shweta yeole (@shweta_yeole) reported@JioCare Everytime I am getting same answer from escalation team that we have escalated your issue and you will get solution by end of the day. Ground level technician has more authority than escalation team. He can easily close request without otp and escalation team can not do anything.

Enough of update soon, had enough. Read my DM which proves that last week bank detail request was just 2 fool me with no transfer refund.
