    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I ported my number from Airtel to Jio just yesterday, but now I really regret it. I had such a good service with Airtel, yet I switched to Jio for no reason. I must have lost my mindโ€”the network has been so terrible that Iโ€™ve been extremely disappointed.

    Data services Network in pin area 272131 is pathetic, so for I have raised this issue with CCE of Jio care ,but no improvement experienced so far. I think leaving this operator is only option left to me. @reliancejio

    @JioCare The internet is down since morning and there is simply no way to connect with your executives on chat/call. The system has raised a ticket and visit is scheduled for 16th Aug. Are you guys serious? Or feel that the customers are at your whims and fancy

    @JioCare Nelson, forwarding my concern is 3 months old story, so is your team working on the same. Isn't it funny & fooling statement of the keep saying earliest after 3 months which hasn't come yet probably never. Either u guys transfer refund or tell #jionorefund it's shame.

    @jiocare no internet. Pls provide the network. Don't take free money, provide the service. #jio you have blocked ivr code 9 to speak to customer care executive. Why? So that you can carry on harassment with poor data network?

    @reliancejio โ‚น1,200 refund pending for 9+ months! Paid for JioFiber relocation on 2 Nov 2025. Service unavailable, so I cancelled and returned the device. Jio confirmed on Dec 13 that the refund was initiated and promised within 7 days. Still nothing @JioCare @jio_fiber
