    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    @JioCare I have recharge my jio fiber connection yesterday morning but till th time internet not working, many times called on your customer support it's seems 3rd class support system setup for customer support.

    @JioCare โ€” Service Request SR00003E3GDZ has been closed three times without a single technician visit or even a proper call to me. My request is simple: shift the JioFiber cable passing through a neighbouring plot where construction is underway and could damage the cable.

    @JioCare SR00003ECGX9 raised for compensation for 9 DAYS OF TOTAL OUTAGE (Aug 6-14). Pushing its ETA to Aug 27 just for a simple validity extension is unreasonable & violates TRAI QoS norms. Official DoT Appeal (DOTEL/E/A/26/0011141) is active. Expedite this immediately. @DoT_India @TRAI
