    @JioCare @reliancejio instead of so many complaints issues have been ignored by your team, which is failure in customer service & your incapability to reach ground zero situation. Don't just count the number of sims you sold instead resolve the problems of existing customers.

    @JioCare @reliancejio if same condition exists then wait for another new service provider in market, you will be left with only your employees having your sims in their mobile. @reliancejio get well soon.

    @JioCare last 1.5 yr continuous network issues have been registered at Sector-3, Obra Thermal colony, Sonebhadra, Uttar Pradesh (231219). Your jio local network team is blaming no land for installation of network tower & even after ground survey haven't increased frequency.

    @JioCare We are facing network problem since August . We are getting only 15 kbps speed. You have promised for 4g speed connectivity and not able to provide 2g speed properly. Shame on you jio and think first about 4g then talk about 5g network.

    @reliancejio I have moved to Bengaluru for my higher studies. I’m not getting a single bar signal to even call someone and I have recharged my number for one year. I am pretty pissed off as this is my only number. If you cannot resolve then kindly refund my money back.

    @reliancejio @JioCare m from Bhopal and m using your network since last 2 year but now from some months your service is pathetic have to face 6-7 cl drop daily @TRAI plz improve ur service its really frustrating, net speed is really 0.7 Mbps wht the hell is this

    @JioCare @bharathbunny27 Don't act smart. All this **** will go into dustbin. Final answer we get is this will take months to fix as we need to improve infrastructure and that will never happen.

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare Connection installed today, set of box picture quality is very poor, I think did a mistake by changing service provider, Airtel was far better, only problem was poor net connectivity.

    @JioGigaFibre Service request no. SR000013I23X. I live in Rishikesh (Uttarakhand). Not able to browse internet on my jio fibre since 25th Dec mrng. Till now I haven’t received any call/service from Engineer despite assurance given by jiocare. Pathetic after sales service.
