    @JioCare @reliancejio if same condition exists then wait for another new service provider in market, you will be left with only your employees having your sims in their mobile. @reliancejio get well soon.

    @JioCare @reliancejio instead of so many complaints issues have been ignored by your team, which is failure in customer service & your incapability to reach ground zero situation. Don't just count the number of sims you sold instead resolve the problems of existing customers.

    @JioCare hii I am your lovely customer which totally dependent on your network with believe of that it's never fail .... But some last days, i am facing and my local friend too very poor condition of network....so if you done anything do must ....your customer..from obra 231219

    @JioCare last 1.5 yr continuous network issues have been registered at Sector-3, Obra Thermal colony, Sonebhadra, Uttar Pradesh (231219). Your jio local network team is blaming no land for installation of network tower & even after ground survey haven't increased frequency.

    I fulfilled my responsibility by paying the full bill. Unfortunately, Jio failed to deliver consistent service or proper support. Please arrange for your team to collect the Jio AirFiber equipment. I no longer wish to continue as a customer. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Down. Not trending news any more. Here's what to expect: Downtime: Once in 15 days Restoration time: usually 1+ day, but can go upto 3-4 days Notification: Will be restored in 6 Hours. After 6 hours gets extended in multiples of 6 hours. Compensation: NIL

    @reliancejio @JioCare what a pathetic customer experience you are providing! Got a JioFiber connection in dec'25 & paid rs 1000 as a refundable security deposit as told by the technician.

    Dear @JioCare I've been a loyal Jio user for years, but the network has become terrible. It shows 5G, yet the speed is worse than 2G, even though a Jio tower is just 500m away. If this isn't fixed soon, I'll port my number to @Airtrl network. 🙏

    @JioCare Since 22/07, it is now 5 days and the issue is still there. Jio airfiber is worst and the service team seems to be pathetic. No accountability. Pls discontinue the services and please refund my pending amount as you guys don't know when this can be resolved.
