@JioCare Your poor company first entices consumers, and over time, they are disturbed by the problem of their network coverage calls etc. I myself had added my number from Airtel to jio but due to the problem, my complaints were not reacted from 2018 till now There is no change

@pawandbg @JioCare @reliancejio Hello in August 2020 #JIOFTH was down for 15 days There was no communication between us + they gave appointments 2 visit of JIO engineer at our premises but practically none visited these was all only on record But jio did the job according to their schedule time

@reliancejio though I should not say this in public platform but @JioCare is not able to address the problem I'm facing since the day I install the #JioFiber .now it would be better to take you device back . In fact your representatives are worst to address issues.

@iChouhanShubham @JioCare I raised a complaint with @JioCare on 08.01.2021 and still pending with them. They said that they will soon initiate action but even after 8 successful months... no response.

@JioCare At least ask your engineers to have the integrity to meet the timeline and courtesy to pick customer calls. Also are u going to charge me for days you service is not available due to your delays? Or is that part of the patience that customers are expected to keep?
