What a joke of 5G, jio promised us for true 4G, but in nearby months @reliancejio is defeated by @airtelindia as usual #airtel is the leader of mobile network services whether it is the issue of coverage or internet speed.

Already complaint several times regarding internet speed issue on 8299275185 but @reliancejio does not want to changed. Even many customer giving @reliancejio 1 out of 5 star rating. If there is any 0 I'll not give them, I prefer minus 0 for you. Extremely dissatisfied. @JioCare

@reliancejio @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare Entire rural areas suffering worst service of jio.After 4 pm and inside home there is no internet service available. It's so bad internet service other than Airtel and ivoda's service.

Dint know relocation of Jio WiFi would be such a huge hassle. Customer care say one thing or the other and promise a time slot and end up postponing, it's been 2 days now. Tough times to be in, if you WFH and rely on JioWiFi🙃 @JioCare @reliancejio. Time to consider @airtelindia

Haven’t seen a poorer customer service than @JioCare ! Have been put on hold from last 40 minutes. Absolute **** service.
