    @JioCare and @netflix are fooling customers. They are acting like dacoits. I opted for Rs 399 plan @JioCare in which Netflix mobile was included than they start TV subscription themselves and started charging Rs 800 per month. I never requested for TV, Tab etc. Liars, thieves

    At my home location, #jio networks are zero. Internet Speed Is also zero. Regular Call Drops, I have complaint many time bt no solution. We hv 5 connection, non of them working inside.#jiocare #reliancejio @JioCare @reliancejio @jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is really strange that such a big company who claims to be the best ISP don't provide services in major locations on agra..I checked for two different locations and got same answer 'NO SERVICE'. I guess there is no point in keeping jio number as well.

    @JioCare your service in our location is very poor but your recharge plan on high rates. So please 🙏 do something with your network because calls and internet connectivity is totally dump. Thank you If u try to understand my problem please call me 7983697236

    @TRAI operator @reliancejio is not listening to my complaints. Rejecting them with false grounds. Request you to please investigate. I’m faded of receiving unwanted telemarketing calls. But operator @JioCare is not stopping them. Daily I faces 30+ unwanted calls. Pls help🙏

    @reliancejio Jio network is very poor in my aera jio tower distance is 200meter but NET & calling quality is very bad maney time compalend resisted but result is zero ।

    @JioCare Incredible "service" from @JioCare. Log a request, wait around, and watch the engineers cancel it without ever showing up or calling. Twice in a row now. Why does your support system exist if your team just ghosts paying customers? @reliancejio

    My Jio AirFiber is still not working and there is no proper resolution yet. Service Request No: SR00002L6OSI has already been raised, but the issue continues. Very disappointed with the service. Please resolve this urgently. @JioCare @reliancejio #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare You guys really need to pick your support team man. It's pathetic to say in a soft manner. I have raised multiple service requests on the service interruptions for the last 1 month, but no response. I have raised the requests to deactivate but still no response. PATHETIC

    So here is my past experience with @reliancejio service and dealing with @JioCare I ordered a jio air fiber connection, which the local reps were educated enough to use foul language when asking for urgency(not so much until the money was paid)

    @JioCare I have been getting this exact same response from your team for the past 6 months, but the issue has still not been resolved. This is completely unacceptable. I am continuously paying for a service that is practically unusable, with speeds dropping below 1 Mbps most of the time.
