    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    @JioCare Hi Sudhanshu, I sent my reg. mobile no. and JioFiber ID in DM. Please check them and fix this fast. My ownership transfer request has been denied many times for the same reason. Please ask the right team to check and fix it. @JioCare

    @JioCare I have no other option but to leave jio,no connectivity ,the customer care stated I don't have 5G coverage even if I live in an urban metropolis, they suggested I should convert my network to LTE even after thar the speed on my devices is not moving beyond B/s n KB/S

    @JioCare @JioCare Iโ€™m so done hearing the same thing from your support team. Itโ€™s been more than 30 days for a simple ownership change from my fatherโ€™s name to mine. Absolutely trash service and support. Iโ€™m waiting only 24 more hours after that, Iโ€™m done & will proceed with disconnection
