    Very disappointed with Jio Fiber @JioCare . My relocation was scheduled for Apr 26, then rescheduled multiple times (27, 30, 29), and now cancelled without my consent. Support falsely says I cancelled the order. Fix this today or I’ll switch to @Airtel_Presence .

    Is this airtel fiber wifi just to waste time? Every month for 2-3 days it just doesn't work and there is no way that you can have any convo with a customer support but a useless piece of chat bot which is on repeat mode. Didn't have this issue with jio.@airtelindia @reliancejio

    @reliancejio creating a digital world, but at what cost and do you think creating a massive infrastructure makes you a Global player....na na na... yours is a pathetic company when it comes to customer grievance redressal.. i am fed up with your so called customer care service

    @JioCare Jio Fiber Internet down since 24th April. 2 appointments for Engineer scheduled—no one showed up. Called support 5 times—only false assurances. Appointments disappear from the app! This is sheer negligence and harassment. #JioFiber #JioCare

    @JioCare This is regarding my Jio AirFiber refund (Order ID: N00001CWWCCW). I have been informed that the refund has been initiated and was provided reference number JC4438901 over the call. However, the amount has still not been credited to my account. Since this was a UPI payment, refunds are typically processed within 1–3 days. Kindly confirm whether the refund has been successfully processed to the bank and share the UTR (transaction reference number) for tracking. If the refund has not yet been processed, I request immediate action to complete it without further delay. I have already waited beyond reasonable time and expect this to be resolved at the earliest. Please treat this as urgent.

    @JioCare Pawan, details have already been shared. Don't send standard replies. It's time for your technician to arrive at our doorstep. The fact that you have not even read the history & are asking for already shared info again is a HUGE PUT OFF AND SHOWS JIO'S SERVICE NEGLIGENCE.
