@JioCare @TRAI hi team there are no jio network from morning at Sagar MP & still network is not available. When jio services will be restored? It's pathetic situation not able to make call/use internet services

@reliancejio @JioCare Hello Sir, as you are one of the largest service provider in telecom sector you have to improve network and internet connectivity, but unfortunately day by day its going down, where there network was good, these days its going worse.

Internet speed - @airtelindia Best @reliancejio Good @VodafoneGroup Worst GROW UP "VI" IMPROVE YOUR INTERNET SPEED. All carriers are charging same but in terms of speed it differ a lot.

I have an @airtelindia copper connection, Airtel now they upgrading to fiber, Instead of changing them in free of cost, my area Airtel salesperson disconnected my connection wantedly for a week & compelling me to take new connection, Airtel sucks. @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

@JioCare @reliancejio I live in a small place knows as Satbarwa, which is in Jharkhand. The issue is whenever there is a powercut the jio internet shuts down.And there is frequent powercut here i am fed up with this network problem.Even tried complaining on call but nothing works

@JioCare @reliancejio Whole town is fed up with this poor connectivity.I don't know whether there is problem with Jio internet or the caretaker of the tower. It is really making WFH situation worse. Please look into it asap. Otherwise whole town will be forced to switch network.

@reliancejio It has been 2 days since I have been trying to relocate jiofibre and it has been nightmare. The email id asks to take help via app or customer care. Customer care says you can only raise request through app. App doesn't work. What is this stupid cycle??
