    @JioCare where the hell is you’re customer person why they are not available to take the call . plz solve my slow internet speed other wise port my sim on Airtel . Do something as much as possible.

    @JioCare Your poor company first entices consumers, and over time, they are disturbed by the problem of their network coverage calls etc. I myself had added my number from Airtel to jio but due to the problem, my complaints were not reacted from 2018 till now There is no change

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice my jio fiber connection is not working and there is no help from your customer service. They r not able to redirect to fiber customer care and the number they give is also getting disconnected all of a sudden. Your chat service is also of no use

    5 days gone no further update received related to the same concern, if we paid for something then it doesn’t mean you as a company take granted to the customer!poor service.. no one is handling customer support there ?even nobody bother to call the customer…@reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio jio network sucks....I have been complaining for about 3 or 4 weeks about internet connection not has changed....jio care always says that our team is working on this problem but till date network has not improved.....😡
