But the plan given was of 2499 per month.Please revert me back to my 3-month plan for 699.I had never used/require a plan which is beyond 700. And jio wrongly recommended a plan of 2499 which is more of misguiding the customers

We chosen jio because its network quality was much better than others but it's worst now. This is the 3rd time we are raising the issue in last 6 months. but the issue is not resolved.

The only way to reach out to a person is to report an issue with network.Even then the cust care person will not forward to accounts/billing team? Only way is to drop a mail to care@jio
