    @JioCare last 1.5 yr continuous network issues have been registered at Sector-3, Obra Thermal colony, Sonebhadra, Uttar Pradesh (231219). Your jio local network team is blaming no land for installation of network tower & even after ground survey haven't increased frequency.

    @JioCare hii I am your lovely customer which totally dependent on your network with believe of that it's never fail .... But some last days, i am facing and my local friend too very poor condition of network....so if you done anything do must ....your customer..from obra 231219

    @JioCare @reliancejio instead of so many complaints issues have been ignored by your team, which is failure in customer service & your incapability to reach ground zero situation. Don't just count the number of sims you sold instead resolve the problems of existing customers.

    Motherf*cker Jio.I have recharged with 2gb/day data plan but internet speed is only 100kbps in this area...It is a city not a village.Don't bring **** named 5G.improve your 4G spectrum We dont need 5G. Infact internet speed of BSNL 3g is 10times of your Jio 4G speed. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare become India's worst & cheater service provider. They are saying #JIO 4G fastest internet but reality its opposite. Internet speed 0.2KB/s to 20KB/s on 3-4 signal bars. 198 care executive didn't have manner how to talk with customer. @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio @JioCare horrible support and experience while ordering new sim. Contacted customer care, gave false and incorrect information and my sim never arrived. If you can’t provide service, why are you in business? #unprofessional #pathetic #lies

    @airtelindia kindly address the issue of single tower or no network issue with your network being provided at an area spread over no of acres in Ambala Haryana. All of us have to swap to #reliancejio. Approached few people but very pathetic support.
