    @JioCare You have spine to ask this? Your backend team closes the complain even without addressing it, engineer doesn't visits the house to be see what exactly is the issue. In my building we had almost 50+ connections which is not bought down to just 4, this is bcoz of the Services...

    @JioCare jio thing 4 g pro device problem not resolved, even after complaining many times, jio things customer care call also not connected. I advise everyone not to purchase jio things device. It is completely failed product.

    @JioCare it’s been 16 days without internet connection today. Seriously??? If there is no service engineer coming tomorrow, I will place a disconnection request and pay no dues cause I haven’t been able to use WiFi since 21st June. So bloody disappointed 😠
