Worst jiofiber service ever there engineer give thread of not repairing the connection ever if otp is not given instantly and says remove the connection what goes of my father I'll get the salary even then. I have removed the connection and shifted to airtel.@JioCare @airtelindia

Now a days Jio does not reply to customers even tweet to @JioCare. No customer care exicutive attend customer except computerised generated reply, which does not solve the problem. Because of this I have decided to ger port this number to other provider.

@JioCare It is unfortunate to write complain before such network. Because from my Jio no. Number starting with 1800 i. e. Toll Free numbers are not getting dialed. it is confirmed that with other Jio no. also Tall Free No. are not getting dialed. If so I must discontinued Jio No.

@JioCare I sent my no. & alternate no. In box. Kindly resolve the problem so that I may dial to toll free no. Starting 1800. I surprised when I dialed Jio help line no. +91-18008899999 which was not connected. When I tried with 199 could not contacted representetive.

@JioCare There is no one to give #resolution in @JioCare @reliancejio , i am only getting reschedules and false reassurances. It's 14:40 hrs already and still no engineer has come for scheduled installation. This is the nth number of time the schedule has not been fulfilled.
