    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Issue standa not resolved. I guess by this approach u guys are working days will become months. Advice me if I need close the Jio Fibre & will inform neighbours as well to throw the jio router box in garbage. Go for Airtel/Vodafone/BSNL as new connection.

    @JioCare The issue needs to be properly resolved, not just temporarily fixed. Last complaint was raised on 12th technician scheduled for 13th, but it was resolved on 16th by simply resetting the modem—which I can do myself. The issue returned within hours. Need proper solution for issue.

    Disappointed with @airtelindia. Poor call quality and my daily data keeps deducting even on 5G. @RelianceJio handles 5G much better without data cuts. Time to switch? #Airtel #Jio5G

    @JioCare The Jio Fiber technician came, charged 100 rupees, and then fixed the issue after 5day before leaving. Between Jio Fiber's terrible service and shoddy engineering maintenance, this is the last month I'm using Jio; I'm switching to Airtel Fiber next.

    @JioCare Even after repeatedly complaint, same copy paste answer given that we have limited coverage etc. instead of looking my issue. It's my primary number and after 5 years I decided to port out. Bye bye @reliancejio @JioCare .

    @JioCare i have tried contacting the customer care guy (Amritsar) as my wifi is not working and informed him many times as he mentioned he will come and check didn’t show 70097 97751 his number please check dont know why they dont want to work

    @JioCare Habiba, I had first spoken to u I had trusted u 3 months back, I do bit still trust u I need this to be resolved in next day ASAP don't break my that trust. It's, humble last request. Get this issue get over for the good. It's shame how situation has been handled so far
