    @JioCare @MukeshAmbani06 @MukeshAmbanima This is how your team works on priority after almost 36 hours still response is same engineer is not available. Two possibilities you have done employee reduction or there so many customers like me so all engineers may be fixing there issues

    @JioCare Service at your Aditya mall office are pathetic.Just to change a battery of my jio dongle number 8178982934 I am waiting for more thn an hour and no digital payment system is working,asking only cash payments for this. Kindly rectify it as we don't carry cash evry time

    @JioCare Our Jio wifi connection was installed on 13th June and within about 10 days, we had to frantically call your service department to reconnect wifi service because after every 2-3 days, the wifi connection got disrupted and my important work kept on suffering.

    @Airtel_Presence Tried it many times before to no avail. Same issue faced by my friend too who is also using @airtelindia. I think we should better look for alternatives then to be trapped in ur false claims of having best network in India. @JioCare Care to help!

    @reliancejio I am facing internet issues since three days. Pathetic customer care services. jio fiber representative has no solution for it,they just ask to wait for 24 hrs, they can't connect to senior personal. Local internet providers are better than @reliancejio

    @reliancejio very bad service.. their refund policy is very bad. Jio fiber team asked to pay Rs.1500 on March 16th. So, I paid. Next day they cancelled my registration. Till now can't get my refund. they asking again rs.1500 for new registration. how can I believe these cheaters again?

    My Jio Fiber order#-NO0000GQONYG, It got cancelled on 11/03/2021 and still I didn't get refund amount. When calling customer care they take all details and after 15 sec they disconnected my call many times. How many days it will take for refund?@reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @nissar_khan_ How can I believe these cheaters again? So everyone please think before you pay Jio Fiber. They are great cheaters. And they don't have customer care also. If dial those numbers.. they explain their plans only. Not hear our problems or complaints.
