Today ur team came & resolved d issue but it only lasts 2 hours. Kindly check if the devices, wires are defected or not? @JioCare Ask them 2 resolve it permanently.

Jio acknowledged my email but sent a generic technical-support response. No formal complaint/docket number, no substantive investigation, no resolution.
