    @reliancejio I recharge my continuous jio fibre plan with next 1 year fir silver plan on 5th sep but I can’t see tv as per customer care plan have been changed but money is valuable and they can not refund back or can not adjust the amount with next available plan. Its ridiculous

    Today is 15th day and yet the set top box in not installed. Voucher is not redeemable yet. Half of my subscription period is gone.Should I write to Mukesh Ambani Ji for it to be resolved ? @reliancejio @JioCare @OfficialJioTV You are the worst customer service experiance ever

    @JioCare Same settings were there, but again set but no luck I think JIO has very poor signal here at my location This is housing society Any possible to visit engineer else we have to shift to Vodafone which is running here Please take care , Thanks

    @JioCare We shifted to new location and jio net is not working at all. Many people are having similar issues. Please resolve it asap. Even whatsapp message not working with Jio. Please dm for more more details.

    @JioCare What kind of joke is this. I asked for set top box and you assigned person for recharge. @fiber_jio Take back this junk service and refund my whole amount including recharge. Jio is a joke that will never improve (read rcom)

    @uditajoshi22 @reliancejio Actually I was using jio but the problem is that due to government construction project nearby, the towers seems to have removed from the area. Currently Jio service is not at its best in my area (Gurukul, Ahmedabad)

    @JioCare After posting this on public I have been contacted by jio social media care team and they understand and raised complaint SR000015H282 and promise me that this will get resolve in 48 hr..after 4 days I did not recieved any update and now when I am checking <1/2>
