  @JioCare Kal mera Jio AirFiber install hua, lekin installation proper nhi h. Used material laga hai aur outdoor device sirf plastic ties se temp. fix kiye gaye hain, jo weather me toot sakte hain (injury/property damage risk). JioJoin app bhi work nahi kar rahi. Please resolve

  @JioCare It has hardly been a week since I switched to Airtel from jio. And this is the first drawback of Airtel that I found. It is a problem with Airtel when trying to call toll free numbers. I came to know from some other airtel users also. I already have a jio plan also.

  It has been more than a month the @jio_fiber issue of network drop continues to be an issue for all the user in Noida. Multiple service request gets auto closed with no resolution and customer confirmation. Jio will spam 24x7 if u request for disconnection @JioCare @reliancejio
