    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.     It's been two weeks since I've experienced no internet connectivity. @reliancejio @JioCare If you can't fix this, please inform me so that I can switch to Airtel. It feels horrible to pay monthly for absolutely terrible service.

    @JioCare Are you fraud or what why are you sending me same message again and again. If you can't solve problem then tell me or I will make a grievance against you. Already engineer visit is scheduled so how I reschedule and what is meaning of rescheduling when engineer is not visiting
