@JioCare the plan. They notified me later, how am I supposed to know? My 555rs have been wasted. Other than that, I made a top up recharge of rs 100 which didn't even reflect on my number. It was still saying I needed to recharge when I tried calling. Help me resolve the issue

@JioCare You service engineer Praladh # 93074 67750 canceled the connection as there was an mis alignment of my line frm your end and i chased jio for 2-3 weeks for the return of the modem which i can prove you and to let you know the modem was in working condition. I demand a full refund

@JioCare Have had several conversations with your team members but nothing gets resolved. Just can’t handle the outages anymore. If you really want to help then kindly refund my pending router money which still hasn’t happened.
