  @JioCare For last 3 days, Jio network in Narnaul, Haryana has been extremely poor. Mobile data barely works we have to keep toggling Airplane Mode repeatedly just to get a signal. The issue is not limited to one device everyone using Jio is facing the same problem. Resolve ASAP

  @reliancejio @JioCare I would like to inform you that I have already contacted the Jio service team in Barhaj, District Deoria, Uttar Pradesh regarding the ongoing issue. The technician has visited my location twice for rectification; however, the problem still persists as before. I once again request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and arrange for a technician to visit my premises today to resolve the issue permanently. If the issue is not addressed promptly, I will be compelled to escalate my grievance to higher authorities within the Reliance Jio management.

  @JioCare Dear @JioCare I am not asking for your money. I am only asking for a refund. Request was cancelled from your end. Worst case scenario, refund should have been completed in 30 days. I am only receiving empty promises. No real action. So.. NO, YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND MY CONCERN.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Even after multiple complaints the network issues are not solved in our area. Everyone in this area is facing internet issues. Not even 4g is proper here, that too in town panchayat. Stop asking us to restart out phone and just fix your towers please ASAP.
