    What a joke of 5G, jio promised us for true 4G, but in nearby months @reliancejio is defeated by @airtelindia as usual #airtel is the leader of mobile network services whether it is the issue of coverage or internet speed.

    Internet is running poorly in our village for last several months. I have tweeted several times but no solution was found. Net is not getting even after paying so much money. I have tweeted all these on DoT, Jio, PMO, ITS and news channels but no solution was found. @JioCare

    Already complaint several times regarding internet speed issue on 8299275185 but @reliancejio does not want to changed. Even many customer giving @reliancejio 1 out of 5 star rating. If there is any 0 I'll not give them, I prefer minus 0 for you. Extremely dissatisfied. @JioCare

    @JioCare voucher??? when there's no service available? I paid by bank transfer, so why is the refund being offered as a voucher instead of being credited back to my original payment method? straightforward cancellation and refund. Why make it more complicated for the customer?

    For the last 10 days the Jio network has been going down every single day for 12–15 hours. Now it's been more than 24 hours with no network at all. The last time I raised this issue on X, @JioCare asked me to send via DM. I did but received no response. @reliancejio @RCKadamINC

    @JioCare Hi jio team. Any update on my request. I am wondering that even after so much of escalation there is no resolution on this. Now it’s almost a year that I am chasing for this. Now I have to move to consumer court for the same so that I can get resolution for this in legal terms.

    @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio Since morning, there has been no improvement in the AirFiber outage. Is your team unable to identify the issue, or lacking the skills to fix it? How much longer do customers have to wait for restoration when the same response of “4 hours” is repeated.
