@JioCare and @netflix are fooling customers. They are acting like dacoits. I opted for Rs 399 plan @JioCare in which Netflix mobile was included than they start TV subscription themselves and started charging Rs 800 per month. I never requested for TV, Tab etc. Liars, thieves

Hello team @JioCare My fiber cable is broken and I registered a complaint and was given a slot in which engineer will fix it but the timing is passed and there is no resolution for the problem and I need my internet back as I have many meetings in the evening.

@reliancejio My Jio App and Jio employees are not helpful to customers after having unstalled jio fiber router. As against promised 300 Mbps speed I am getting only 4 Mbps speed and 37 ping. No body takes responsibility to address my concern. Clearly deficiency in service
