    @JioCare last 1.5 yr continuous network issues have been registered at Sector-3, Obra Thermal colony, Sonebhadra, Uttar Pradesh (231219). Your jio local network team is blaming no land for installation of network tower & even after ground survey haven't increased frequency.

    @JioCare hii I am your lovely customer which totally dependent on your network with believe of that it's never fail .... But some last days, i am facing and my local friend too very poor condition of network....so if you done anything do must ....your customer..from obra 231219

    @JioCare @reliancejio instead of so many complaints issues have been ignored by your team, which is failure in customer service & your incapability to reach ground zero situation. Don't just count the number of sims you sold instead resolve the problems of existing customers.

    @JioCare @reliancejio if same condition exists then wait for another new service provider in market, you will be left with only your employees having your sims in their mobile. @reliancejio get well soon.

    JioFiber's service is pathetic. When I call customer support, the IVR just gives scripted responses with no option to speak to an assistant. Even on JioCare WhatsApp, the assistant insists on solving the issue itself

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, I have placed an order for Jio AirFiber. Order Number: NO0001DVWGBQ. It’s been pending, and I need an urgent update on when the installation will be done. If it cannot be installed soon, please cancel my order and process a full refund of ₹2,221

    @JioCare Check screenshot of speed test done in tweets above. Usage is observed but the speed is super slow. That is precisely my concern. But no need to worry. I'll be patient that's what customers are supposed to do. Patiently tolerate **** service given by service providers.

    @JioCare Hi @reliancejio Complaint raised. Multiple calls made to the technician and supervisor. Visit promised between 4-5 PM, but no one came. This is a safety hazard involving 11kV electrical infrastructure, not a routine service request. Who will be responsible if an incident occurs?
