    SR is SR00001F2ALE My SR is closed 3 times without any resolution. Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have raised a complaint about Jio Fiber on 1st Nov 2022. It's been 6 days since the complaint was raise the issue still needs to be resolved. Contacted customer care but they are coming up with new resolution dates every time. 1+

    @reliancejio Please ask your customer support to learn to read query. They keep replying copy paste things. I have formatted my phone and lost the sms for refund link. Send me the link. And in today's time no one use cheque. So i don't have cancel cheque to validate. @
