    @JioCare Your poor company first entices consumers, and over time, they are disturbed by the problem of their network coverage calls etc. I myself had added my number from Airtel to jio but due to the problem, my complaints were not reacted from 2018 till now There is no change

    @reliancejio @JioCare Thanks for your service Second time I canceled fibre connection because after taking money no engineers come to my house and your workers are also great they said what will you do on twitter, we are the authority here. Such a shame to india's largest telecom service provider.

    I has been almost 1month 6 days from uninstallation request yet i haven't received any engeneer to pickup my jio fiber.Always when i call customer care they scheduled a date for engeneer to pickup it but he didn't come to take it.@JioFiberChennai @JioCare

    @JioCare my complaint number is SR00001CB6UT I’ve been advised by your technician that they cannot fix the line which was disconnected by BSES as your box was fixed on there pole and your technician has asked me to opt for some other service provider. Can you check and advise.
