@JioCare what kind of pathetic service you guys are providing, it's been already 10 days where I'd applied for new broadband, connection fees has paid and after that there is no response. Installation got rescheduled thrice without any confirmation. Sic !!!

That is really pathetic from @reliancejio that your @JioCare does not give proper internet signal in the region of noida sector . I had complained than also my this issue is coming . If it is not resolved I will be switching to @airtelindia network for the same.

@JioCare i am sorry to say that the network in jio sim is not very good. I am in delhi right now after that i have been facing this issue. When there is a network also i can hear the voice of other person on phone but he can't hear my voice. A year ago i had made a complaint.🤐

It only took around 10 tweets, god-knows-how-many calls to customer care, endless minutes of hearing hold music and explaining the same thing each time. @reliancejio Your customer care executive has put my call on hold. It's been more than 20 minutes. I guess he's busy with some personal work. Amazon prime subscription was cancelled abruptly for some reason. This is unacceptable. Try to improve user experience.
