    @reliancejio I have ordered jio fiber (order no.- NO0000F2Q5M7) but when it came to installation the service engineer visited and said you can't get connection here the fiber is not inserted in your home row. What should i do. When i will be able to use.

    @JioCare and @netflix are fooling customers. They are acting like dacoits. I opted for Rs 399 plan @JioCare in which Netflix mobile was included than they start TV subscription themselves and started charging Rs 800 per month. I never requested for TV, Tab etc. Liars, thieves

    Switching to @reliancejio was my mistake. I thought @reliancejio has better network and internet speed but @reliancejio is worst than the Vodafone.

    @JioCare it's been 20 days jio fiber is installed at home nw the landline has stopped working. Is this service we expect in the long run. Chat services not responding.Don't know where to complain.Without landline how are we going to wish our near ones Diwali.Our no. 0562-3550416

    @JioCare But how much time will you take to expand the service for just 500m. There are many jio fibre connection nearly around 500m of my area and then they are not doing connection in my area. Pathetic service @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service or no service by jio! Last year they installed new fibre connection amidst lockdown and now the connection hasn't been working for more than 24 hours. Online support isn't available. Field engineers aren't taking calls. #jio

    I am having BSNL landline from 30+ years, having broadband connection, tarrif is increasing but speed is very slow line which may be installs before 40/50 years, just waiting for telephone number portability, will definitely change subscriber may be to @JioCare or @airtell_india

    @jio @reliancejio i have never seen so irrisponsible perosns sitting in the customer care.. and also m so upset wd ur services.. several times i complained against the net issue but u have nothing to do except excuses...such a shame. If u cant fix my problem say ut clearly

    My Service Request number SR00003AHZBP is getting rescheduled since 7th July. Now it is again rescheduled for 12th July. Get my AirFiber connection back live by today end of day any how. Or refund all the downtime period experienced @JioCare

    This company offers terrible service much like @airtelindia and I am a firsthand example of how they dupe ordinary citizens. I purchased a 5G recharge, yet since yesterday, I haven't even been able to get a 2G signal. Issues like call drops and network failures have @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioMart When I call customer care, they say it's a one-time redemption only. Regarding my balance amount, they said it was mentioned in the old version but not in the new one.

    @JioCare your app lacks the basic features, I want to cancel service request for engineer but there is no option. Chatbots and ivr keep sending me links which don't work. If you don't have the basic features who do you optimize basic cost

    @JioCare it now takes 4 days to assign an engineer to fix an issue? What do we do for those many days without an internet connection? I don't remember it being same in the past Btw, A new connection was installed in my building, today I guess, so did I lose mine due to that?
