@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio SR00001E67KK - You have closed my ticket just mentioned temporary outage. I am facing issue from last couple of months, it means Jio has long pending issue not temporary outage. It seems Jio don't have proper coverage and infrastructure to provide service.

@reliancejio I'm so frustrated with the networking service.I can't even give a feedback on myjio app as it doesn't allow me to submit my complaint.I recharged it yesterday and I regret doing it.If it's gonna be like this then I guess I've no choice but to switch to other service.

@reliancejio need help. Trying to surrender the jio connection for almost a month now. 5-6 times the technician has visited and seems like a device mismatch error happening. Call centre clueless what needs to be done. Can you fix this ASAP.

@JioCare This is not the 1st time I am experiencing the slow network and have raised this issue earlier as well but still no improvement. I saw the same excuses - i.e. it's slow bcz every one is using the internet, what action that you have taken so far?
