    @JioCare was with Airtel very long, but did a mistake by paying three months advance but disappointed from the beginning. If the service isn't improved, then, this Jio connection will be only for three months. Expecting early resolution.

    @airtelindia @JioCare @airtelindia again facing issue with Airtel internet. On an average I am facing 2-3 times internet issue in a month that means about 7 days in a week I am not able to use the internet then why you charging for those days. And when my internet issue will be resolved. Wrost Service

    @JioCare I can see that JioFiber is available in my coverage area, but the representative refused to install it, saying the main cable is around 100 meters away. If it is showing as available, why is installation being denied? Please look into this and help resolve it.

    @JioCare Not required anymore. It’s been already more than 3 weeks and the Lead hasn’t been generated till now ? Absolutely pathetic ! Cancel my order and start the refund process. I’m going with Airtel.

    @JioCare This is clearly understood that you guys are not following either the issue or these post for clear n complete info. The services were never taken and cancelled beforehand, partial refund of 3437.46 is credited and balance 807 is pending. Hope this clears, now refund ASAP.
