    @JioCare Your poor company first entices consumers, and over time, they are disturbed by the problem of their network coverage calls etc. I myself had added my number from Airtel to jio but due to the problem, my complaints were not reacted from 2018 till now There is no change

    @JioFiberChennai @JioCare I dnt hv any update on actions on my Complaint. While I appreciate it was weekend, given the gravity of the error from Jio team I ws hoping for call from a designated engr confirming a fix by today/tmrw, but it doesn't seem that any action is being taken

    @jiocare @reliancegroup @reliancejio the engineer visited today, but still internet connection is down. This was 3rd visit by the engineers but not able to resolve the issue. Almost 12 days without internet. Extremely disappointed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare i shifted to new house and got an new connection of jio fiber but the service people are not taking backing back old jio fiber and making excuses that set up box was also given as per their system. They are not even taking calls. Kindly help

    @JioCare Any luck? I somehow don't see any urgency to resolve customer grievance. Is there any senior at JIO to own, handle and assist to resolve?
