    @JioCare @reliancejio instead of so many complaints issues have been ignored by your team, which is failure in customer service & your incapability to reach ground zero situation. Don't just count the number of sims you sold instead resolve the problems of existing customers.

    @JioCare paid advance for three months for Jio fiber postpaid (100mbps)on 26 sep 2021 but now connection is terminated and you support team said it will be resolved in one hour but same is not done from past two hours . Please resolve
