    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio it’s been more than 24 hour yesterday someone from there social media team reach out for assistance saying that your query will be resolved on priority today I had appointment of 4 pm no one showed up and no one is responding PM is empathising on WFH and this is service of our leading service provider

    .@JioCare @reliancejio Installed Jio AirFiber 100 Mbps plan 5 days ago, but getting only ~15 Mbps speed. Already raised 5 complaints and still no resolution. Extremely poor service experience. Please escalate and resolve permanently.

    @JioCare Pls go-ahead. Who wants to spend 10-20 calls with customer care every month to get the things solved. There are better things to do.

    @JioCare Details have been shared via DM as requested. The outage remains unresolved despite repeated follow-up, and there has been no concrete update. This prolonged service disruption is unacceptable. Kindly resolve on priority and confirm restoration ETA immediately

    Since yesterday My Jio SIM suddenly stopped working properly. No outgoing calls, incoming callers hear that my phone is switched off while it is actually ON, and 5G network has disappeared β€” only LTE is available now. Kindly check and fix the issue urgently. @JioCare #jionetwork

    @ViCustomerCare When you are introducing #calling bandwidth and #internet bandwidth in same band, I face lot of problems when I use internet then someone call me, My internet stucked. Plz provide same as @reliancejio
