@JioCare Your poor company first entices consumers, and over time, they are disturbed by the problem of their network coverage calls etc. I myself had added my number from Airtel to jio but due to the problem, my complaints were not reacted from 2018 till now There is no change

I want my money back. Never received such a poorest response from any company. its been 7 days since my jio fibre has stopped working and complaint filed but no person has attended to resolve while the same is showing as resolved in my login ID.@reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiber

@JioCare the day i took jiofiber connection network issue is coming your customer care is always unreachable as usual and in ujjain jio fiber office a peon is handling all complain no responsible person was thr ur company is doing fraud with customers return my 2500/-

I've raised complaints to customer helpline but they've said to keep WiFi in home. Iam one of the loyal customer to Jio and using Jio Sim since from 2016. So my journey of 6 years is coming to an end now. Feeling a lil hurt and Thank you for giving me your best service. @JioCare
