    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare why there is no cancellation option in myjio app/whatsapp/IVR for cancelling jiofiber connection. You have options to relocate/transfer etc but not cancellation. There is no intuitive way to cancel an existing connection. I want to cancel my existing connection

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio broadband ( +91-1131556494 ) service’s have been disrupted for more than 12 hrs now, and inspite of lodging a support request, no technician was assigned to fix the issue. This ought to be essential service we assume. CC : @amitroy1

    @JioCare Technician assigned for today from 3-4 PM but no one came as of now & it’s now 4 PM already. Called customer care around 2:30 PM they told me wait till 4 PM. Still I am waiting without internet. Jio service I thought will be good but it’s even worse nowadays πŸ‘Ž #jio #jioairfiber
