Jio WiFi. WiFi calling usually works perfectly at the same location every day.

@JioCare every month I raise a complaint but there is no permanent fix for it. Internet not working from last 2 hours, have this fixed asap. Or cancel the connection permanently. Worst internet Provider I must say.
