    This is the third time I am complaining from my Vodafone network even when I have @JioCare fiber(0562-3550416).No one gives hell to listen to our grievance. Internet not working, jio guys not responding.Such third class service of 1st class name. Request to disconnect. We're done

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews thanku sir ji @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence for giving me opportunity to check my phone whether its working or not. By the way the problem still persist. and sry I forgot to tell u that i have checked and I can make phone calls from my phone. @reliancejio is better.

    @JioCare it's been 20 days jio fiber is installed at home nw the landline has stopped working. Is this service we expect in the long run. Chat services not responding.Don't know where to complain.Without landline how are we going to wish our near ones Diwali.Our no. 0562-3550416

    @jio @reliancejio i have never seen so irrisponsible perosns sitting in the customer care.. and also m so upset wd ur services.. several times i complained against the net issue but u have nothing to do except excuses...such a shame. If u cant fix my problem say ut clearly

    @JioCare I have been facing issue with faulty router for months and requesting to change the device. Customer care and backend team saying you don't have option to change . So I decided to disconnect. really frustrating that you can't provide resolution

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio has very poor internet speed in our area. I feel cheated after recharge of 599 to get 2 GB per day but I believe we are not able to use 2 GB in a month due to poor speed.

    @reliancejio use to say 5g speed is about 100mbps...are you guys really think we common people are dumb. Bakwaas speed hai.Can't do my work with 5g jio fibre. My mobile Internet speed is faster than ur jio fibre. 😞 Everything is depressing.Ek toh lockdown uspe ye net ka problem.
