  @JioCare, this is the worst service I’ve dealt with. My STB request (SR000039RZK9) has been pending since June 29th. I’ve called 5 times in 2 days, and I’m sick of hearing ‘engineer will come.’ No one shows up. Stop wasting my time and fix it now. I’m extremely frustrated.

  @jiocareindia shifted my JioFiber connection after being told that if I recharged the required amount, my previous plan would automatically be restored. I followed the instructions exactly, but my plan was never restored. This is very disappointing.@reliancejio @DoT_India

  @reliancejio @JioCare I have tried everything to remove my connection of my settop box. Why does your service centre disconnect the calls on any such request? @AkashAmbani this doesn't look good for a company of Jio's stature. Kindly help!!
