    @JioCare @reliancejio instead of so many complaints issues have been ignored by your team, which is failure in customer service & your incapability to reach ground zero situation. Don't just count the number of sims you sold instead resolve the problems of existing customers.

    @JioCare Did you read my DM... I do have mentioned my register mobile # and SR#. What else you need. I am not sure why this is taking so much time. Whenever I write email to Jio I get response to use self service. When I am trying to use self service to activate OTT.. No option available.
