@JioCare - I mistakenly recharged my jio fibre today with the 999/- plan. Tired of calling your customer care number. It didn't connect me to the CC executive. No response on multiple emails as well. Never seen a more pathetic customer care service.

Hello Jio, My internet connection is treble also network bar. I complaint so many time in 198 and get tired. No one taking seriously so if my issue will not solve in some days then sadly i have to switch to another operater. Please Help @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare what is wrong with ur fibre since yesterday? I have made multiple calls and chatted with multiple CSRs but still no resolution. I am maintaining 3 connections at my address and all 3 are down for almost 24 hrs. This is disappointing.
