    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @jiocare @reliancejio JioFiber order LR000016EYAC amt was paid on 31 Aug 26 Tried multiple times – MyJio app, Fiber helpline 1800-896-9999 and WhatsApp support have no cancellation option Please cancel the order immediately and process full refund to the original payment mode

    @RaviSin6238033 @JioCare Similar problem I faced few days ago. They keep saying engineer is not able to enter your premises, but when after 12 days engineer came, he said he did not got any service query. Means jio is not handovers complaint to local engineer and randomly updating status by own.

    @JioCare how do i enable international roaming in my pre paid mobile connection in canada my number is from assam circle . I cant be physically present in India soni need a resolution asap as I am facing major issues

    @jiocare the airfiber was under network outage frm 25.8.26 till 1.9.26 6pm. Hence change the recharge date of 6th September asap @reliancejio

    .@reliancejio I received this SMS saying an eSIM upgrade request for my Jio number could not be initiated because my email ID isn’t registered. The issue is, I never requested an eSIM upgrade. Could you please check why an eSIM upgrade request was initiated on my number and confirm whether my account is secure? SMS received: β€œYour eSIM upgrade request for Jio number xxxxxxxxxx could not be initiated because your email ID is not registered with this number.”

    @JioCare **** up service. It's been 20+ days I am waiting for a manager call back. Issue not resolved fg or more than 6month
