    @reliancejio @JioCare Hello Sir, as you are one of the largest service provider in telecom sector you have to improve network and internet connectivity, but unfortunately day by day its going down, where there network was good, these days its going worse.

    @JioCare Ghatkopar East Kailash tower centre. I visited on 21/6 and 23/6 at 6 pm. Sim got struck in dongle. I took it on 21/6 if the centre can take it out.important issue is for customers of my age it’s possible that finger prints are feeble. What’s the solution?

    @JioCare SR00001BR6K5 - I call Jio to fix a time slot at 7 pm, engineer comes at 6 - says he wasn’t told ! Engineer then pushes time slot to 9 pm, and Call centre says, no slots after 8 pm. I ask Jio to resolve quick, and they cancel the request ! 👏👏brilliant work @reliancejio
