    @JioCare hi,I wana inform you that in the generation of 4g we are not able to take a call r make a call from our house,This problem is not only with me but this is with the whole village.due to this we are unable to take online classes.Addrs is kotra, kotra bahadur ganj unchahar

    @JioCare Hi,in my village there no convetiviy of 4g even in 4g generation we are unbale to take a call from home and i had complained it about 2times but any action or network issue is not fixed

    @jitendraverma__ @JioCare @airtelindia U can't switch, Becoz vi and bsnl doesn't offer better speeds compared to Jio and Airtel And coverage might be poor too. If ur area has good coverage you are good to go. Check twice thrice before switching....

    @JioCare So, effectively I have got only around 2 days of actual internet over the period of 10 days. This too in a Metropolitan city like Chennai. Either cancel my internet connection and refund my remaining service advance, or fix these persistent issues for once and all.

    Hi Jio team, I recently subscribed to your Jio Airfiber service. But my installation is not progressing. Even Mr Atul is not responding now from your team. If this is not taken seriously, i am happy to cancel and take back my money. @JioCare

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the service provided for my JioFiber connection. My JioFiber Set-Top Box (STB) remote is not working properly, making it difficult to use the service.

    @JioCare Ordered a Jio SIM on 12 Apr 2026 (Order ID: NO00015D4MQJ). Never delivered. No refund in 3+ months. Your team sent written emails claiming refund was processed - later contradicted by your own team. All I want is the SIM I paid ₹349 for. Is that too much to ask?

    @JioCare 3+ days after payment, my JioFiber is still not installed. Order: NO0001EPBEB. No response, only "We're scheduling it." Worst service. Install it ASAP or stop misleading customers. #JioFiber #poorservice #Fraud

    @JioCare I have been complaining about this issue to your customer care for so long but you guys haven't paid any attention to this issue. Probably you guys don't care about your customers or something on those lines. Let's give you guys a last chance and see if this improves or not.
