    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber Engineer visit after 5 days to resolve the issue is this kind of service we expect from Jio or who is responsible for non activation of plan since 19/08/26 to 27/08/26 who will pay for this period as I have recharge for 30 days

    @JioCare @reliancejio have been struggling to transfer my esim from apple phone to another apple phone. Visiting myjio app, customer care, your store nothing is working out. Now sim is not working in old phone neither in new phone. Pls help

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber down since 23 Aug. SR SR00003EW9FJ raised 24 Aug, rescheduled ~10 times & even closed once. No technician visit/call despite repeated follow-ups. Still no internet! NCH Docket: 10024345. Is this how Jio treats its customers?

    @JioCare that is the whole issue....since yesterday about 4-5 technicians have changed and the timing too....but no one has turned up or tried fixing the damn thing
