@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your 121 service is pointless as no option to speak with CCE is given IVR does not give you an option to discuss your issues. I have sent a mail close all my landline numbers with immediate effect @reliancejio installed. cust care at S50 is helpless

My device NO0000N5RUBJ is delayed.@JioCare @PIB_India. Jio fibre salesman told me that already a box installed and no problem for fibre, took money 6 days before. No solution from @JioCare side. Salesman is not accepting my call after this.

The customer keeps on getting a message of expected time which keeps on changing everytime you call the toll free number

Hardly I receive call on my personal phone with that I am continuously getting call drops every day with @reliancejio after I attend the call time stays at 00:00 and the person calling me is getting no network msg. And once I cut it I receive a SMS that I missed a call 😕 useless
