    Jio Fiber has gone down from best to the worst internet service provider in India. It's been more than 2 months of suffering now. Loss of connection, slow speed even if you have it. Really difficult to catch up their customer care, representatives don't respond. @JioCare

    @JioCare You keep on using sugar coated words but that’s not gonna help me. The service request was raised as urgent but your technician hasn’t visited yet. You neither forward calls to senior executives nor you provide technician number. So basically everything is on ur mercy. #JioFibre
