@JioCare why don't give response to the DM's? Don't you respect customer's decision to unsubscribe jio Fiber? This is how you lose customers. Try to atleast properly respond when a customer makes a request regarding the product. 🙄

@reliancejio @jio_fiber @JioCare Most unreliable broadband. It's been down since April 2021 and prior to that too there were too many downtimes. There is absolutely no way to co tact customer care and there has been no change. I want refund on my plan
