    @JioCare I request your team to visit my location and test the network on-site. If you make calls and use mobile data from here, you will experience the same issues that I have been reporting. The actual network performance at my location is far from satisfactory. I hope you will reassess

    Customer care seems to have misguided me, they said if I recharge international roaming plan ,I don't need to recharge domestic plan. But now jio app says "Please recharge before number gets disconnected??? @reliancejio

    @JioCare URGENT! Power outage at Talpali Para, Balangir destroyed my @JioCare Fiber router (ID: 300647418317). Checked with another adapter—zero response/dead unit. Critical office work blocked! Requesting an engineer visit TODAY (24th July) to replace the unit! @reliancejio

    @JioCare Durgesh, as predicted from last 2+ months all SR ends up with back to the Same circle no resolution of the remaining amount of deposit. I have received partial amount of 750 on June 15th 26 once. It is just frustrating it ends up nowhere. Disconnect fiber has defeated the purpose

    Monsoon is a seasonal event, not an unforeseen one. Service continuity should account for it. I expect response the extended outage and service credits for the affected period. Calls dropping, & even 2-minute video won't play without buffering.will this be resolved? @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare WORST NETWORK. After using vi for 8 years I ported to Jio postpaid with family plan but there’s so much of network problem. Just 2 lines in the network column and I’m already frustrated. Please improve your network and help me with what is to be done!

    @JioCare The network issue in Debipur (PIN 743502) still persists despite providing all the required details in private chat to Jio. Even today, we faced the same voice call and internet connectivity problems. No resolution has been provided yet. Solve this @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber what a pathetic service. Jio fiber cable cut by electric department. Jio inernet is down from morning but there is no response from local jio provider they seems to be less bother regarding customer problem #worstserviceprovider
