@reliancejio @JioCare Hello Sir, as you are one of the largest service provider in telecom sector you have to improve network and internet connectivity, but unfortunately day by day its going down, where there network was good, these days its going worse.

I raised a port request from @VodafoneGroup to @reliancejio and paid some amount too. Today I got a call from vodafone and they asked me to send a message to 1900, before I could understand the request got cancelled. Now @JioCare please help!!

@JioCare First solve my issue with the recharge. Activate my OTT subscriptions or just refund my money and make it 399 plan. There's no use if I can't use the OTT apps. Also please mention in the Myjio app that these apps are only available for setup box users.
