    @JioCare even after paying for a new connection your service team is not responding to our calls and is not installing Jio Fiber. If you are not interested in providing service then kindly refund our amount immediately. There are other service providers in our area.

    @JioCare I have deactivated Jio Fibre service on 14th Aug 2022 and given several complaints to return set-top boxes sothat I will get back my initial Deposit. Hope you understand. Simply closing service tickets that issues resolved which is wrong.

    @reliancejio Hi jio team, we are using jio just for call you can't even do the browsing with the speed that you are providing why you guys not renaming 4g to 2g even 1g would be better, absolutely ridiculous service worst than any other service provider in India

    2/2 now no one picking up the call, tried model officers numbers and that too not getting answered, waited for 30 mins. No escalation matrix with the support team, they are just helpless ! So disgusting. service @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Pathetic service response from you. Told me that today connection will be done between 1 to 2.30 nobody has visited. Now telling it is rescheduled to 6. Why? I have been chasing you for installation since 7th. It's just not done
