@JioCare You guys are just bad actors. Your network keeps troubling. You act as if you will help resolve issues, the help comes 4.5 hours late from the committed time, finds no issues and leaves. Out of the 28 day recharge plan I haven't been able to use it for 3 days sice last 3 month.

@JioCare Hi Wantd highlight network isue which we r facing in my area. Frm last 2-3 months network is vry down & even calls r very bad. We hv studnt who attend online class & teachers taking online class. Also there are some IT people doing wfh. Can u see if it can be resolved

@JioCare @reliancejio My #jiofi device 3GB data was exhausted within 20 mins and when I called customer care and call getting auto disconnect after 2 mins. Speed was so poor that I had raised SR from 3 month ago only.

@JioCare I raised complaint for connectivity issue on June 28th, which was closed without restoring my internet. Had to raise one more ticket but still awaiting for resolution. Its been more than 2 days now, @reliancejio just not able to provide a proper service.
