@JioCare @TRAI Pathetic service from Jio. I am a prime Jio customer but from last year Dec 2018 i am facing a lot of n/w issue even i could not able to get voice calls.I had many attempts to call customer care. But the only response i got from them is to wait for next 2 months.

We are also suffering due to poor network of @reliancejio since two and half years, @JioCare has been writing me repeatedly "will improve service" but no solution till now. They are cheating to customer.

@JioCare @iamanadii Jio is busy in inviting new कष्ट-मर onboard. If कष्ट-मर is not getting network then it's his problem. Like peak time usage or maybe become of indoor usage. For using jio network u have to be on high place like qutub minar and alone in a radius of 2 km to get proper services.

@reliancejio Phones are ok but do something about the jio's poor network. A phone is useless without proper network. improved network is more important than phones.

@reliancejio @JioCare Hi, there is an disconnection of overhead fiber cable wire in Nandan Vihar Area, Patia. Bhubaneswar. May be some heavy vehicle pass for which the cable got detached from the pole. Please send some technician to fix it. The long cable has fallen on the road.
