    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @TelecomTalk Nothing happens, first ask @JioCare to provide a complaint acknowledgement number to customers..it's huge, then indoor coverage..#vi has more sites compared to other operators, but poor indoor coverage.AGR case to be disposed of at the earliest, So that customers will not suffer

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani My JioFi (+91 7662334377) is completely down since Monday more than 7 days now). Raised 5 complaints, promised engineer visit multiple times but no one came Support giving wrong updates daily. Working from home remotely this is affecting my job badly.

    @JioCare So I guess @reliancejio is flooded with customers and you guys are happy to cancel the subscription than to resolve the issue.

    @JioCare I don't require your service anymore . Refund my amount with penal interest. You don't have an instrument/ODU for jio Air fiber and selling plans to fool customers. Is tarike se kitne customers ka paisa hold karke business chaloge jio.

    @JioCare Jio β€œoptimization” is going on for 6 months in my area. No proper signal, no stable internet. Only promises, no service. I’ve waited enough. Moving to Airtel in May. Goodbye Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio
