    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service by jio.. I have internet outage from 3rd may. It's been 3 days since ticket has been raised there are multiple reschedules (6-8 times), same answer from their helpline.. they provided nodal officer number for escalation, which is dead. Ugh!

    Dear @JioCare, Your MyJio app is genuinely one of the most frustrating support experiences Iโ€™ve dealt with. I spent ages trying to figure out how to book a simple engineer visit for a physical fibre installation issue. And there is literally no clear way to do it.
