    I am resident of lucknow jankipuram and trying to get jio fibre from 1 month and i am connected with jankipuram jc but he is extending the time line nothing else he has done till now . Worst 👎 service by jio team and jio officials. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Network goes again and again with one or two singles and neither YouTube is able to run nor can I send messages on WhatsApp nor can I use any other app, at least take it from the network team

    Hi @JioCare, Can you guide me on how to recharge my main balance with ₹20 using your app or website? Also, can you clarify whether @TRAI permits you to repeatedly call prepaid users from multiple 10-digit third-party agent numbers to remind them to recharge, even when they intentionally do not want to recharge and only wish to keep their number active based on your own ToS as shown in this screenshot? If a user is registered under DND, why are complaints about such calls being closed as "service in nature"? *** Could you please explain this publicly here on X, as the clarification would be useful for everyone? ***

    @JioCare My JioFiber isn’t working (red light). I raised a ticket on 2 July but received no response. The Jio Centre said it no longer service my area. I’ve recharged till October. Please refund the remaining amount or upgrade me to AirFiber. This is severely impacting my WFH.

    Used my @airtelindia WiFi until I tried shifting my connection locally. Called 10 times in 4 days, but customer care failed to connect me with local engineers. Terrible shifting service forced me to disconnect. Switching to @reliancejio now—let's see how they treat me.
