    @JioCare Hi,in my village there no convetiviy of 4g even in 4g generation we are unbale to take a call from home and i had complained it about 2times but any action or network issue is not fixed

    @JioCare i am facing network problem i am trying to complain about this but costumer care call is not connecting . my mobile number is 8896619537 If you solve this problem then i stay with jio otherwise i will think about this

    @JioCare After every 15 days I need to complaint that jiofiber is not working. And you take 3-4 days to solve. This is my postpaid connection. I have given 30 days rental but using only 25 days because of your services.
