@reliancejio @JioCare Hello Sir, as you are one of the largest service provider in telecom sector you have to improve network and internet connectivity, but unfortunately day by day its going down, where there network was good, these days its going worse.

@JioCare I have been relocated to Canada and I had activated IR option before leaving from India. IR was activated for my wife also. We are having family account. I am able to get the calls and SMS, but my wife is not getting any call or SMS. Please resolve the issue.
