The guy I saw did something with the box repairing a different connection and my internet went away. When I asked him to check he started arguing that without complaint being assigned to him he won't.

I saw him pull the wires and work on the box still he was arguing with me and didn't even check the connector. This is not good customer service to be honest. 2/2

Your team has repeatedly made false commitments despite me providing all required details and proof. The extender installed upstairs is not working properly, and your agent refused to fix it, claiming it isn’t from Jio—despite earlier committing to resolve the issue. Please fix this within 48 hours, failing which I will be forced to pursue appropriate legal remedies.
