  @JioCare @reliancejio Applied for a jio fiber connection on Aug 5th. One agent came and made me pay for 1 year. Not got the connection nor KYC or cancellation. The guy tells that he wont come and set it right and that i can give police complaint. His mobile no is 7348936339

  @JioCare @reliancejio From one month i informed your team to rewire my jio fiber connection but you have just didnt do any thing. Last two service request raised for net disconnection. Temporarily solution and again my internet has been disconnected due to construction, No reply?

Why don't these guys improve their service, compensate customer for their delay/failure in service which causes loss to customer? Dear Jio it's high time to improve and gain back your trust. Affordability shouldn't cost quality.
