    @JioCare Hi,in my village there no convetiviy of 4g even in 4g generation we are unbale to take a call from home and i had complained it about 2times but any action or network issue is not fixed

    @ICICIBank_Care @reliancejio @JioCare I did recharge through iMobile app yesterday. Money deducted but the recharge didn't receive. Such incident happened twice in past but the transaction didn't revert. I've messaged you the details yesterday only. Please take action ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio there is a lot of network issue in my area. People have to step out of the house to get better connectivity. Internet is out of the question. There are more than 200 users in this area. Can someone from ur team check this??

    @JioCare customer helpline is not user friendly where customer can directly contact with the customer care executive, it continue redirect to the difference menus where u get nothing more than information. It's a humiliation of the customers and spoilage of the trust. #jiocheats

    @JioCare Service is very poor . Engineer not ready to listen Custer issue . Engineers not upto the mark .I want my refund as sales person has said if u don't like we will refund you . Please initiate it
