  @TRAI there is no way one can connect with @JioCare (human customer care). there are chat bots and chat boxes they will just make you Rome here and there. Not even on the customer care numbers, IVR is made deliberately this way. Pls look into this. @JM_Scindia

  @JioCare It's not a technical reason. He asked me to pay; I denied! That's the reason your engineer is keeping the request on hold,I am unable to connect to customer care number nor able to reschedule the visit! Pls mention your actionable asap rather we are working on it. @reliancejio
