    @reliancejio @JioCare Hello Sir, as you are one of the largest service provider in telecom sector you have to improve network and internet connectivity, but unfortunately day by day its going down, where there network was good, these days its going worse.

    I feel that now Reliance Jio's @reliancejio network will have to be abandoned because its net speed is like a bullock cart.

    @JioCare Internet is not a working. Also not able to raise a request. Additionally this is happening very frequently now. It doesn't make sense that I pay for the full year in advance and then there is frequently disconnection. Till now cumulatively lost 15 days of service.

    @JioCare ## We have net connection for three TV’s and five mobile. Entire Lokhandwala Kandivali is facing outage problem which has become regular feature. My mobile number is +91 81699 90316.

    @JioCare Thats what is needed. I need invoices prior to 180 days, because you guys don't email the invoice once recharge is done. If customer needs invoice for an year where will the customer go?

    @Localboy_Ash @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio No only VODAFONE network is pathetic, but their bill keeps on adding incorrect charges, took long time & arguments to get reversed, basic call plans also cancelled, thus I already port my 6 corporate connections, porting more in coming days

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hello! I have been trying to solve a technical issue with Jio set top box and jio remote. I have *** fed up of the response that I have got from @JioCare customer care executives. The issue is not sorted and have asked for cancellation which is also not processed.

    @JioCare I waited 26 days your teams jio not able to solve the problem when i connect to my wifi router smart tv but i am not able to watch online content company set-up box checking problem issues. when it is not.
