    @JioCare Hi,in my village there no convetiviy of 4g even in 4g generation we are unbale to take a call from home and i had complained it about 2times but any action or network issue is not fixed

    @JioCare @reliancejio it's been three days since my jio fiber is down. The service request SR00003AAJPV is being postponed to the next day without my control or any communication from your end! This has happened twice withing a month's time frame. Kindly expedite a resolution.

    @JioCare Moreover, what has been incredibly frustrating with the whole experience is that there is no way to reach a human customer support. Every time I called your IVR number, it disconnected my call saying your request has been canceled successfully. 1/2

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your technicians are hiring for bribes in Chengannur, Kerala to provide fiber connection despite already having paid Jio online. This is unacceptable. Not sure if you can run business with such employees. Really bad experience.
