    @reliancejio @JioCare Hello Sir, as you are one of the largest service provider in telecom sector you have to improve network and internet connectivity, but unfortunately day by day its going down, where there network was good, these days its going worse.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi Jio team It is pathetic and the worst experience am facing with JioFiber its been almost 48 hours and issue is not resolved. When reach out your customer care team they are just bluffing and there is no proper resolution.

    Prior to this I was the customer of Act Fibernet and never faced this sort of experience. Pathetic service from @JioCare my service request number and none of the technician have visited my residence to rectify the issue

    @JioCare The engineer came at 7:30pm. And surprisingly the issue still not resolved. As they are unable to locate the issue and will be coming tomorrow again to check that and sill another day i have to suffer.
