@JioCare hi,I wana inform you that in the generation of 4g we are not able to take a call r make a call from our house,This problem is not only with me but this is with the whole village.due to this we are unable to take online classes.Addrs is kotra, kotra bahadur ganj unchahar

@JioCare Hi,in my village there no convetiviy of 4g even in 4g generation we are unbale to take a call from home and i had complained it about 2times but any action or network issue is not fixed

@JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima It's surprising !! My Jio Broadband is down for 6 days, I reported multiple times to Jio customer care. Without any actual resolution, Jio fiber team closed service cases in their system every time. My last JioFiber Service ID 299949859003
