    @JioCare @reliancejio No one has turned up to sort out this issue It seems like Jio is least bothered about paying customers,best solution would be to stop paying and move to another provider Such crappy service!

    @reliancejio what is this ? Without an IR pack, you are not giving network, now when I recharged of ₹2800 , still 15/24 hours there are no network? Is this for what we are paying this much amount? Even if I don’t get my important calls and messages?

    multiple Jio users in the area are experiencing the same problem. This appears to be a network-related issue affecting the locality. Please investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible, as it is causing significant inconvenience. @JioCare

Please share OTP XXXXX with the representative only AFTER your Booking Reference Number or Order Registration Number (ORN) is generated.

    my jio fiber Wi-Fi hasn’t worked properly for a week despite multiple complaints and follow-ups. This is affecting my work. Please stop giving repeated assurances and resolve the issue permanently at the earliest. #PoorService, I think jio only money required. @JioCare

    Very bad service jio air fiber in surat amroli area so many call in coustomer support since last two days they are asked your service has been restored in Four hours but still I don't get any response @JioCare @reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN

    @JioCare Despite a valid and successful recharge, both mobile network and internet services remain completely non-functional in Viman Nagar, Pune. No signal, no data, continuous network failure. This is causing serious disruption. Request immediate technical intervention and restoration of services in the Viman Nagar area without further delay. Kindly acknowledge and resolve on priority.

    @JioCare internet services at my place down for more than 6 hours - engineer visit booked but no one has turned up yet - can't connect the engineer as the contact number is continuously on busy mode. He was supposed to be before 8 pm today Can't expect such lethargic services from JIO after taking a premium plan! expecting an immediate resolution! Right now, the bullshit call center had delayed the status after 8 pm
