    @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani My internet hasn't been working properly for almost two months. The outside issue has been showing up for two months. Despite complaining, I'm still getting no resolution. Jio Air Fiber's service is very poor.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Now the government is still silent and took zero action on these telecom companies. @JM_Scindia are you taking bribes from these companies if not then no strong action has been taken yet for poor coverage and neglecting complaints of people.

    @JioCare Please provide tentative date because i didn’t get any call or request no yet. And 1800 896 9999 not working for me it just says “you’re cancellation request completed thank you calling to jio have good day”

    @reliancejio @JioCare Here is the state of this company: It has been two days since I filed a complaint regarding the Wi-Fi, yet the issue remains unresolved,and they expect you to give the customer service representative a 5-star rating. The service is absolutely Pathetic 😡

    @JioCare You are best at making excuse by escalating the issue daily in the morning and by the end of the day end up doing nothing. This is a case of sheer negligence which is testing my patience and maybe now it’s time to take legal action against you @JioCare

    @JioCare I am repeatedly asked unnecessary questions, which is completely unacceptable and a waste of my time. This is a clear failure in service. If my issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this matter to the consumer court and take further action.Treat this as urgent

    @JioCare Hi Mohit, this issue isn’t limited to a specific location—it’s occurring across a 8–9 km radius. We’re facing the same issue in Bodhgaya, a World Heritage Site. As a service provider, you need to take necessary steps to improve network connectivity.
