    @reliancejio @JioCare its a co incident in a year i visited 4 time into jio store for simcard but no stock available today i buy 4 @Airtel_Presence postpaid connections instead of #jio

    @JioCare So i called your helpline, first off he was rude and really just wanted to hang up as soon as he got the call, i want my invoices from Dec 2020 till now for official purposes, i don't get an email with the invoice and was not given the info for the 180 day mark before.

    @D_Sumit5 @jio_fiber very true, all they have in their app, is silly marketing promotions, @reliancejio Your My Jio app is the most useless app ever. Put a way to raise issues there and if possible Live Chat option. I don't wanna see Jio Mart offers there, when my broadband is down.

    @NidhiSh24519848 They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare
