Hey @reliancejio @JioCare, I port my no. From @VodafoneIN to Jio before 72+ hours. But the network showing *Emergency Calls Only* now And the retailer was said to me the no. Will Continue/Activate after 24 hours. Please provide me network ASAP.

@JioCare @reliancejio My jio number is 9326305964, 7977155369 & there is more 5 connection in my family. None of getting a jio signal. You all should return our money and also bear our losses. We have WFH and f* suffering due to you. Have tagged my location. Plant tower here.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia wanted to migrate from prepaid to postpaid in airtel Calling YOUR customer service but they are not helping and folling me. I think I'll go for @reliancejio for postpaid service they are very helpfull in this covid situation.

@reliancejio @JioCare Don't ever use"JIO FIBER" Engineer visited my site didn't follow the standard Covid Protocol, didn't solve our problem, promised us a 2nd visit by today and no one has visited, on top of that they sent message that they will visit next day.#CustomerService

Is jio service shutdown?? Tried customer service executive, mailed, and tried myjio app also. Nothing is working and not even a single proper response from any of the above. Experiencing worst service from JIO. #WorstJioFiber #JioZeroInCustomerService @JioCare 👎👎👎

@JioCare why is it that every alternate day I receive a text message from Jio Fiber about how wonderful the app is for problem solving.. And everytime I open Jio app there's a reminder to take up Fiber trial despite me being an existing customer...unprofessional and ridiculous

@reliancejio @JioCare On 29th May I raised a complaint via customer care and my service request no is SR0000153IRX, I was told that ll get the call back within 24 hours but no response from your team yet. Kindly intervene and resolve my complaint ASAP.
