    @JioCare Thank you Purnima. Currently I am out of India and may return this year end. Would it be possible to port my existing @Airtel_Presence SIM to @JioCare in absence of me and the Airtel network on the SIM as the SIM is corrupted as suggested by Airtel technical team ?

    @JioCare 5 days is good enough time to resolve any issues. My jio fiber connection is not working since 5 days. Your customer service is pathetic, the service engineer has not visited the premise, after repeated calls.

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare your executive call me that if i will cancel my port request than he will provide me the postpaid plan of 699 with 2 add on number and OTT also of netflix, Amazon and hotstar. Now when i cancel my porting of JIO no response

    @reliancejio @JioCares your team at jio care has not been able to provide me a replacement SIM for my number 7020127092... What's the point in getting annual recharge for such a service? Its long time now that i am without a SIM
