    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Day no 3 & @JioCare doesn't care about customers facing issue with jio fiber. It's better I switch to @Airtel_Presence kindly change your handle from Jio cares to Jio doesn't care. Pathetic services as they only care about no of customers not quality service.

    @reliancejio Jio Fibre +91-1353551613 is not working. Raised SR00001D4FP3. Instead of providing a resolution your Jio representative Ajeet Singh (#06397378749) is not picking up/disconnecting our calls. Today he picked up and said why are you calling again when I am disconnecting your calls!

    @reliancejio I use Jio Fiber since 18/5/22 paying 3 months charges as advance payment. This should cover until 17/8/22. But I am charged Rs 1178.82 to pay for usage until 21/8/22. Customer support unable to explain why bill summary indicates past month as bill charge is advance
