    @RelianceJioCare Hello, I am a Candian citizen currently in India. I tried to get a jio sim using my Canadian passport and Indian OCI (Visa), your sales team declined saying that @reliancejio does not issue sim cards to foreign citizens. I know this is wrong but there was (1/2)

    @RelianceJioCare I could do. I even spoke to his manager but his manager had absolutely no knowledge of OCI status so there was no point in discussing. This is not the kind of hospitality and service standards we expect in India. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio what a bad experiance with jio .gradually the aervice going down...maximum time internet not working even can not send any message on whatsapp..now using jio is too irritating..
