@JioCare Two people visited and said cable far away from tower?? And only the original person who gave original connection can attended.where is the tower in fiber line .Also if it is too long even internet speed will be slow

@JioCare No one has visited yet for the device recovery. Please, now this is getting really annoying. Remember, I placed a simple disconnection request on 1st Jun '22, and my connection disconnected next day. Even then, After that I have placed multiple service request but no relief yet.
