    @JioCare @reliancejio instead of so many complaints issues have been ignored by your team, which is failure in customer service & your incapability to reach ground zero situation. Don't just count the number of sims you sold instead resolve the problems of existing customers.

    @JioCare Jb maine cancel request dali thi tb mujhe bola gaya tha aapka router 30 days mai pickup hona chahiye tb aapkk pura refund mile ga lekin aapki team daily appointment ko daily rescheduled krti thi jaise hi 30 days hua next day aapka service engineer aa kr pickup kr lete h

    Hey @reliancejio this is by far the most dissatisfying service I've got. My refund has has been pending for more than a month now and I've not updates no one has any answer, I'm concerned and disappointed. What's up with that?

    @reliancejio I WANT TO PORT MY SIM TO JIO BUT YOUR SYSTEM IS SO LOOSE AND PATHETIC THAT I AM NEITHER GETTING ANY SMS FOR OTP AND SIM DELIVERY NOR I CAN CONTACT TO ANY JIO CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE NOR ANY JIO STORE IS LOCATED NEARBY. YOUR FIBER SERVICES ARE ALREADY PATHETIC

    @karunan_t Why you are tolerating them when you have an option to switch number to other operator. Will suggest you to port to @reliancejio for good service.

    @GoatHesson All customers are complaining about poor service from their support team. While @reliancejio is the best at care & network connectivity. Switch your number to Jio.

    @connect_govind Issue with this network is everywhere. Thank god I have @reliancejio which connects me wherever I go. If the issue still persist then get your number ported to Jio.
