@JioCare @reliancejio instead of so many complaints issues have been ignored by your team, which is failure in customer service & your incapability to reach ground zero situation. Don't just count the number of sims you sold instead resolve the problems of existing customers.

I can't use 5g even though my area has 5g coverage and I also have a 5g smartphone and an active recharge of 666rs. I have tried enough talked with customer care quite a few time I guess it's time to port to Airtel @JioCare
