    @JioCare I haven't received any call from your representatives till today, i even called you customer care representative and she told me to wait for 24 hours for response and still I haven't received any call. Disgusting service from jio 🤮

    When I called the technician Uttam Kumar who had installed the fiber connection to get it fixed, told me to throw it away and not to call him. The person Deepak(9218054173)who booked Fiber connection isn't answering calls and is refusing to issue a refund. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Still my issue not resolved.... Is this way to do service maintenance... From 08/06/26 and today is 13/06/26 6 to 7 days passed and no solution given yet. Who is responsible for this 1 week trouble please waiting for reply. Thanks 🙏

    @JioCare @JioCare Service disrupted since 03 Jun. Complaint raised on 04 Jun, but engineer visit scheduled only on 15 Jun. Nearly 12 days without internet despite advance payment. Requesting immediate disconnection and refund for the outage period and remaining unused period. #JioFiber

    @JioCare The issue persist even after clearing cache and restarting the stb! Nothing works after multiple attempts as well. Same F6 error

    @JioCare @reliancejio it's been more than 6 hours since my jio fiber services interrupted but no resolution yet, the engineer visit slot was only available for tomorrow and the customer service number is not getting connected. will you deduct one day's bill from my next billing?

    The Smart Point Store in Sasaram, Bihar is in terrible condition—essential groceries are out of stock, the store is poorly managed, unorganized, and has an unpleasant smell. Immediate audit and restocking are needed. Please take urgent action. @JioMart_Support @reliancejio
