    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    @JioCare @JioCare My services were not usable for many days due to repeated internet issues and downtime. My plan is โ‚น599 + GST, but the bill amount is โ‚น1117.23, which is incorrect. Previous month payment was already made, and service downtime should also be considered.

    @reliancejio Hello My Jio no. not working, Sms services activated but unable to do voice calls and no network sign available. Many times call to customer care but unable to connect.

    @JioCare Sorry I think you are mistaken - I have made the payment 3 TIMES and that too on suggestion of your customer care executive. Every time I called them the only solution they were giving me was to make payment one more time - a great way to loot hard earn money of customers

Please suggest . 919653183512 Unable connect to your 199 as no network, your chatbot is poor to resolve issues . There is no WhatsApp number either. Then tell me how a customer connects to you.

    @JioCare Paid my JioFiber/JioHome bill of โ‚น1768.82 on 30-Apr-26 and received official payment confirmation from @JioCare. Yet I continue receiving payment due alerts claiming โ‚น1277.94 outstanding for the SAME account.Have:Shared payment proof,Called customer care. Customer harassment

    @JioCare Even after waiting for more than 10 minutes, your customer care executives are not answering calls or resolving customer issues. Such poor support is rarely seen with @airtelindia and even @BSNLCorporate has improved a lot compared to this now.
