  @JioCare Hi,in my village there no convetiviy of 4g even in 4g generation we are unbale to take a call from home and i had complained it about 2times but any action or network issue is not fixed

  @JioCare Over 3 days of JioFiber outage and all I get is the same scripted reply: “Our engineers are working on it.” No resolution, no accountability, no timeline. Paying for premium service and getting this pathetic, unreliable experience is utterly unacceptable. Deeply disappointed.

  @reliancejio I have a jio fiber connection which is showing no internet connectivity since last 5 days. I have raised complaint but no one has visited yet despitei have made severalcalls to the distributer and engineer assigned . This is the worst service experience ever seen.

  @Shreyansh12521 @reliancejio @JioCare My Connection request number NO0001D0EP1G was cancelled on 27 April and still no re fund. I only get messages from chatbots regularly. Lodged Complaint with consumer helpline. Docket 9388195
