    @JioCare Don't lie here on social media, in ahmedabad bopal area there is no weather conditions or rain issue form entire week ...even 3 years kids are roaming freely every where ..why u need to lie to customer?

    @JioCare You keep asking customers to DM you, but you never respond. I've sent multiple DMs and haven't received a single reply. Why ask people to DM you if you have no intention of responding? Are you just trying to move complaints out of public view instead of resolving them?

    @JioCare @JioCare 12 calls to customer care. No change to approach. Same answer we will immediately resolve it and get this done. Fake response here that they reach me out as well. Result frustration, anger. Best part they are not even refunding money. Pathetic services

    @JioCare When I called again the very next day, another executive informed me that there was no information about any voucher in your system. Instead, a new Service Request (SR00003AE1OZ) was created with a commitment to provide an update by 8 July. @JioCare @reliancejio #jio #jiocare
