    @JioCare Hi,in my village there no convetiviy of 4g even in 4g generation we are unbale to take a call from home and i had complained it about 2times but any action or network issue is not fixed

    @reliancejio Don’t go for their Netflix offer. They are cheating subscribers. You won’t be able to cancel it ever. This is from my personal experience. BEWARE!

    @JioCare Problem of net speed not alone, complete area of beeta -2 gr.noida 201310, near ryan circle where your new tower installed, may you put booster for the time being, if inability of more load of customers, last 2 yr we face same problem, honest action required 🤔

    @ViBusinessIndia Hey Guys.The network is really really bad.U all need to do something.Or else I would have to port.Its really shame paying u all almost 900₹ every month for postpaid connection and getting this kind of service!Its better to port to @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare pathetic customer care. I registered a complaint regarding WiFi issues. Customer care assured me saying an engineer would visit by morning and look through the issue.I've made 3 more calls and the engineer has not been assigned yet.Hope for a quick and effective response

    @JioCare really pathetic service despite requested numerous time to fix network in my area. It is such a bitter experience with jio specially working from home. JioFi is like GPRS. You assured me after PORT request that will fix it. Yet to resolve
