@JioCare Hi,in my village there no convetiviy of 4g even in 4g generation we are unbale to take a call from home and i had complained it about 2times but any action or network issue is not fixed

@JioCare engineer just resets the modem. On mail, U say please use chat bot. Chatbot says system error. Customer care disconnects the call in between. I'm really frustrated with your customer care service. It's the worst. How am I supposed to escalate this issue? HELP! @JioCare

@JioCare, I recharged RS 749 RS at 8 November but recharged not done yet. You just giving same reply within 4 hour, not getting confirmation from bank etc even I sent bank statement to you. I use myjio app not third party app,then why it's not your responsibility? @trai help plz
