    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    @JioCare Nah. This is still not fixed. Why are we not sending your best engineers to find the root cause. What is the point of taking your service if all the time customer has to be behind you. Such a bad experience. I am parallelly checking with Airtel as well. I am frustrated now

    Finally cancelling @reliancejio after 3 months of a traumatic and exhausting nightmare. Zero resolution, no engineer ever showed up, endless IVR torture, repeated false promises, and still charging me. This is beyond pathetic. Completely dishonest and unacceptable. Total scam.

    @JioCare too pathetic of your customer service , my airfiber is not working for the past 4 days , I have sent a mail and called customer care thrice but no proper response also the idiotic my jio self service app you can't even raise a service ticket there. #worstJio
