@JioCare Your poor company first entices consumers, and over time, they are disturbed by the problem of their network coverage calls etc. I myself had added my number from Airtel to jio but due to the problem, my complaints were not reacted from 2018 till now There is no change

@JioCare Jio is a pathetic service provider for jio Fiber, I want to register a complain for slow downloading and uploading but they can't register my complain,they reply we are unable to register your complain for slow downloading or uploading.

When one calls my phone they hear that the number is unreachable/off. Then later in the day I get an sms from @reliancejio that I had missed a call. But my phone is on throughout. Jio's customer care is useless. Does @TRAI monitor these calls not connected as a KPI?
