What a joke of 5G, jio promised us for true 4G, but in nearby months @reliancejio is defeated by @airtelindia as usual #airtel is the leader of mobile network services whether it is the issue of coverage or internet speed.

Already complaint several times regarding internet speed issue on 8299275185 but @reliancejio does not want to changed. Even many customer giving @reliancejio 1 out of 5 star rating. If there is any 0 I'll not give them, I prefer minus 0 for you. Extremely dissatisfied. @JioCare

@JioCare Her name was Sonali as she said. I had call to the customer care number 198. And my number is 9632011653. Its a simple common sense to check call records. And I have requesting to get me a call back but you have not done that. How should I trust entire jio team. Unacceptable

@airtelindia , you spoiled my day today. Broadband was down for 3 hrs during peak work hour. And it's been happening regularly. Being a loyal customer to Airtel I must ask Is it right time to switch over to @reliancejio ?
