    Dear @JioCare, I spoke with my local Jio AirFiber executive today, and I was informed that they do not have the required equipment/material available for installation. My question is simple: If Jio does not have the necessary equipment to provide the connection, then why are your staff collecting booking amounts, completing KYC, and activating orders? I paid ₹2200, completed all formalities, and my app shows the connection as installed, but no installation has been done at my home. This is misleading and unacceptable. Please provide a clear explanation and resolve this issue immediately. #JioAirFiber #JioCare #CustomerExperience

    @JioCare I am facing huge network issue in my location in ahmedabad area. 5G network but still internet now working properly in mobile phones also call connectivity also bad. Can you help or portability is better solution.

    @JioCare i registered for JioHome wifi service, the employee made me pay before hand and was supposed to come by 10 am and since then he has not been picking up my call
