Suffering from less coverage area from more than 1 year, neither @JioCare nor @TRAI is taking any action. I think the worst regulatory authority is @TRAI . No one fear them because they do not take any action against telephone operator. @manojsinhabjp @narendramodi @PMOIndia

@JioCare Multiple request raised to fix the network signal issue but no luck. You are encouraging to port in but providing very poor service. Please engage your network team to fix the signal issue.

@reliancejio as of now jio has extremely network and internet issue in all Hyderabad.i have to go back on @airtelindia network and I think Airtel add promotion is honest tag line as old was good.@reliancejio (very sad)

Most furious service provided by @reliancejio . More than 15 complaints one year continuous follow ups @JioCare provided me the ETR for network resolution was 14 april. Now they are not responsible. Why @DoT_India is not talking any action against them. #Jio #mukeshambani

Today I sat in a diffnt bldg 8th floor, there also was no Jio network, inspite, on the 3rd floor cafeteria there is Jio wifi... But network dies 4-5 floors above in the same building. Infact it is not good anywhere in the entire complex except that cafetra @reliancejio @JioCare

Looks like your executives don’t want people to shift from other operators to your network @reliancejio. Needlessly rejected MNP process due to “incomplete information”. I know for a fact that there is no incomplete information.

By far worst system of customer care is @airtelindia . They don't even have an option to speak to a customer agent. I switched over to @JioFiberVoice . Double the speed at half the cost. Customer agent picks phone within 3 rings. Amazing @reliancejio . Keep up good work
