@JioCare Your poor company first entices consumers, and over time, they are disturbed by the problem of their network coverage calls etc. I myself had added my number from Airtel to jio but due to the problem, my complaints were not reacted from 2018 till now There is no change

@JioCare Registered for Jio Fibre connection paid ₹1500 for the installation and security now Jio service executives telling me that cannot set up fibre at my place because it requires more than 80 m cable. Jio sales person didn’t check if it was possible to set up jiofibre.

Hi @reliancejio @JioCare , now the IUC has been waived off. Can you please reduce the #jiophone recharge 75 inr to 49 inr back as earlier. It will help to common users. @TRAI

@jiocare i upgraded to a wrong jioFibre plan of 30 Mbos. Customer care tells me there is no way to upgrade ot to 100 Mbps. Please refund my money

@JioCare it's been more than 1 month but network issue not resolved yet. Poor indoor network at my home and office as well. Facing multiple issues due to this. If you can't resolve then let me know the process of port out. #poorsignal

@JioCare it stopped working since 31st only and a red light is continuous blinking... didn't recharged as the conection is down and it will waste my connections period.
