    @JioCare Your poor company first entices consumers, and over time, they are disturbed by the problem of their network coverage calls etc. I myself had added my number from Airtel to jio but due to the problem, my complaints were not reacted from 2018 till now There is no change

    @JioCare where the hell is you’re customer person why they are not available to take the call . plz solve my slow internet speed other wise port my sim on Airtel . Do something as much as possible.

    Jio Fiber sent me 3 messages in 24 hours effectively telling me that my WiFi Which is down since 1045 Am yesterday will only be up 1045 Am tomorrow . 48 hours of service blackout . When it comes to rent they want it for full month @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio 48 hours have gone, yet there is still no installation or proper update from your side. Your team only keeps replying on X, but no real action is being taken on the ground. This kind of service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

    @JioCare wtf. Never buy this product the fiber service is ****. They take the money and don't respond. Scam ki maa ka bhosda. They are just **** I recommend everyone not to buy this.

    Hello @JioCare it's been 20 days since I paid for jio air fiber and still no installation at my home. Your local distributor keeps giving the same excuse "NO STOCK, WITHOUT STOCK WHAT SHOULD WE DO" . Why are you taking payments when you can't provide the service?

    @JioCare Can u pls arrange a call from customer care ? I couldn't track any of these requests as my account got deactivated once the uninstallation is done at old flat. Now i couldn't track any of the orders or ser requests. I paid Rs.1200 for this relocation or new connect at new flat.

    @JioCare Me too! They cancelled my order NO0001D0EP1G on 27 April and no refund till date. Worst part is the customer support! An 'idhar dabao, udhar dabao' number and a chatbot replying on mail and SM.
