    @JioCare How much time do you people need to check 2 devices ? A month ? Fed up of your excuses and services , will never recommend jio to anyone specially jio fiber . I need an action from your end not explanations.

    @JioCare @KumarNavin82 No network since yesterday evening jio fiber ,no TV , no mobile, no online classes, why we took panga with jio it was better earlier Airtel/ cable.

    @JioCare 299949972802 ,this is ID no , no fluctuations in net some time says no internet and again says now connected There seems to be problem with Set top Box provided, your engineer also says it is defective need to be changed. Please immediately make arrangements to change it

    @JioCare Hi, Jio my Fiber net connection was installed today evening, telephone line was not working your installation team left as they were not able to solve the issue but the internet was working at that time, now even the net isn’t working. First impression truly bad
