    @JioCare Your poor company first entices consumers, and over time, they are disturbed by the problem of their network coverage calls etc. I myself had added my number from Airtel to jio but due to the problem, my complaints were not reacted from 2018 till now There is no change

    @JioCare where the hell is you’re customer person why they are not available to take the call . plz solve my slow internet speed other wise port my sim on Airtel . Do something as much as possible.

    @reliancejio wanted a new sim a new pre-paid sim you executive had come to but was clueless about the process to be done for booking the sim every now then calling senior executive for help , and the mobile he had come with had less than 5 percent battery twice the mobile got off

    @JioCare Until 3 months @reliancejio is not able to deliver the SIM to a sufferer and his official quote lame excuses there is policy of govt. tiredup waiting for your resolution. Going to PORT all my Jio numbers . As we scare same result to rest of our other contact numbers.

    @reliancejio I paid for a fibre connection on Wednesday, installation is still not done, because your engineers just keep postponing appointment without any customer input. Now the same people who were after me for making payment are not even picking up call, really poor service
