    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @himanshutalrej3 It was an absolutely terrible network experience. I used it for a year and barely got any signal. Later, I switched to Reliance @JioCare and the difference has been huge with much better connectivity. You can try once

    @JioCare 20+ days and my JioFiber landline still not receiving incoming calls. BSNL, VI and even Jio calls fail. Stop sending generic replies and fix this. How long does it take to resolve a basic issue? Escalate this now and provide a clear timeline.@BSNLCorporate

    @JioCare is asking me to take a new connection and cancel the existing oneโ€”without any refund for the unused period. This feels misleading and unfair. Kindly resolve this by either enabling relocation or providing a refund for the remaining validity. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio Order ID NO00015DVIC1 ordered a new jio sim;supposed to be delivered in 48 hours but till now 96+hours has passed but haven't received it yet the delivery agent currently assigned is not receiving my call since 3 days and no resolution provided till now๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก
