    @JioMart_Support @JioCare Ambani Sir, 17555260170490764A-01 and 17725443711102412A-01 Today, it has been 316 days since I placed these orders, and I still have not received them. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received a satisfactory resolution from the Jiomart team.

    @JioCare paid for relocation on the 26th. you disconnected my old connection immediately, but still haven’t installed the new one. your customer care keeps disconnecting my calls instead of helping. pathetic service and zero respect for customers. fix this today. #JioFiber

    @JioCare It has already been almost an entire day without internet, and it now appears that I may have to wait another day. I genuinely did not expect the resolution SLA for a complete loss of internet connectivity to stretch to two days with no clear ownership or communication.

    @reliancejio I am still waiting for an answer and for my refund.. its been more than 1.5 month now.. Refund of INR 807 is still pending. I am asked to DM every now and then.. no resolution at all

    @JioCare There's no internet service since yesterday on my Jio Fiber, and I've tried multiple times to raise a service request, but I'm not able to do that via your My Jio app asks me to either chat, call or email and I've done all the 3 things and yet I was not able to do..

    @JioCare This is not at all temporary nor intermittent Since last 3 days pathetic network from jio without any resolution. Even voice calls are also breaking or not getting connected. Requested for earliest resolution @AshwiniVaishnaw #help

    @JioCare, why is the network blocking DNS resolution on your data network? When does your network block DNS (basically connectivity) and why?
