    @JioCare Your poor company first entices consumers, and over time, they are disturbed by the problem of their network coverage calls etc. I myself had added my number from Airtel to jio but due to the problem, my complaints were not reacted from 2018 till now There is no change

    @JioCare It has been almost three months now that I am chasing my cancellation request for account 1203549605. Each time jio customer care promising (shamelessly) 48 hour to resolve it and then nothing happens. It is very unprofessional and unethical from jio

    @JioCare My Jio Fibre Internet has been disconnected on Sunday, Till now I've called 4 times on your toll free no. 18008969999 to get my issue resolved, but I'm hearing only one line from CS Team "your issue get resolved within 24 hrs" whereas it's been more than 24 hrs

    I'm shocked my data connection was off and received data exhausted mssg. I recharged add on plan again I received data exhausted mssg within some minutes. Even I'm unable to reach contact a jio person who can resolve my problem. @JioCare

    @uditajoshi22 @reliancejio I've heard legends about it's customer service. So I think i'd rather stay away.

    @JioCare The connection keeps dropping (red blinking LED) and then comes back after 20-30 minutes. This happens 5-6 times a day and is causing a lot of inconvenience. And your virtual assistant doesn't allow me to talk to an actual agent. Please help.

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup Please close your Jio fiber if you can't provide service. My net is down since two days and they have closed all my complaints.....now saying that they need 24 more hrs to service my complaint again.
