    @Airtel_Presence Dear Just check Airtel number 9026333378, request was canceled; without any reason, it’s really surprised us, Great Service given by @airtelindia. That’s why people’s are switching Airtel and moved to others like @reliancejio

    Port out reqst placed. From BSNL to jio on 29sept19. Gt confirmation sms 4m jio dat reqst has been fwd to BSNL on the same date. Recd service call 4m BSNL twice on 30sept19 regards to MNP. Post dat no update on the date or time when port wil b done. @BSNLCorporate @reliancejio

    @GabbbarSingh They laid the cables infront of our house. Took money. In May. Then kept sending technical problem messages for a couple of months. Then nothing. And I’ve tried contacting asking them to come again if issues sorted. Worst customer service ever @JioCare @JioGigaFiber_

    @SwarajyaMag Service wise @JioCare is doing good job. Especially in rural areas where Airtel @Airtel_Presence is selling 4g plans and providing not even 2g speed and worst network. May be they are making profits out of that too.

    @fullyfaltu2020 @JioCare I received 12 text messages to recharge before plan exipre. We have to know when to recharge and if we don't know then the plan is closed so we have to recharge. Also send message for no network issue solution. They only ask for detail and i gived detail 5 time.

    @JioCare i can only speak for 12seconds on call with anyone no matter which network it is. To finish sharing one side information i had to make 4-6 calls. That much of network issue. To name other problems i and my friends are facing call drops and cross connections.
