    @reliancejio @jio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN @Idea @Airtel_Presence @TRAI such a poor network at my home location complaint several time to jio no action has been taken till now my references id for jio complaints is MR0000SMHYXE hope it will solve ASAP

    @JioCare Your poor company first entices consumers, and over time, they are disturbed by the problem of their network coverage calls etc. I myself had added my number from Airtel to jio but due to the problem, my complaints were not reacted from 2018 till now There is no change

    @JioCare where the hell is you’re customer person why they are not available to take the call . plz solve my slow internet speed other wise port my sim on Airtel . Do something as much as possible.

    Dear @JioCare, my Jio AirFiber has been down since the recent power outage. Your engineer visited and confirmed that the outdoor unit is continuously rebooting and unable to lock onto the 5G signal (signal light never turns green). Kindly replace the faulty unit at the earliest.

    @JioCare Really frustrated with your support team. MyJio app still shows an old fiber connection that shouldn't be there. Same happened again SR00003A2EVRN closed four times but still same issue. Can someone actually help me resolve this? #JioDown @reliancejio

    Extremely frustrated with @JioCare @reliancejio services! My internet disconnects every 20–25 minutes. I raised a complaint, but the technician changed the RJ45 plug only. At that time, the internet was working, but later I started facing the exact same issue again. Please help

    @JioCare But last week you mentioned "few days "for refund. Can you please give me exact status of the SR, is it even being processed? I work for an IT company too , but have never seen such slow service anywhere. I have right to know exact days in which I can get refund.

    @JioCare just tell me how I can raise request for disconnection, just for your info I got my airfiber connection 10 days back and since then continuous disconnection and no one even coming to fix that. Remove this **** box you guys are way more worse than airtel #jiodontcare

    It’s been days since the rains cooled off, but @JioCare 5G is still down at my house. Getting <10mbps in just one spot, forcing me onto 4G. Exhausting my 2.5GB daily limit is a nightmare when 5G is supposed to be unlimited. Please resolve! PIN: 401209

    @JioCare, your engineer visit service is pathetic. They directly reschedule the order. I was working from home today because there was supposed to be an engineer assigned to solve the wifi issue, but no one showed up. This is completely unprofessional. Take a look- SROOO03AXOM1

    @JioCare Hi Bhawna, I have tried it and also performed it multiple times earlier also in past 5 days. Request you to please raise service request and assign technician as I am not able to do it using app. I have tried perform diagnostics but it always show temporary issue from past 5days
