    @JioCare If my problem is not resolved today. I will have to escalate it to the highest level of leadership in Jio. I am stuck in Jio for two recharges now. I wish I hadnt done it

    @JioCare There are more than 5000 jio users in our society and network connectivity is zero in society premises. Neither Jio Fibre reached us till date so that residents can opt for Jio Broadband services. Upgrade your network here in Royal Nest Society. And ask your area mngr to resolve.

    Such a shame @JioCare a few days before I lodged a complaint about the network issue and it has only got worse sno response from your side @TRAI also have a blind eye because @JioCare customer complaints and satisfaction doesn't matter

    @JioCare @reliancejio @anmol_ambani More than 24 Hrs trying lodge a complaint of Jio not working 01203540011. No support from call centre or Chat. Cannot even lodge complaint. Pathetic service support. #shame

    Today is 15th day and yet the set top box in not installed. Voucher is not redeemable yet. Half of my subscription period is gone.Should I write to Mukesh Ambani Ji for it to be resolved ? @reliancejio @JioCare @OfficialJioTV You are the worst customer service experiance ever

    @JioCare my internet hasn’t been working and the technician didn’t show up TWICE since yesterday after booking slots? What the hell is this disgusting service? I need a refund!! Your customer care agents are useless and haven’t done anything. Call back on 9161299999

    @JioCare I shared the Jio number and alternate number privately and location but did not receive any call back It looks I can not get signal of JIO in my area Nirala Estate, Techzone 4, Greater Noida West(U.P.)-201308 @reliancejio

    @JioCare Same settings were there, but again set but no luck I think JIO has very poor signal here at my location This is housing society Any possible to visit engineer else we have to shift to Vodafone which is running here Please take care , Thanks

    @JioCare @airtelindia More than 5000 users of Airtel, Jio, Idea and Vodafone facing network issue at Royal Nest Society, Techzone-IV, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh Many people lodge thier complaints in this regards but telecom companies don't respond. Pl send your area mgr.

    @JioCare What kind of joke is this. I asked for set top box and you assigned person for recharge. @fiber_jio Take back this junk service and refund my whole amount including recharge. Jio is a joke that will never improve (read rcom)

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst internet service worse apps... This is regarding JIONEWS....Not able to read newspapers while using the mobile network... Very slow app n saying "Oops... Something seems broken try again." Also previous complaints of network issues r not yet resolved?
