    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Your services really sucks in Noida Sector-20. I have asked approx to 15 people and all the people said that Jio is rough here and they suggested me to look for @airtelindia Get this checked or let me know if you are not able to resolve. Disgusting 🤢

    More then 24 hours Internet service is completely down very poor service by @JioCare on 1 minute late recharge they cut or slow down your services but here they have no answers. I must say @airtelindia is much better then Jio in case of customer care..? 😠@reliancejio #Jiodown

    @JioCare if you don't know how to behave a customer then don't come to telecom industry. @TRAI please check whether jio is providing the service or not. Otherwise cancel jio contact in telecom sector. I am facing same issue in between 4 year's of period.

    @JioCare Lines which wrote here useless for me. I complained for resolution not to received a formal massage. Actually I came in Jio from Airtel. If No improvement will look, again I will move to Airtel.

    @JioMart_Support @reliancejio @JioCare Even after this, I called Mr. Rahul told him my issue then he replied that he will check and call me back. He did not call me back. On the night I received the message your order has been cancelled and my Rs. 3200 amount stuck for 5-7 days.
