    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    it's been more then 5 months when i paid 3k ruppes to @JioCare for the service. then after complaining several times they only refunded 1200/- rs. And now, they aren't helping me in any way. they're only doing fraud. Don't buy there service. can anyone know what should I do now?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Thank you ! In the first place, Why is ur representative declining my calls after taking the booking/payment ? IS THIS UR STARTEGY TO CHASE CUSTOMER UNTIL BOOKING IS SECURED & THEN SIMPLY DISAPPEAR ? Is my time a joke to you/your representative?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely poor service experience with Jio AirFiber. I paid the required amount for a new connection, no installation till now & the person who booked the connection has completely stopped responding despite multiple calls. Connection/Order No: NO0001F0I5MG

    @JioCare @airtelindia @JioCare Kindly initiate the refund of 1200 back to source of payment (CreditCard). I have been falsely promised for so many days that it will be done today tomorrow but it never came. As today as well no contact has been made until now, if it has been escalated someone.. (1/2)
