@JioCare Don't ask us to DM because you don't want to Fix When @reliancejio started that time I bought a number of @JioCare and that was 2016 from that day till now it's 7 Year's Now we are tired of complaining about it because we know that nothing will change we have to find other option

@JioCare For slow Speed we have raised so many compliments and even person visit couldn't help me 2 days ago jio internet was not working for 4 hours everyday 4 to 5 Times your network stops working trust Just because of your poor service everyone is using @airtelindia for backup.

I received a call from jio customer service. A girl who was other side told me to do recharge because i had not been recharged since 3 months.When she was speaking sound like threat very loudly. I said her to speak politely but instead of apologise she started shouting.@JioCare

@JioCare My brother is having jio sim but the problem is that it's internet is slow in my area but when I go to some another place it works well.If you can look at the problem regarding slow internet then I can think of porting my sim. Moreover I have my classes and need stable internet.

Having problem with my #Jiofiber. Called up helpline 1800 896 9999 to register a complaint. Only option that you get on the IVR menu is to "Invite new Jio connection to your home". @JioCare what about the people who already invited? No care for them??

@nitinbhayana @JioCare My local jio team is worst than i ever thought tjey do not pick the phone and in past 10 days jio fibre broke down multiple times and their rwsolution time is 24 hrs. So think if you are Working from home and internet service keep on breaking for 24 hrs in every 4 days.diagusting

U can check ur sys that cancellation date is 31st Aug-Installation date 3rd July. Thats not 60 days as per our math. Pls let us know if we need to take math class again or u
