@JioCare Same thing asking again and again no any issue resolve action is taken by team. If a second of disconnection happen it will disconnect and interrupt my calls and system while working from home.whatever light of device is there green or red.

@JioCare Hi @JioCare team, Its 5th day no one showed up to fix the wiring. Everyday i am promised by customer care to wait for another day. Either you cut the connection or send someone to fix it. It's tough during wfh , i will look for some better service provider.I regret choosing jio.
