Third class service by @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice . The engineer came and said there is no port available for new connection. And asked to cancel request, apparently which can't be done by my end.. hatss of for this.

Hi @reliancejio @JioCare I had raised a complaint yesterday at 10.11 AM and after around 29 hours it has been closed with any intimation. Tried talking to customer support but they lack information about the issue. Why bother to have customer support if they are so incompetent?
