@JioCare I told u earlier that I'm facing net problem near my house. Coz ur network tower has no generator or battery n when electric power cuts network also goes n we couldn't use jio internet. So it's enough after one week I and near me all will port sim to another network com.

@JioCare Address is same. Network in phone shows full if outside house but unable to make call and also data speed remains almost zero in the 1st half of the day then slowly situation normalizes. Inside house almost no or very less network.

@JioCare Your service request number is SR000014LPHH. You will receive an update by 13/04/2021 15:16. This is the message i received on 12/04/2021 and till now the problem is not resolved.. I m in contact with Mr. Mahendra mobile no. 6397990330. But he is just not responding well
