I have been forced to lodge a complaint in @nch14404 after months of non-resolution from @reliancejio. Complaint number 3381857. SRs with Jio: SR00001A3G3A, SR000019ASUG. Service center sends to Jio Store, they ask to call @JioCare, which ask visit jio store & close SR (1/2)
