    @JioCare Your poor company first entices consumers, and over time, they are disturbed by the problem of their network coverage calls etc. I myself had added my number from Airtel to jio but due to the problem, my complaints were not reacted from 2018 till now There is no change

    @JioCare Hello fraud Jio it's been 1 month entire village are suffering from internet fluctuating and calling fluctuating issue but you people are not able to resolve the issue even your untrained service team are giving lame excuse that your handset software are not updated

    @JioCare I know the process of activation. But this can only be done when I receive the SIM. Provide me ETA for delivery of SIM. If it's anytime beyond 11 AM tomorrow (28-May), cancel my order and refund the amount. I will not be available after 11 AM to collect the SIM.

    @reliancejio Paid for new Jio SIM order NO00015F496T (No. Xxxxx81738) but SIM still not delivered/activated. This is the second time I’m facing the same issue after payment. Need urgent resolution and proper update from @JioCare.

    @JioCare hi fed up with slow internet on jio fiber. tried to reach customer care operator but every time got link for 5 years old YouTube video. thinking of alternate option now. very sad. can't see a match constantly even changing channel takes hell of a time

    3 days of delays by Jio Fiber NO INTERNET. Visits rescheduled repeatedly, service put on hold without visiting, and executives not following scheduled times. One executive even suggested closing my connection. Poor service and no proper resolution yet.@JioCare
