@JioCare @reliancejio instead of so many complaints issues have been ignored by your team, which is failure in customer service & your incapability to reach ground zero situation. Don't just count the number of sims you sold instead resolve the problems of existing customers.

@JioCare last 1.5 yr continuous network issues have been registered at Sector-3, Obra Thermal colony, Sonebhadra, Uttar Pradesh (231219). Your jio local network team is blaming no land for installation of network tower & even after ground survey haven't increased frequency.
