    @reliancejio Jio network is going to down Before 5 day to till date me and my neighbour are unable to use jio their is worst network. Even we can not call and also unable to use data I have also called jio customer care but they didn't solve it . Nazeerabad Satna 485001

    It's time to switch network. In the process of giving everything for free, Jio is losing its quality. And their customer care people only give consolation instead of improvement. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare 3 complaints, 7+ months, still no resolution. SR00002RUOE1 SR000033ZJK1 SR000037II67 Your team repeatedly assured me on calls that the issue would be resolved within 7–15 days. Those promises were never fulfilled, yet complaints were closed.

    @JioCare @JioCare I prefer all communication regarding this issue to be in writing via email only. My case has been pending since 22 Jan 2026, and all required details and proofs have already been shared. Kindly provide a written update and resolution instead of requesting phone calls.
