Hey @JioCare what a bad network connectivity here in shahberi greater Noida west GB Nagar Uttar Pradesh. You can't make even a singular proper call. No jio fiber. You are unable to reach.

@JioCare - I raised SR00001A6969 on 30th March for my Jio fiber issue. It's more than 3 days and nobody has contacted me. When I chat with your CC team, they apologize and say that my issue will be resolved next day. This is the most pathetic customer care service I have seen!!

@JioCare My uncle has a Jio Fiber connection and he paid ₹1000 for set top box on MyJio app on 21st of September. Till date no one has come to install the set top box and the MyJio app does not reflect that payment. Please contact so we can resolve this issue at the earliest.

@reliancejio @JioCare Experienced worst ever service by Jio. Trying to transfer eSIM no. 8955289432 to new mobile for last 2 day however no Jio store is able to do due to some unknown error. Nobody is able to resolve. Highly incompetent staff. Even local Jio centre is hopeless.

@JioCare 3rd October I bought a jio phone from reliance digital Diamond City North mall, kolkata. after full charging there is a patch on screen. At jio care at Axis Mall Kolkata, technician is saying you have to wait till 17:00 hrs. Please help.
