    @JioCare @reliancejio instead of so many complaints issues have been ignored by your team, which is failure in customer service & your incapability to reach ground zero situation. Don't just count the number of sims you sold instead resolve the problems of existing customers.

    I have another jio prepaid number which is having internet service working fine. What's the reason that only certain number are not able to access internet and fase excuses of government guidelines are being shared to the customer. @AshwiniVaishnaw @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst network service. Every 15 mins connection is lost. 3 months money taken in advance. JM Florence society didn't allow the Airtel network. Public is facing issue bt they don't care Please allow Airtel network and refund my money from jio @bjp_jmflorence

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare can you plz let me know why on the name of 5G ur sims are not working in Jammu (J&K). I visited 3 stores of Jio & what I got to hear is,"Today is sunday,Our Seniors r not picking phone, even company doesn't know why this has happened Wait till tomorrow"

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio I feel very ashamed on my self as a jio customer.its been more than 5 month of complaining against poor speed and low services. in addition,I have been complained constantly since 5 month but it has not resolved yet hope you will raise it before leaving

    @JioCare Yes issue is same which is not resolved and the details which were sent via DM are also same, there is no change!! Only issue is no one wanted to work.

    @JioCare Sorry Boss . We have already changed the service provider to Airtel after so much of this kind assurances and false promises. Anyway Reliance is a truly worst service provider in post sales service.
