It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

@JioCare @JioCare Follow up- The issue is not solved yet. Further after engineer's visit, things worsen and now speed is below 10Mbps. And i have missed an important international video call. Please fix the issue asap. The problem is going on for more than 10 days now.

I am from odisha my town just 60km away from Bhubaneswar. But still jio fibber fail to give service in our town. Bsnl,railtel,getnet every body here there are many customer wait for jio fibber but jio dont need it... Allways we are working on it. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I applied to many times but from your customer care says there is issue in your area from last 6 months and in every 15 days says ..1 more month .. bad service 7717757551 applied through this number
