    @JioCare Hi,in my village there no convetiviy of 4g even in 4g generation we are unbale to take a call from home and i had complained it about 2times but any action or network issue is not fixed

    @reliancejio @airtelindia Hello Kindly share your customer care number of jio fibre ! One of my neighbour, who is senior citizen took your WiFi connection 3 months ago. She paid for 6 months connection and right now it’s not working and those guys who installed the connection are not responding #JioFibre

    I am living Near Aunihar Junction in Railway Colony. Lot of call drop and very poor network problem is going on in my Area. Aunihar Junction is situated near to Sarnath(Varanasi). I complaint many time but no solution provided. @JioCare @reliancejio @MIB_India

    @JioCare experiencing one of the worst network in 4G Era..checked with different handset and the problem remains same,customer support is"too good"- network problem is occurring due to high traffic ! Atleast whatsapp text should go on time ..it's been 3 weeks,don't know till when

    @rachitpjain @JioCare I am also intermittently facing issue with 5G as well as 4G in my location and raised complaint many times but no resolution yet. I am only getting reply that team is working on it..

    @JioCare Sorry Mr Jio Earlier I was a jio user but I left jio and join Vi India because of their 12-6 unlimited offer and much more. If you have to same offer then I can think about it. And I don't have a 5G handset so please avoid that offer. By the way, I want buy a jio phone 1. Help!

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio Network isn't working at SSKM Hospital or PG Hospital Kolkata. Calling and Surfing is too poor. I faced lots of problem for poor service. Every month I paid a amount for the service, then why I face this type of stupid issues. Resolve or I will change.
