    @JioCare very poor data speed here in my location from 10-15 days. Please make it atleast accessible to useful sites. Also tweeting this with @Idea network. Will port to another provider with whole my family's numbers if services not get better.

    @jio @JioCare @reliancejio Network in my area is very bad. Even low quality video have buffering problem. Due to lockdown we are facing problem and internet is not working properly. Please look into this matter. Nehru nagar Rewa Madhya Pradesh.

    No difference in service even after complaining twice.. pathetic internet speed..not able to access basic things like whatsapp, YouTube @JioCare please clear if guys can do it otherwise i ll be forced to port some good networks like @airtelindia

    @JioCare - My wifi is down from last 3 days. I have called the Engineer but he hasn’t appeared as of now. Service seems to be at extremely poor side. Device Serial#RSVOTBGM0024873 SR#SR000013Y0QF. Pls get it fixed asap. I’m working from home and work is getting impacted.

    I tried complaining through jio care they say that when so many people using internet on the same time the speed will go down .then why jio takes money from us ..am working from home first time my work got delayed due to poor internet any one has any answer ?@reliancejio @JioCare

    @TRAI @JioCare Got Jio Fiber connection on 27-1-2021 and raised cancellation request on 23-2-2021. At first your customer care representative told they will give full rs 1500 refund.Back office closed request without processing and now telling you will not get full refund.
