@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia wanted to migrate from prepaid to postpaid in airtel Calling YOUR customer service but they are not helping and folling me. I think I'll go for @reliancejio for postpaid service they are very helpfull in this covid situation.

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare, I port my no. From @VodafoneIN to Jio before 72+ hours. But the network showing *Emergency Calls Only* now And the retailer was said to me the no. Will Continue/Activate after 24 hours. Please provide me network ASAP.

@JioCare @reliancejio My jio number is 9326305964, 7977155369 & there is more 5 connection in my family. None of getting a jio signal. You all should return our money and also bear our losses. We have WFH and f* suffering due to you. Have tagged my location. Plant tower here.

@JioCare : Your service is pathetic. My Wi-Fi gets disconnected every now and then, the speed is less than 10 Mbps with 999/- plan. Your executives just changes my router every time without doing any diagnosis. Worst service. #JioFiber #worstservice

@reliancejio @JioCare Jio's service is becoming useless day by day, Airtel's better network is coming to it in rural areas. If it continues like this then it will take a long time to switch from Jio to Airtel, better than this, 2G era was better.

Worst customer care. Despite registration many times for new sim since long not single communication from jio.All required documentation is avbl n in order. @reliancejio after long wait on cust care no of @JioCare no resolution is provided. @TRAI It is really misuse of monopoly.
