  Jio, we are using ur airfiber & timely paying the rental, accordingly your staff gets payed. But once in blue-moon or 6 months when its not working same staff don’t respond thats very bad. SR00002NHPR2, kindly get it resolved earliest. Using Airtel to contact jio. @reliancejio

  @JioCare @reliancejio What a scam you guys are , your executives took entire yr's 12,000 rs for AIR FIBRE recharges claiming 100 mbps speed while we are barely struggling for 1mbs , now they say users are more than capacity so we cant help,you should never do such big recharges

  @JioCare I have already booked slot as per my convenience and slot timings provided from you but the time has already been passed..it was scheduled for 10-11 AM today but no response has came from your side only rescheduling without informing me.. Resolved issue else I will cut connection

  @reliancejio @JioCare has the worst customer service. I am not able to use the internet from weeks but no steps have been taken till now. The situation is degrading day by day. My plan is expiring tomorrow, switching to @airtelindia because they always listen their consumers.
