    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @jio_internet @JioInternet @JioCare I felt that Jio Fiber, the way you guys marketed it, will maintain that value but we are facing issues. Two years back we went to complaint about internet issues to the office after 12 days of online complaints & calls, no result came in (1/2)

    There’s not even actual person as customer support in @JioCare u guys are bots using fake names to reply on chat. No one asked you to put the amount in the voucher or anything, if the order is cancelled then why didn’t u refunded teg amount in my source account? This is bullshit

    @JioCare I even decided not to pay for a service I wasn't receiving, but Jio forced me to recharge because without an active plan I couldn't even reschedule the appointment. It's been 3 days since the recharge and I'm still sitting without internet.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioHotstar For the third ticket, the engineer visit has been rescheduled three times, but no one has come to fix the issue. I do not understand the purpose of customer service if customer issues are not being addressed properly.
