Your jio local network team is blaming no land for installation of network tower & even after ground survey haven't increased frequency.

Otherwise shifting to a new network is the inly option left.

And after all that, the answer is essentially: “Our system won’t let us tell you when the engineer is coming.” That is not a resolution.
