    @reliancejio @JioCare Hello Sir, as you are one of the largest service provider in telecom sector you have to improve network and internet connectivity, but unfortunately day by day its going down, where there network was good, these days its going worse.

    @reliancejio (1/2) One of the worst service provider in the todays market.There is full voice outage in our area nobody is taking any action till now. When we call customer care they say there is no outage.And suspecting it could due to faulty sim.

    @JioCare Most sincere your staff Rajesh Soni didn’t bothered to receive my call nor reply my message to update me about problem solution.First time worst ever experience with Jio Fiber, also expect compensation from your side for 2 whole day outage of services.

    Dear @reliancejio my sim card off to be one week. any Jio care doesn't exchange old jio sim to new jio sim. Gmail or other payment aap do not working.kindly look this
