    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    No help from @JioCare . No one is coming to pick up the router and set top box. They had taken 1500 rs initially but now they are not refunding this. Pathetic service from Jio

    @JioCare your customer #service is #pathetic and #worst WiFi is down for 4-5 hours. There is no update from your side as in when your engineer will visit. Customer care is also clueless as they are not giving any timeline.
