    @JioCare hi,I wana inform you that in the generation of 4g we are not able to take a call r make a call from our house,This problem is not only with me but this is with the whole village.due to this we are unable to take online classes.Addrs is kotra, kotra bahadur ganj unchahar

    @JioCare Hi,in my village there no convetiviy of 4g even in 4g generation we are unbale to take a call from home and i had complained it about 2times but any action or network issue is not fixed

    @JioCare Mr. Suraj Kushwah, Ms. Himanshi Kumari & Mr. Shadab Ali — your handling of the matter has caused nothing but confusion, inconvenience and frustration. Is this what Jio calls customer service? Staff making commitments they cannot honour, providing incorrect information.

    @JioCare @reliancejio when the recharge of the mobile is expired we will get 100 calls from jio customer care , but when we need to complain regarding poor service , poor communication and internet their is no way to communicate , neither any action is taken regarding service.

    It suppose to complete by 1:00-2:30 pm today.. i do see different behavior from your representative post payment.. now he even don’t pick the call.. hope that device will install soon and better customer care @JioCare @reliancejio

    During peak hours, heavy crowds and poor mobile connectivity at metro stations make it difficult to use the Delhi Metro Sarthi app, especially during entry and exit. @OfficialDMRC Please improve mobile network connectivity at stations. @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

    For the last 15 days, there has been absolutely no Jio network at my home. No calls, no messages, and no internet,completely disconnected @reliancejio @reliancejioindia Please resolve this issue urgently. #Jio #JioNetwork
