    @JioCare @reliancejio instead of so many complaints issues have been ignored by your team, which is failure in customer service & your incapability to reach ground zero situation. Don't just count the number of sims you sold instead resolve the problems of existing customers.

    @Milkbasketin @JioCare @reliancejio Order Id is 130244984. Half the items were not delivered yet refund is pending for about a week. Complaint registered but they just close it without resolution.

    some day before, i had losted my phone,then for reissue the same sim, jio service center asked for biometric ,but my biometric is off in adhar and for enable biometric i need otp that will come on same that i have losted. So what is the solution? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio WTH, Daily calls from call centers to recharge? Don't we know when we need to recharge. In some areas other network coverage may be better than jio. In that case for limited period I could not prefer jio. So what? Why Daily Calling me and harassing

    @JioCare Register mobile no.-8984605196 Name-Nirmal rout I want to say that i have cancel the connection before the expire but till now it haven't given my installation amount back till now .My trial period has to over on 15 JAN 2023 and canceled on 14 JAN 2023 and my device was picked
