I have tried a lot but no use. The irony was when they were trying to reach out to me to understand my concerns of poor network connectivity, and the call kept dropping due to poor network connectivity!

Such a network does not work and I have been complaint continuously this for the last 2 years.

    @reliancejio jio is fraud company. They do the fraud with their customer. I sent tweet to mr. mukesh ambani also but still did not receive any support.Request everyone to do not buy any jio fibre connection as they are making fool to the customers.

    @JioCare made mistake by taking Jio fibre. does not work properly, always problem & customer service does not take complaints except modem & tells to rectify on line with their voice guidance. Pl do not get into Jio Fibre trap u will regret.Hope Mr Mukesh Ambani listening
