    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Habiba, I had first spoken to u I had trusted u 3 months back, I do bit still trust u I need this to be resolved in next day ASAP don't break my that trust. It's, humble last request. Get this issue get over for the good. It's shame how situation has been handled so far

    Jio 5G really said โ€œnot todayโ€ ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ“ต 5G isnโ€™t working in Vile Parle West, Mumbai. Network is literally struggling out here ๐Ÿ’€ @reliancejio please fix this ASAP. ๐Ÿ“ถ @JioCare

    @JioCare I too have replied. Please check. No need of any further frustration. Please get it disconnected immediately. 5 days wait is more than the industry standard. That too not a single visit. Only crap being served online.

    @JioCare @JioCare I get 120 Mbps at 4 AM, but during the day/night I get only ~2 Mbps. So the issue is clearly NOT 5G connectivity. It seems your network cannot handle the congestion/traffic. I still hope you can fix this. If not, just say itโ€”Iโ€™ll switch. @TRAI

    @JioCare Physical sim still delivered at my address. I want physical sim. If it is not possible then cancel it and refund my money to buy physical sim

    Recharged Jio for a full year, but the network service is extremely disappointing. Even in such a big city, connectivity is poor. Contacted customer support multiple timesโ€”same response: โ€œWeโ€™re working on it for months.โ€ But no improvement yet. @reliancejio
