    @JioCare hi,I wana inform you that in the generation of 4g we are not able to take a call r make a call from our house,This problem is not only with me but this is with the whole village.due to this we are unable to take online classes.Addrs is kotra, kotra bahadur ganj unchahar

    @JioCare Hi,in my village there no convetiviy of 4g even in 4g generation we are unbale to take a call from home and i had complained it about 2times but any action or network issue is not fixed

    @JioCare JioFiber has been down for 2+ days in Ahmedabad. Service requests SR000039W2E5 & SR000039Q9HD were closed without assigning an engineer. Customer support kept saying "shortly," but nothing happened. Now I can't even reach an agent. Unacceptable. Resolve this immediately.

    @JioCare It's been over 16 hours since I posted my complaint, but I haven't received any response. This network issue has been continuing for the last 7–8 months. Please acknowledge my complaint and provide a resolution at the earliest.

    @JioCare Agar aapko ni Krna toh mt kro service magar kisi k paise leke aur helpline se baat v ni ho skti ye kaisa system h ... Worst service i will definitely complain about this in consumer court

    My @jio_fiber is down and there seems to be no interest in Reliance Jio to attend to it. I know many in the top echelons of @reliancejio but am not in a mood to call senior people to sort out such a thing. Kya karoon @reliancejio ?

    @JioCare AirFiber has been completely dead for 4 straight days! No internet, no signal, nothing. I've restarted the router 50 times, checked the app a hundred times, but it's still showing "No Internet" like a useless brick. Bought AirFiber, got AirFraud instead. #jiofraud

    @JioCare @reliancejio I've already shared 5+ email threads, raised support requests on X, and made numerous calls. My request is not for technical support anymore. I simply want my JioFiber connection to be disconnected. Why is this being ignored?
