@JioCare pathetic customer service. Your marketing executive promises connection and all the formalities completed including payment. But the connection staffs don't come even after so many calls. Calls not picked after certain point of time.

@JioCare I want to change the connection name on my jio fiber, when I spoke to customer care they said there is no way you can change a name. I am hearing this for the first time that you can't change the invoice name Or connection name to someone else?

@JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @RelianceJioCare Kudos As per jio team, if you are buying TATA salt from a retail store, and if the shopkeeper charges extra to you , then you have to contact Mr. RATAN TATA for the issue . I think the Customer care team was hired from NASA .9136047322

@JioCare Kindly contact the registered number again. Jio did contact my father under whose name the connection is registered but he wasn't aware of this complaint so pls call again.
