@JioCare Your poor company first entices consumers, and over time, they are disturbed by the problem of their network coverage calls etc. I myself had added my number from Airtel to jio but due to the problem, my complaints were not reacted from 2018 till now There is no change

@JioCare Mr. Prakash, if this type of poor response from the jio at the time of installation, what response jio will give after installation, so I am requesting you if you are comfortable to do the installation and internet connectivity today, then it's ok otherwise cancel the request.

@JioCare Issue with switching to ESIM on iPhone. Have sent sms GETESIM with required info to 199 but did not get 19 digit ESIM ID. Sending message again but no help. Unable to reach live rep on phone support also.
