    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    @JioCare @JioCare If you cannot even identify the complaint location from the Service Request Number, what could be worse customer service than this? My internet has been down for 4 days. SR: SR00002MB0TC. Please provide a proper solution now.

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN What is happening with JioAirFiber? There has been no internet/Wi-Fi connectivity in my area for the last 2โ€“3 days, and the issue is still unresolved. This is extremely frustrating, especially for a paid broadband service. Wifi no +91-5542357190

    @JioCare raised a complain for fiber today morning SR00002NFR38 Technician visited and repaired it On dat time it was correct After som time again the sam issue raised Seeing this i hav again rang the same technician but he said he can come tomorrow It means i hav to sit idle
