    @JioCare Your poor company first entices consumers, and over time, they are disturbed by the problem of their network coverage calls etc. I myself had added my number from Airtel to jio but due to the problem, my complaints were not reacted from 2018 till now There is no change

    Next time, I won't do any recharge of jio, will crush it and throw in trashes instead. Not asking for free services, but paying for it. And the quality of network jio is providing is useless. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Well it has been 3 days since my jio fiber wire are down due to snow and nobody is coming to repair it still waiting . Why jio uses thin crappy wire's Which even can't take the loude of a Bird 😡

    @JioCare @reliancejio even after confirming yesterday my plan extension is till 11th of March yet I am getting prompts to pay bill and not getting wifi connectivity since yesterday night. Frustrating service.

    @JioCare @junaid38762377 Agree,so far all good except DND service. if You initiate DND(1909) process to block ad calls and then you will see the real face of @JioCare.

    @JioCare The problem got solved later. But the point is when I needed a customer care help I didn't get any ... Please work on your customer care services
