  What a joke of 5G, jio promised us for true 4G, but in nearby months @reliancejio is defeated by @airtelindia as usual #airtel is the leader of mobile network services whether it is the issue of coverage or internet speed.

  Already complaint several times regarding internet speed issue on 8299275185 but @reliancejio does not want to changed. Even many customer giving @reliancejio 1 out of 5 star rating. If there is any 0 I'll not give them, I prefer minus 0 for you. Extremely dissatisfied. @JioCare

  @airtelindia What kind of service is this? Now you blocked outgoing SMS service on the basic plan (79 rupees). I am not able to send paid SMS too. will port to @reliancejio, atleast they are not thief like you.

  @JioCare # Still not received my refund after giving back the Jiofiber router on 2nd October.Big cheaters they only earn money and in return give very poor services.give silly excuses while giving by refund.check the details in dm !!

  I HAVE RETURN MY JIO FIBER CONNECTION BEFORE 30 DAYS ON 6TH OF SEPTEMBER AND TODAY IS 15TH OF OCTOBER BUT I DON'T GET MY REFUND YET. WHENEVER I CALL THEM THEY ALWAYS TELL ME SIR WE HAVE INITIATE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL GET IT BY 3 OR 4 DAYS. PLEASE HELP ME OUT. @reliancejio @JioCare

  @aparnabeditiwar @reliancejio @JioCare I am also waiting since long, but no revert is getting from Jio. They actually don't care of customers, pathetic customer service, just know to sale whether it is useful for customer or not, no value of customer' s money at all.

  @JioCare I m new customer of jio fiber and connection start on Sunday but after start jio fiber Tuesday internet not available I m logged complaint and today again no network available in modem and red light blinking.Plz resolved my problem on priority basis. Thanks

  @JioCare I applied for Jio Fiber on 27th September and still I am waiting for jio team to install it.. that aint JioCare and your employees never pick calls neither they respond to my query. Name of my area manager - Mr Narendra headed by Mr Sanjeev headed.
