    @JioCare facing network problem here, not able to download any thing.. I have port out my number from IDEA to JIO...But network is worst than idea. Guys ..Look in to it. Rega2

    @JioCare @reliancejio As your company claims to be number 1 company in India...Bt the reality is opposite as the internet speed is as low as 2G....might be planning to switch to another company if my problem doesn’t resolved Thank you!

    But, in Aligarh, U.P. net was not working for 7 days and my operator @JioCare reffered to the DM's order to justify the ban which was initially for 6 hours but later it was extended every day till the 7th day. Since this is illegal I want to file a complaint. @myogiadityanath

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence network connectivity is really very and far below than @reliancejio and Idea Vodafone. Airtel please upgrade your network issues otherwise sooner or later you will be out of the market.

    @JioCare I am a jiofiber customer.That I am rasing online complaint again and again than technician take money 3000 to resolve my problem.but my problem not resolve than I am rasing online complaint again and again.......(1/2)

    @reliancejio but technician is not arriving at my place this is the criteria that technician is derived my place to listen my complaint either the connection is RFS or Non RFS because I am jiofiber customer the company has to listen to me. Help me to resolve my problem Lalit 7300525396

    I am Using Jio Sim and recently i Ported my Airtel in jio and Now i think it was my Biggest mistake i am in Aligarh the Speed of jio is only 20 Kb/s Where as Airtel gives 10Mb/s lot of Different Dear Jio Improve your service @reliancejio @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    I think Jio have achieved enough market share and Customers and now they don't want to improve anymore. Very poor net speed and fake data usage. Don't forget Reliance communications was rejected by customers few years back. Please improve. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Still no solution given by jio ,now the last option is port my number to another operator. Because JIO not bothered about their customer.... Worst service given by jio team. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare From the past 2 months i am regularly complaning about the data speed in my area, i think 3G network is far more better than jio's 4G network.Everytime i complained they said my issue will be resolved in 3hrs. It seems that 3hrs for jio is actually 3months.

    Dear @reliancejio , I'm hurt. Since I came to my hometown from Delhi for WFH, I was happy that I have 4G Network like Jio but believe me due to utterly bad internet speed, I bought a new @airtelindia connection. You need to lookinto this, I didn't port yet! LveUAirtel So Far GRT!

    My recharge is ending today. But I don't feel like continuing this operator anymore. For a few days the network is sooo bad that I have to switch to another sim for internet connection. Y'all really suck. *tsk @JioCare

    @JioCare What is the meaning of earliest? How many days it took, are you kidding me or bluffing the consumers. You should let me know very promptly the exact date. I can't Wait these many days to get my money back, is jio is waiting to recharge for service? This is very ridiculous

    @JioCare I am cancelling Order- NO0001DEM4QM. After a month of waiting, endless follow-ups, closed complaints, "wait 24 hours" responses and no installation, I've lost all confidence in your service. Have some shame and stop making customers wait for something you cannot deliver.
