    @JioCare There is no network in our area. The internet is not working at all. There is no jio network here. Airtel has a good network. Everyone is being ported in Airtel I want to be ported.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have handed over all the devices and accessories in best condition, which were used only for 3 months because of bad service by you. But got only 50% as refund? Any justification for deducting 50% amount? Also the cancellation and refund took 3 months.

    @JioCare After multiple emails and tons of calls to customer care still no refund received. I also tried redeeming again and lost 1000 more. So total 2000 is with jio now. And no resolution. Not able to redeem the STB

    @JioCare Jio doesn't seems to be interested in providing refund for postpaid deposit. I provided account details before 2 weeks but they haven't processed refund yet. When I mailed them they asked for account details again. And still not processing refund. Pathetic service.

    @JioCare Since half an hour I m breaking my head with your customer care for same problems, no one comes and issues are being added to the list, now getting error (2002) for few channels . I think now I have to seriously think of changing service provider

    @reliancejio i got jio fiber connection on 2nd Sep 22 and from yesterday my jio fiber is not working, after frequent complain not getting any solutions from your team. I request all prospective customer plz beware before getting new connection.
