VinayVB (@vinayvb777) reported@JioCare Placed an order for a new Jio Sim through Myjio App and paid the plan amount. Still shows processing even after 48 hours. Kindly cancel the order if you are unable to deliver the Sim. I would get an @Airtel_Presence sim instead of waiting endlessly without any updates.

We are paying for a monthly package and if it's down you should deduct the downtime amount , but yeah I know you have to print out a bill which costs half , because it's down most of the day, time to switch to @reliancejio
