@JioCare But I'm disconnecting because you didn't fix my issue for 6 days. Why I'll pay for remaining months when I can't use your service?? I have all chat logs, emails with me. You can check, the issue I raised on 30th may is still in open state.

@JioCare my jio fibre device has been picked up and it showing that device is not picked up. These 2 version are given by 2 different customer executive. My reg. No. 9034626364. JIO this is very annoying.

@sumanlatawalia @JioCare V r running short of time, we have a train to catch and need the number to be converted 2 postpaid ASAP. It is linked to our bank account and prepaid plan doesn't work in J&K. So, if this can't be done, then plz clarify so that we port to another service provider in time. (2/2)
