    @JioCare @reliancejio instead of so many complaints issues have been ignored by your team, which is failure in customer service & your incapability to reach ground zero situation. Don't just count the number of sims you sold instead resolve the problems of existing customers.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @anmol_ambani Its really wired to get Jio Sim on adhar card even if that is UID 4 d country…what is the logic behind if people want a sim need to travel his state..most people staying in another state..and my sim was stolen and i am nt there so needed help

    @reliancejio My number has been registered under NCPR(NDNC) still I am getting numerous calls and sms. I am fed up of reporting them through #TRAI #DND App. Any concrete solution on this problem?? @JioCare

    @reliancejio Happy birthday jio, but I facing network coverage issue and complaining from past 4 years but no hope from your side. May I expect atleast you resolve my issue within your 10th anniversary? Because it's been 4 years I am complaining but even single representative didn't respond

    @JioCare @TRAI I am facing great difficulties with Jio network at KOLKATA PIN CODE 700089& repeatedly chasing for resolutions since last month but there is no concrete reply. Your policy is to delay by asking questions instead giving resolution. Check DM @udit_gopalka
