Every time I contact support, a new ticket is created and then somehow gets “Closed/Resolved” without any solution.

They keep saying engineer is not able to enter your premises, but when after 12 days engineer came, he said he did not got any service query. Means jio is not handovers complaint to local engineer and randomly updating status by own.
