    @Smartprix 4G network doesn't work properly in my village and you are asking about 5G. Especially the network of @JioCare and @BSNLCorporate , Jio is fine to some extent but BSNL is always in no service.

    @reliancejio How do you claim your network to be True5G when the moment a user makes a voice call the internet disappears and reconnect on LTE on which the voice call also goes through???If your service is True5G SA then why are calls not going through on 5G(VoNR/Vo5G)???

    @reliancejio Hi, I had cancelled a trial plan for Jiofiber approximately a month ago. But still the refund is not initiated. I tried calling the customer care, there is no option to check the status of refund as the account is deactivated. Please suggest how to proceed.

    @BekarAdami @JioCare toll free number never worked in India, it is just a trap for user. #TollFreeNumberIndia join and spread awareness. Not only this, any toll free number is not working. Make a complaint to @GoI_MeitY.

    @reliancejio It’s fast in some spots and places but the real irony is that the moment you make or answer a call it falls back to LTE(4G) as Jio is not support VoNR(Vo5G) and calls are still being routed through VoLTE.If this be the situation then how can it be called True 5G???
