@JioCare - My wifi is down from last 3 days. I have called the Engineer but he hasn’t appeared as of now. Service seems to be at extremely poor side. Device Serial#RSVOTBGM0024873 SR#SR000013Y0QF. Pls get it fixed asap. I’m working from home and work is getting impacted.

@JioCare we would like to discontinue our jio fiber connection as after installation service is pathetic I called the guy who convinced me badly to remove our previous connection n use jio as it has good service. But now he never come after multiple calls we did.

@JioCare Didn't do the 3 months recharge. Jio network not working anywhere. Idea giving excellent network and not missing Jio. Wake up jio before it's too late. Been complaining from 2 years now. Such worst network expected with 5G also.
