Please everyone don't take Jio Fiber connection, very poor service. After installation within 10 days, 3 times no internet connection issue occurred. This time, it's been 3 days no resolution. All tickets raised where closed automatically.😭 @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

@reliancejio we are getting very disturbed network connectivity and speed. Meetings and calls are getting disconnected in every 5-7 mins. Getting 30-40% less connectivity. The worst part is your Support system. #jioBot not allowing to talk real person but giving predefined reply

@reliancejio Your 5g network is outdoor only network. Inside even 4g data doesn't work properly. Also for voice calls I have to rely on vowifi when home. And this is in Mumbai.
