@JioCare @lpandey2 @JioCare I don't expect any response from your team. Raised an issue of NO/ POOR internet connectivity & customer service says we r upgrading, can't do anything. This situation is from last 4-5 months. Everytime you recharge but there is no internet. I'm feeling cheated by #jio

@JioCare I talked to customer care and when I insisted for some sr member to talk to, as network is down for 7+ hrs...the representative just dropped the call....@reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani really disappointed and regret the connection..🙁🙁😳😳..hope someone will respond.

@reliancejio your jio fiber service is too bad I really liked it earlier but now there is no network from 5 days. I complained 4 times at customer care they always engineer will come on given time but no one come to see the problem. Really too bad service..

@JioCare No Effective Platform in #JioFiber where our issues can be addressed. It is not possible that everyday we make a complaint,by knowing that things will never get changed. Services also gets automatically disconnected & this really makes us feel bad.
