    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    @JioCare @JioCare This is beyond frustrating now. I reported severe network issues back in Oct 2025, shared all details via DM as asked, and it’s now April 2026 β€” still no resolution. I’ve raised complaints multiple times via calls and here on X. No action, no follow-up, no improvement.

    @JioCare Jiofiber is a thief, it takes people's money and disappears... I will never advise anyone to install Jio fiber internet.

    @reliancejio I am being harrased to the highest order in reactivating my sim. My daughter studies in a hostel and lost her sim. I am trying to reactivate the sim but being denied as some rep of urs entered wrong name not matching the IDs. This is not done. Pls help!!

    @JioCare I am from mudichur near Tambaram. Here 5g network very very wort not even taking very slow. Need your support to identify the problem and sort it out. Almost 1 week this suitation. Now mind set is gone to change over jio to Airtel. Pls need action.
