@JioCare I requested for a service on Sunday. The service engineer came and after checking he found that there was a wirecut. He quoted Rs.800 for a wirecut and 700 for service charge. What the hell is this? I'm going back to @ACTFibernet.

@reliancejio has a policy wherein they will not send service engineer unless troubleshooting is done over phone with user. They are clueless with user capability in case of elderly who may not be able to troubleshoot. This inflexible approach is business killer and unsupportive.
