I requested INVOLUNTARY CANCELLATION & a refund of ₹1060.82 paid 14-Jul because Jio removed utility poles (SR00003BPF29). Stop misrepresenting my request to hold funds. Process permanent account closure and refund to source account now.

I port from jio to Airtel and paid all dues still they stopped outgoing. Its serious issue in case of emergency its life threatened.
