    @JioCare hi,I wana inform you that in the generation of 4g we are not able to take a call r make a call from our house,This problem is not only with me but this is with the whole village.due to this we are unable to take online classes.Addrs is kotra, kotra bahadur ganj unchahar

    @JioCare Hi,in my village there no convetiviy of 4g even in 4g generation we are unbale to take a call from home and i had complained it about 2times but any action or network issue is not fixed

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been down for 3 days. A technician visit promised for yesterday at 4 PM was moved to today, then auto-pushed to tomorrow without any communication. I’m working from home and using expensive mobile data. Please resolve this urgently and update me.

    @JioCare Harshit unfortunately u guys have never updated me unless I asked which is y I haven't received my refund after 2+ months. I have given me u ample amount of the time which is y I got no refund & facing urgent medical finance issue. Now transfer my refund by today any shame left

    1/3 @JioCare My Jio AirFiber in Rajgamar, Korba, Chhattisgarh has been practically unusable for the last 7+ days. The network is so poor that I can't even watch videos or continue my online studies. This is causing serious inconvenience.

    @JioCare Is it standard time 10 days is not enough to resolve issue You shut TV and net in home from 10 days You did not refund a single day for stopping of service at your end due to fault Tata sky provide hold option also The fibre lines is full Why you did not install new cable
