    @JioCare there is no one to resolve a simple issue .We are facing issue from last 48 hrs.Customer care did not bothered about the issue .Complaint showing resolved but no tecnician visited even contacted to us.Customer care now disconnecting call.Jiofiber SR000013RS73.

    @JioCare I'm reiterating again this is already been tried. There's no voucher that is shown when we click om recharge. This is your backend issue and it needs to be fixed from your end.

    @JioCare there is no signal in Helapuri College, Eluru. I have complained u 45 days back no improvement till now. There r hundreds of customers in the college kindly understand and do the needful if not we may port to other networks which signals r high here @Airtel_Presence #Vi

    @JioCare @suprotimroy @DeepikaBhardwaj I live in Gaur City Noida...and since Jio's launch we are awaiting ur services here...No postpaid and no fiber services here in my area. Seriously its a big issue with Jio services.

    @JioCare I was on hold for more than 1 hours to speak with manager and call disconnected. MR000034DSVL is Ref for managers call. No follow-ups, no updates, no resolution. Reason for reschedule is also not known. SR000013R4U5 and SR000013R2MB are the service ticket s. Please update me
