Your jio local network team is blaming no land for installation of network tower & even after ground survey haven't increased frequency.

Despite waiting for weeks, no installation was done and there was no meaningful update from your team. The salesperson who collected the payment has also stopped responding to calls. Since I could not keep waiting indefinitely, I got a connection from another provider within a day and requested a refund from Jio. Even after multiple follow-ups through calls, email, and WhatsApp, the refund is still pending. This level of service is extremely disappointing. Please process my refund immediately and provide a clear timeline for the refund credit. Request details can be shared via DM. #JioFiber #CustomerService
