@JioCare Actually I'm now 101% sure that i can't get Best Possible service with Jio that's y i decided to part my Ways. My complaint getting 1 year Older now and every time i get only Time to wait. But now "पानी सर के ऊपर जा चुका है" यहां तक कि पिछले 3 महीनों से मैंने रिचार्ज भी नही किया।

Your customer care saying we will not raise any complaint for this issue. You are having good coverage. Are customers fools who's is calling you. If cannot raise complaint then simply tell us use other isp. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI should have a policy for this

@JioCare what kind of pathetic service you guys are providing, it's been already 10 days where I'd applied for new broadband, connection fees has paid and after that there is no response. Installation got rescheduled thrice without any confirmation. Sic !!!

@JioCare how disappointing is your service. Sales person called me about 24 times in a period of 3 days to get jio net put. It’s been 6 days since I’ve paid and received an official mail but still no one has come to install the net. Sales guy doesn’t answer now.

@JioCare i am sorry to say that the network in jio sim is not very good. I am in delhi right now after that i have been facing this issue. When there is a network also i can hear the voice of other person on phone but he can't hear my voice. A year ago i had made a complaint.🤐

@jiocare even tried to reach out ur customer care team but as usual dey r only repeating the same old stuffs. If I'm not going to get the response ASAP I'll sue JIO Team for charging 2.5K through fraudulent way and tk dis matter to consumer court....@consumercourtin

@MukeshAmbanima a glimpse of JIO fibre service. SR0000143QO3 created at 4.44pm. No one turned up. When complained another SR0000143T4V created by your team. Called again around 7.55 pm. And your team said " No service after 8pm. It'll be addressed tomorrow. " @reliancejio
