    @JioCare Hi Sudhanshu, I sent my reg. mobile no. and JioFiber ID in DM. Please check them and fix this fast. My ownership transfer request has been denied many times for the same reason. Please ask the right team to check and fix it. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio My complaint regarding gemini offer which remains unresolved despite the expected timeframe having passed. This delay is causing considerable inconvenience, Please escalate the issue to get it resolved at the earliest and provide me with an update on its current status.

    @reliancejio — Is this your definition of a “restoration ETA”? My JioFiber outage is continuing, and instead of providing a realistic resolution time, the promised restoration time keeps getting pushed forward.

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio. Raised a service request on Aug 27 . It’s been over 48 hours—no technician visit, no calls, despite multiple customer care follow-ups. Daily work is completely disrupted. Please assign an engineer
