    @JioCare Your poor company first entices consumers, and over time, they are disturbed by the problem of their network coverage calls etc. I myself had added my number from Airtel to jio but due to the problem, my complaints were not reacted from 2018 till now There is no change

    I'm using @reliancejio for almost 2 years. And, I'm facing the worst mobile experience ever. All time it shows 1 bar. Internet runs too slowly often. I can't work properly. I think airtel is better. Jio Care is horrible too. But, why? Trying to switch on airtel. 😡 @JioCare

    @JioCare One of the worst telecom service provider. Jio speed does not go beyond KBS in prime location in Kolkata. When applied for jio fibre jio team said that it’s not possible to provide connection

    @JioCare , Hi Team, in my areas Jio network is not working and very low speed Internet is going on. Many people already port from jio to other network. From last 1 year we are facing issue but Jio is not able to resolve issue. After doing data recharge also it is not working.

    @airtelindia is giving so poor internet service that I was not been able to upload a 10Mb file in 20 minutes. Thank God my friend had a @reliancejio connection. With @JioCare connection finally I uploaded the file.

    @JioCare If it need to purchase then remove notification that in 999 plan Amazon prime OTT is present. Why misleading information provided to customer??
