I’ve complained 5 times, yet no resolution. One executive promised a fix by 1:30AM on 6/04/26, another by 4:36 PM on 8/04/26 nothing changed.

Jio denied to repair charging port and now button down key. Is this a new revenue generation model by @reliancejio @JioCare.
