    @JioCare have been trying to reach out to you since morning as my Internet/Wifi is not working. Also requested multiple call backs, engineer visits etc but nothing from your end. What a service!!

    @JioCare I'm patiently waiting since Sunday sir! I can't wait more because it affecting my job, Issue is from your side and you cant solve it from 4 days ? Is this your after sales service if yes then worst service i have ever been through , time to switch to Airtel x stream

    @JioCare Iam having a terrible time with internet speed.have raised requests but nobody has attended to resolve. Did I make a mistake in leaving the earlier service provider just to save some money??@reliancejio can this be sorted

    @JioCare @reliancejio Machin reply only no one is giving proper answers. I paid for Jio 149 Plan & I get 1.09 mbps speed internet & I was complained more time on Jio customer care & Jio Service center & no one is trying to solve out... just gave me complaint number.
