    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioWifi @JioCare my jio wifi is not working . Jio wifi customer care is still working on it since last 5 days and not registering any complaint. Jio wifi centre of city is saying without complaint they won't fix it. And no complaint is being registered.

    Avoid @reliancejio Fiber. Itโ€™s been 45 days and Iโ€™m still waiting for my security deposit refund. Customer support is non-existent, no responses, no updates. Extremely frustrated with the lack of service. Taking this to the Consumer Forum next. ๐Ÿšฉ #JioFiber #BadService @JioCare

    @JioCare Today trying to activate Jio number calling 18008901977 as suggested by customer care but it says number is not available for IVR verification use app I am stuck again with unpleasant experience. Please help ASAP. Customer care representative is unable to resolve the issue.

    @JioCare Can you just fix your damn service already? My JioFiber has been down since yesterday. I even booked a service visit, and no one has shown up. When I call customer care, it says thereโ€™s an outage in the areaโ€”but somehow Iโ€™m the only one dealing with this. Is there any actual fix for this issue?

    @JioCare Third class service please don't book jio air fiber they will took money for booking but not installing. I booked it 30 April. But steel not installed. They only give fake promises and costumer care also not working
