@JioCare Your poor company first entices consumers, and over time, they are disturbed by the problem of their network coverage calls etc. I myself had added my number from Airtel to jio but due to the problem, my complaints were not reacted from 2018 till now There is no change

Nowadays it is being seen in Jio that when ringing anywhere while making a call, the ring sound is very scratchy and cuts too, @reliancejio should rectify it soon! Otherwise, do not force the customer to switch to another network. @reliancejio @JioCare

Over 18 hours now and yet service is out @reliancejio, service centre says we need to wait for another 54 hours.. are you even serious? Service no SR000019BV9K... outage since 3:30 pm 15/03.. need to look at alternates now...
