  @JioCare This is just repeating what customer care already told me. I’m not asking how to track or reschedule I need service restored. My connection has been down since 6 AM, with no call from Jio. Please stop giving generic responses & provide confirmed engineer visit time and resolution

  @RaviSin6238033 @JioCare Similar problem I faced few days ago. They keep saying engineer is not able to enter your premises, but when after 12 days engineer came, he said he did not got any service query. Means jio is not handovers complaint to local engineer and randomly updating status by own.

  My Wi-Fi complaint is still NOT resolved, but your app is incorrectly showing the service request as “Completed.” The technician assigned to the issue is also not responding to my calls, and when he does answer, he speaks rudely and unprofessionally.@JioCare

  @JioCare @reliancejio Wifi Not Working in Chattarpur Area, Delhi since yesterday & no response despite repeated complaints. Poor Service & Support from JioCare. Thinking of switching to @Airtel_Presence
