@JioCare @chandrsekharsha My intent was to recharge for 699 plan for 3 months. But the plan given was of 2499 per month.Please revert me back to my 3-month plan for 699.I had never used/require a plan which is beyond 700. And jio wrongly recommended a plan of 2499 which is more of misguiding the customers

@JioCare why don't you have any option for talking to a customer care person regarding ebills? The only way to reach out to a person is to report an issue with network.Even then the cust care person will not forward to accounts/billing team? Only way is to drop a mail to care@jio

@JioCare ,@reliancejio I am getting an internet Speed of <10 Mbps on a 100 Mbps plan. Using troubleshooting on myjio app results in a chat window where I am redirected to call customer care number which never gets connected nor there's callback. Pathetic service. Please refund

Dear, @JioCare it is horrible experience to hear recharge notification every time before calling. While due date is 3-4 day still left. We All are enough to know about our mobile recharge on due date, no need to notify everytime before calling. It's irritating to every customer.

@JioCare Absolutely no response from customer care! I've been calling and texting to get some assistance but all I get is "we are unable to help you". My #JioFiber is not working and my work is on hold! Least you can do is call and troubleshoot. #disappointed
