    @JioCare Hi I have paid the bill of my postpaid no. Transaction is successful. 3 days has passes since. But my outgoing calls has been blocked by jio. Customer care not solving the issue. Mail with screen shot also sent. Please resolve the issue immediately.

    @JioCare, @reliancejio Jio customer care is providing automated messages like, network coverage is good at your location however, you are experiencing slow internet speed because, multiple users are using the services - videos, music, etc. (1/2)

    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet down for more than 24 hours. Will have to wait for 24 hours as no engineer available. Make services better JIO team. Internet is as important as power in house, cannot tolerate an outage of 48 hours.

    @JioCare 1. When can i get my pack's refund? My current pack includes internet services also which you are unable to provide due to network issues, hence the charges for the same shall be reverses immediately. 2. If u are still working on this issue, why the ticket was closed? #jio

    @JioCare I don't expected this from jio I trust lot on jio I don't know why you are doing like this now I am totally disappointed I am tried for past 20 days by sending interest for more than 40 times nothing received may be it's right time to move from you from 2016 I am customer of jio
