@JioCare He was to visit at 3pm! Can't wait for him indefinitely as I have to leave at 4.30pm! We are a pre-paid subscriber and we feel that we have been taken for granted. No broadband service for 24 hours in INEXCUSABLE & PATHETIC, I'm sorry to say!

@JioCare I don't want the installation now. I can't handle it anymore. If it's not get installed by today. Cancel the STB installation, refund my money and revert the plan to from 999 to 699 which I selected coz of STB.

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare simply just saying soon does have any value untill you intend to take any actions on the same. My issue is simple, need relocation of my broadband to new location. All details shared, still 8 days and relocation is still pending. Thats the issue
