    @JioCare question: are your JioFiber services available in Inavolu, Andhra Pradesh, 522237? because im being told by your executive that he cannot pay a visit here as this area is not serviceable. just a quick YES or NO question to you guys. is the service really not available?

    @JioCare No update has been provided i am still waiting for fiber installation , but no solution is provided yet , from 15 days only i am complaining to jio but problem not solved , and jio distributor is not solving my problem but he take money for the fiber @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare (Neha), I can see another SR has been raised again. Your team has already raised 10+ SRs for the same issue. Is there any real update, or is this just another delay tactic? After this experience, how can you think I will go for this nonsense service again? #JioFiber

    Extremely disappointed with services of @jio_fiber @reliancejio @service_jio. Trying to relocate my Jio fiber connection since 5th May. Done steps on #jioapp no technician assigned. 5 calls to customer care in 17 days & no result. No help from them. Terrible.

    @JioCare From 29th April, I’ve been hearing the same response repeatedly. Without actually resolving the issue, they marked it as solved and closed the ticket.

    @JioCare No Internet since 5-May and still no resolution despite multiple complaints, escalations, cancellations, and tickets being closed without fixing the issue. Multiple residents in our apartment are affected. Escalating this to DoT and consumer authorities now. @TRAI
