    @JioCare Your poor company first entices consumers, and over time, they are disturbed by the problem of their network coverage calls etc. I myself had added my number from Airtel to jio but due to the problem, my complaints were not reacted from 2018 till now There is no change

    @JioCare u guys only interested in new connection not at all interested in picking old fiber connection box.. since last 2 months waiting for your executive to pickup old jio fiber connection but no response at all…. And your customer care people just bang (cut) call …

    @JioCare @reliancejio We are using the connection since more then 5 years but the connection is so worse in our area i.e. 400004 and we have tried to reach the customer care but no solution. Instead @airtelindia is way better.

    Telecom network in the south Mumbai is horrible.Frequent call drops no network coverage most of the times. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest. @VodaIdea_NEWS @reliancejio @TRAI
