    @JioCare Same thing repeat customer operator. Its understood when I make load on server like use you tube. this issue at Web server. its too sameful. If you said this issue due to using same time user use phone. Then u need reduce your user for serving best service to existing users..

    i got stuck with @reliancejio and looks i need to swith back to my old service provider. for everything jio ask to go to their app which is a dumb. no place to report complaints. @TRAI we hope some sense prevails. really fraud billing system, taking advance and showing nothing.

    @JioCare Your service people will come and restore it and with next few days or month thime it will again reoccur....so far raised close to 8-10 service request for same reason in 1 year of connection.

    My @reliancejio fibernet connection is extremely unreliable. To add to that, @JioCare support team is totally useless and unhelpful in resolving my issue. Apparently with 150mbps connection, I would get only 20mbps over wifi + 120mbps over LAN = 150mbps. What a logic!! 🤦🏻
