    @JioCare please cancel my order for jio sim. My jio no is 8252441167. I call on this number 1800 893 3399 but service provider tell me call on other number like 198,199,1991. I never expect such type of issue from largest telecom company Jio. Please help me to cancel my order.

    @reliancejio Since 3 days I'm facing the slowest network ever and this is so unbearable even more when the helpline number isn't available at all. There is nothing to do with this useless network speed instead of looking at the unloaded page every single time. #network_issue

    @JioCare Its been utter nuisance of you guys that even I own two jio sim one postpaid and one prepaid. I was charged wrong on my postpaid and when I ask the customer care to resolve it they said no you will have to make the payment bcz we have blocked your services.

    @reliancejio today I call #jio Helpline 10:45 AM. And I Talk with advisor Rima. Advisor rude behavior and disconnectd call. Experience is very very bad.
