The Silent Observer (@the_rishji) reportedDear @JioCare, @reliancejio @JioHotstar >>I recharged my Jio number with the ₹399 plan, which clearly mentions that it includes JioHotstar Mobile + Hollywood subscription. >>I even received an SMS confirming: JioHotstar Mobile + Hollywood is included in my recharge benefits. >>However, when I logged into the JioHotstar app using the same Jio number, the app asked me to subscribe again instead of activating my plan. >>To make things more confusing, when I checked with HelloJio, it says: "JioHotstar subscription is not included in your current plan." So which one is correct? --Recharge confirmation says the subscription is included. --JioHotstar says I don't have a subscription. --HelloJio also says my current plan doesn't include it. This is misleading and creates a poor customer experience. Customers shouldn't have to guess whether the benefits they've paid for actually exist. Please look into this issue and activate the subscription or explain why there is a mismatch between the recharge confirmation and your own services.
