    @vishalgondal @JioCare @reliancejio Lucky you ! Let’s see I’ve been trying to reach them since 1500 hrs, via 3 mails , livechat and at their customer care number tried at least 5 times . There have been no luck for me. I am hopeful .

    @JioCare I have a jii fibre connection which is down for over 2 hours and I cannot get thru to any operator This is abysmally poor service!! Is there no recourse against poor service and over burdened complaint center where you just can’t get thru Most frustrating

    And I thought @reliancejio wud be diff frm Anil’s Reliance Comm which had no service culture! @JioCare is worse albeit their good infra backbone is shielding the glaring gaps in there.Thx 2 my backup @Airtel_Presence ‘s copper ADSL conn which is proving more reliable during #WFM

    @JioCare Jio fiber A/C no:- 299946686451 Extremely poor response from the Jio staff attending the call. Disconnected it without giving any convincing reply. My problem has been pending resolution for the last three months and my repeated complaints have been closed w/o notice.
