Coz ur network tower has no generator or battery n when electric power cuts network also goes n we couldn't use jio internet. Today I was on bed rest as came from Doctor who diagnosed a serious disease and possible hospitalisation. Net was not working. The engineer came and automatically fixed my net, took the code and left. The epitome of professionalism.
