@JioCare from many years the sped of jio network has been slowed down in such a way that today not a single page of any browser people can open and raising the voice in customer support answers the team will look after it but still the same problem occurred hope this must be last

Dear @VodafoneIN @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio #Khetasarai District, Jaunpur, there is a big problem of internet, especially the Internet network is not available here, such as #SocialMedia accounts are not running. Please note this and solve the problems of the network.

@JioCare can you stop calling me and stop promoting your true 5G? 4g nai chalta tumhara aur 5g ke din me 10 call kar dete ho. Cust care says they cant help and cannot stop these calls. I do not remember opting in for these spam calls. @DoT_India

@JioCare Pathetic customer service process. I travelled on 8th Dec in Emirates dbx to ny. I took in flight pack but it was not working in Emirates as they discontinued Aero Mobile. Now I have been asking Jio team to credit the pack to my regular pack for past 45 days, no solution

@JioCare You people are here to just snatch money from customer, your agent also promise that it will be trial pack and within 7 days if you disconnect the connection we will refund you all money and from last 20 days i am just waiting for pickup
