    @jio_fiber, @jagograhakjago, @JioCare Since the installation, my WIFI is not working. Almost more than 1 week. Even after complaint engineer is not visiting and and saying customer not available. Request ID is SR 00003ANPUK. Please send the engineer ASAP after 6PM.

    Paid ₹1,200 for JioAirFiber relocation. My old connection was uninstalled and the device collected 5 days ago, but no reinstallation, no engineer, and no update. AI chat, AI call support, WhatsApp, email, and even a visit to the Jio Store haven’t resolved it.@JioCare

    @JioCare connection did not work. When I tried to contact the same representative, he blocked my number. I then contacted Jio Customer Care, and another representative visited my location. Instead of shifting the existing connection, I was advised to take a new Jio AirFiber connection.
