  It's been over 24 hours without internet, and I'm still stuck waiting. @JioCare scheduled an engineer visit for today at 6 PM, but now the ticket status has gone back to "Assigning Engineer." No updates. No support. No way to talk to a real person. My work is suffering because of this. Extremely frustrated with the service. @jagograhakjago

  @JioCare I already use myjio app for making the jio wifi connection payment. I choose the right option and right connection to make the payment, but still you guys are blaming me for your app issue.

  I recently decided to port my 15 year old @ViBusinessIndia number to @JioCare. As soon as I submitted my port request VI customer care went crazy and started calling me (till now 5 times) and misguiding me to send a sms to cancel my UPC. Is this a fair practice? @TRAI ?

  @JioCare @reliancejio My jio internet issue was for 12-13 days last month,Still you have sent me the full bill despite of your customer care telling me bill will be adjusted for loss of internet. If you can't fix the issue in time at least compensate in the bill.
