I am at my village and i am using Jio network but here is network very very poor and here is one tower which frequently is normal range kindly do the needful and give the best service of jio user @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio @AkashAmbani

@JioCare For slow Speed we have raised so many compliments and even person visit couldn't help me 2 days ago jio internet was not working for 4 hours everyday 4 to 5 Times your network stops working trust Just because of your poor service everyone is using @airtelindia for backup.

I received a call from jio customer service. A girl who was other side told me to do recharge because i had not been recharged since 3 months.When she was speaking sound like threat very loudly. I said her to speak politely but instead of apologise she started shouting.@JioCare

@JioCare It's been fourth day no action has been taken from your side.. As engineer came and they said that we don't know what's the problm is. Problem is from the main supply. Its totally an harassment of consumer from your side a mental harrasment.

@JioCare I have Rs 666 plane and it is valid upto 7th March. But Yesterday I was required some extra data so I rechargrd with Rs 15. Since then daily data is not being add to my number. It looks like Rs. 666 data plane is not working now. And your c care exe. is not able to help
