    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    Saray Bhupat Post Raja Ka Bagh District #Etawah #UttarPradesh Jio network and internet speed is absolutely 0 when you call 198 then the speed increases otherwise the speed is 0 only I think Jio internet is stolen and hacked in this area Take immediate action...! @reliancejio

    @RelianceJioCare @JioCare @BandBajaateRaho worst experience JIO Care. Call never get completed. it gets dropped in between and there is no improvement. no call back. JIO team pls improve customer service first. 😡😡👎👎

    I have ported my sim card from airtel to jio.. Within a week I am unable to make calls from my ported jio number! Not able to connect with Customer care service 90 percent of tym and rest 10 percent of time they are not helping me out! Kindly look into it. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have never ever met an such irresponsible customer support from any telecom or internet providers .workers from jio give you fake information such that you will get coupon code , voucher code free , but trust me jio won’t give any kind of things #worstjio😡

    The service of #jiofiber is pathetic. I would like to recommend everyone to go for airtel xtreme because they care for their customers unlike this @JioCare . I am gone mad from last 5 days my problem is not getting solved. They are #cheaters #technology

    @ImAtulKansal @reliancejio disappointed with your service engineer not visiting . Mr. Atul tell your customer support team to not do time pass of they are unable to fix appointment and resolve issue. Haven’t seen pathetic service than any of your competitors! @MukeshAmbanima
