    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare My JioFiber connection has not been working for the last 24 hours. Despite waiting for a resolution, the issue is still not fixed. This is causing significant inconvenience and affecting my work. Kindly look into this urgently and restore the service at the earliest

    What is wrong with @reliancejio @JioCare Internet? The connection has been extremely slow and frequently disconnecting for the last 10 hours. Iโ€™ve been trying to contact customer care, but there has been no response. How can I reach customer support and get this issue resolved?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Thereโ€™s huge net speed issue at my place. I have tried calling customer care and chats too. But there is response from Jio CC. I had changed my plan from 30mbps to 100mbps but since I have changed the plan speed is not even near 10mbps.

    And in the middle of all these, to my utter shock received a message that my connection was kept on hold and when contacted customer care, was told that was on hold as 'no payment received'. More reasons to hate the service! @jagograhakjago @reliancejio

    @jio_fiber @reliancejio @DoT_India Hi Jio, Its very unprofessional n unethical that u first suspended my postpaid service though i already paid for three months, now my internet is down since todayโ€™s morning, hv called multiple times, written mail but no reply. Please check.

    @JioCare It's been more then a month and no one has shown up to fix a simple net issue. Very bad experience least to say
