    @reliancejio @jiocare Truly dissatisfied with irresponsive and degraded service related to relocation of existing jio fiber connection. Customer care, appellate, higher management do not listen to customer even refuses to raise complaint against jio site and my jio app issues.

    @reliancejio : Today morning I visited to one of your store to buy or port my no in Jio post paid. I have Adhar card ,but for address proof I have bank statement. But your people need one local reference to issue the number. I do not think that why it is required. Even ur people

    Fed up with pathetic customer service of @reliancejio @JioCare . I am jio retailer, try to contact customer care from day before yesterday. Every time they provide me another customer care to contact, and loop gets continue.

    @JioCare @rsprasad we listen this message your team's is working in this area more than 3 years but nothing happened till now you are cheating us we recharge our mobile but we couldn't get service ,we all select any other service provider, why you not installed tower or imprve coverage
