@JioCare @reliancejio and they said the same thing "we will try to resolve your problem by 4-5 pm" I just want you to know that there are many guys like me who attended online class, or work from home and if the wi-fi is down how we supposed to do our work??

@reliancejio @JioCare and they said that the box will be changed by 6 pm but when I called them for an update, I was a block later I had to make 3 more calls to book another engineer and guess what my complaint was booked for set-top box change instead of fiber,,

@JioCare Hi - since last 4 days, there is a reduction in my JioFibre speed and now there is a substantial time lag in ping check. It used to 3/4 ms max and now atleast 27-30 ms. I work on remote server and this is causing a lot of issues. Plz help.

@JioCare on 5 jan i raise a complaint for return jio fiber router. but till now no response from your team so many times i call to call center they are saying within 48 it will solve but not done.i escalate on Twitter two times nothing happen .what should i do sall i scrap jio router?

@JioCare @reliancejio Its been 3 days since the services are down, These tweets from your end are just words and do not support any action. This is a good way to loot consumer money by not providing services but making them pay in advance. Totally disappointed with the service.

@JioCare @reliancejio they said that we can help with the wrong complaint and said I can directly complain to the nearest jio off and said it would be open, but whenever I arrived there, the office closed finally the day before yesterday I was able to get an engineer to check it,
