    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare worst internet connection ever. Its has been 3 days that my internet is down. Not able to reach the jio support team over 1800 896 9999. Same automated message.. worst experience..

    @JioCare @reliancejio He promised me that you will get YouTube black premium but I didn’t get it ans also I should get latest C6 outdoor unit but got very old unit, Once again Jio Team cheated me, very frustrated with the service, after paying 100 Mbps, geriatric 30 Mbps benifit.

    @JioCare My job got affected due to poor services of jio fiber at my location , its very painful after a such long conversation, you guys could not resolve my issue. Had very pathetic experience and will update this conversation on my professional network as well.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is beyond frustrating now. I reported severe network issues back in Oct 2025, shared all details via DM as asked, and it’s now April 2026 β€” still no resolution. I’ve raised complaints multiple times via calls and here on X. No action, no follow-up, no improvement.
