    @reliancejio @JioCare jio fiber and jio are so bad shape in Noida We aren't able to make or receive call smoothly. On jio fiber it's Hurculean task to open a email on desktop. These idiot's will not read complain and ask some stupid questions Very BAD Decision to go with jio

    @reliancejio ur services hv really dropped, unable to use d internet as speed is pathetic since long. Same goes with the calling. Neither @Airtel_Presence is able to provide the even manageable service, thinking of switching both my number to @ViCustomerCare

    @JioCare Dear jio you are even not able to upgrade your network in greater Noida. From last 1 year your network speed is still not able to open a web page.

    @JioCare Currently ppl mindset different abt Reliance & V still continuing with 3nos of jiofibre which prove loyalty You are offering new connection in ₹1.5k+1k for settop box means 1k 4 settop whereas I m old customer when 4.5k was security Suggest to give another free of cost

I am gonna wait til 1Feb or 2Feb after dat i will surrender my wifi connection and also port airtel post connection as well coz i dnt wana b part of such organization & also disconnect d2h service as well.

    I have complained many times on @reliancejio but the result is zero, I think you gys are not serious towards your customer. There is no connectivity till 14 to 16 hours in a day, seems to have to take airtel service now.

    @JioCare have installed jio fiber about ten days back. Service is pathetic , customer care doesn't work at all, says not available. We thought Jio would work well but we are very disappointed with the service.

    @JioCare @amishra865 Don’t do that! @amishra865 Jio services are bad! My fibre is down and it has been 3 days - no resolution at all. Engineers are a waster totally - sorry to say but that’s how it is. I am planning to switch to another provider with better services in place.
