    @JioCare is 10rs postpaid plan for normal tax payers? I am getting it tough to recharge with 149 rs for only *28 days* Please help.

    @reliancejio - facing pathetic service from Jio operations team . Not able to give proper answer & keep on changing answers. SR number - SR0000145SAH Even complaint registered yesterday , slot was of yesterday but after after lot of chase team visited today and no resolution ..

    @JioCare Problem is of Network Signals in this area coz it is not issue with a single person but with a large group of person. In earlier conversation with your staff, they said that ur area is not sufficiently covered in few days. But that don't cover till date. If u cannot install

    @JioCare There is no network coverage people have to come out from the village to use the internet and make calls. It's not only me it's whole village suffering from similar issue with network. I raised this 3 years ago & in response I got what you are saying today.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had done a recharge of 399 plan on 07/09/2021,my money was deducted and recharge was not done. Then I waited for a day and did a recharge again, same thing happened. Now a total of ₹940 are being taken from me and still no recharge is done. Kindly help

    @reliancejio @JioCare Even after 5 yrs you don’t have ground staff to take care of service issues. Fiber down for 4 days and no even bothered to contact me. Now I understand they all are busy in celebrations and enjoying ur making fool of people like us. Pathetic, Newton law will b applied one day.
