    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

After my AirFiber order (booked Aug 12 via tech Sachin Pawar) was canceled due to "unfeasibility," Sharad from your Social Media Team mentioned a 21-day refund wait & no current 5G rollout plan. With 50+ IT professionals working from home here, we urgently need stable connectivity. Kindly consider upgrading the nearby Balegaon site to 5G to support our village! @Jio_Offl

    @reliancejio @JioCare Now the connection has been deactivated for โ€œoverdue paymentโ€, as shown in the attached screenshot.The representative is now not answering our calls. This is clearly an internal account/connection migration issue, not a customer payment default. (3/5)

    @JioCare @JioCare Iโ€™m unable to connect with a customer care advisor when I call. Also, internet is working for some residents in my building, while only a few of us are facing the issue. Please have your support team call me and explain RCA of the issue & the expected resolution time.

    @JioCare Issue is not with my address. The same issue I have faced in INA market in Delhi and Now I am facing in Chennai. I mostly surf net through wifi and never realized that jio service has become so poor. I am now thinking of porting it.
