"With reference to Service Request Number SR0000195HQ4, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber Service ID 299954729161 has been rescheduled as per your request." Which visit? No visit was scheduled as far as we know. Please chk your records.

    Hey @JioCare what a bad network connectivity here in shahberi greater Noida west GB Nagar Uttar Pradesh. You can't make even a singular proper call. No jio fiber. You are unable to reach.
