  @reliancejio @JioCare Hello Sir, as you are one of the largest service provider in telecom sector you have to improve network and internet connectivity, but unfortunately day by day its going down, where there network was good, these days its going worse.

  @JioCare I have replied to the above message since yesterday. But there is no resolution for my problem. @reliancejio only boasts about delivery speed but doesn't have what it takes to walk the talk.

  Switched to @JioCare @reliancejio recently and the internet speed is completely unusable. Can’t even load a basic Google search page. Is this the service paying customers get? Fix the bandwidth in my area immediately or I'm porting out. #JioDown #JioNetwork

  @reliancejio It's been 25 days(6th Aug), still wifi not working. 20 users are facing this issue in my area. You guys don't care. Despite multiple complaints no action taken. All my service tickets auto closed. Area technical head(8920423653) even refused to resolve. JioFiber: +91-1135780814

  @JioCare I have no other option but to leave jio,no connectivity ,the customer care stated I don't have 5G coverage even if I live in an urban metropolis, they suggested I should convert my network to LTE even after thar the speed on my devices is not moving beyond B/s n KB/S

  @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare my wifi is not working since yesterday morning and i raised a complaint. SR no is SR00003F90XP. I've received NO update yet. Assigned person is not picking the call. Could you pls look into this and provide an update and timeline to get it fixed.

  That 200 Rs plan by @reliancejio for OTT platforms is the shittiest implementation I've ever come across. Apps are accessible only through JioTV, quality isn't up to the mark, search doesn't work and it crashes frequently. Total waste of money. @JioCare
