    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    @JioCare I have purchased a prepaid number online. I have done the rechargeof Rs 349. Yet no one has contacted me for the SIM delievery. Can you please help? Else I feel it's a waste of money and loss of face for your company.
