    @JioCare @reliancejio instead of so many complaints issues have been ignored by your team, which is failure in customer service & your incapability to reach ground zero situation. Don't just count the number of sims you sold instead resolve the problems of existing customers.

    @reliancejio I have connection of jio fiber which is in operative since 14.08.21 7.00 am. It is not being attended by jio despite several calls and complaints. False assurance being conveyed. The service engineer has once given false report of home locked. No 5813555493.

    @JioCare TOO LATE! JIO support NOT GOOD for Work From Home. More than 24hours is not manageable.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Need jiofiber at my home, but can't get it due to S2 capacity full issue at my location. Area manager telling fake promise of getting it solved in 10 days. But after almost a month, nothing is done. No option than to go to other ISPs. Pathetic services.

    @JioCare @reliancejio' Ive recharged my number yesterday around 5Pm,bt I've received any messages nor I'm able to call n use internet.I've contacted the retailer,he said d recharge have been n even showed me d message which said"Success".Tried calling the customer care, none work

    @JioCare I can't be on a customer executive call every other hour and still not have engineer visit. There has been a bigger level escalation in my corporate and your service is pathetic. 12 calls in a row since 3 days and still no engineer. @jagograhakjago please look into this disgrace
