    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio this is a complaint about your customer service. I have mistakenly lost my sim in London. When I asked the procedure to get a e sim on mail it took a lot of time to be answered and I have sent 32 mails and submitted all documents and still no reply

    @reliancejio @JioCare I've bought new tplink 4g router. It is working perfectly with Airtel Sim and Also with other Jio Sim. But not working with my number. When i checked with tplink, they suggested to replace the sim that might be damaged.

    Recently got upgraded to Jio 5g. ★The network keeps shifting from 5g to 4g. ★The network isn't stable. ★During call the network either stops or automatically changes to 4g. I have to literally re-manual it back to 5g settings every time. @JioCare @realmecareIN Narzo30pro 5g
