    @reliancejio My e-sim not working since 1.5 month. Just paying the bill without any data usage and call.. been to Jio store 4 number of times and not able to rectify the matter. Please look into it on priority basis. Also your Jio store is useless.. @airtelindia ‘s better..

    @JioCare I have pre on post plan. Got 399 plan recharged but can’t call non jio numbers and can’t find any option to recharge top up. Cust care says yes this is a problem but can’t tell any timelines by when will it be resolved. This is absolutely not done.

    @JioCare I'm not able to talk to your customer care over 198. I yesterday recharged a Jio number with 149. The plan needs to activated through system as internet is off in Kashmir. Please help.

    Very Big problem with @AJIOLife different offer on different sets of products. @reliancejio offer also not applicable to all product range.Even if you buy for 2000 from different sets, you will not get any offer. Further to this Shipping charges are very high as compared to other

    @JioCare Dear Jio, it means that you have surplus subscribers in this area , hence we are facing network issue in our locality. If this is right statement then it is better that we should switch from Jio to other service providers so that atleast we can use mobile services

    @JioCare @jiofibergurgaon @JioCare If I’m not getting the service am I not entitled for a refund? I’ve paid till Sep’22, losing business and credibility since I’ve taken Jio. If I get late in payment I get penalised, what about your delays?
