    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    The most pathetic customer service is of @JioCare @reliancejio my parents live alone and since more than 24 hours wifi is not working despite all rubbish steps to follow on the app. I scheduled a visit for 10am today morning and they themselves reschedule it to 3.30pm .#jiosucks

    @JioCare Network connectivity issues, mostly my group friend complaint me we are unable to contact. Further internet very poor in Taluka place also. We cannot gpay easily. Also in my area when electricity down tower not working so coverage stop.

    @JioCare @JioCare You have been sending us the same reply for the last 2 days: “Our team is working to restore the services at the earliest.” It’s now the 3rd day, and the service is still down. We need an actual solution, not the same repeated response. Please restore urgently.

    JioFiber’s service is a complete mess. I paid online , but Customer Care claims it was cash. They say a voucher was issued on Aug 19, but I never received it. Installation team says the connection isn’t cancelled. Refund still pending. Explain this! @JioCare @reliancejio

    One of the worst services @reliancejio provides. Whenever i recharge every month most of the days it buffer even after having 5g network. Your helpline service is worst then your network. Paying for service not getting is not what customers has paid for, @JioCare
