Voice call execs tell me my issue is genuine and RJIO store shud not hav taken 349 for each sim while porting the number. JIo email tells me charges are OK. I AM STUCK.. worst support

Despite a successful recharge, I have still not received the subscription, and customer support has denied the benefit. This is unacceptable.
