    @JioCare The network issue in our area has still not been resolved. Kindly arrange to fix it as soon as possible. The Jio tower has been out of service, and hundreds of customers are facing serious inconvenience. All of us have recharged with 5G plans, but we only receive a 4G network.

    @JioCare @JioCare how much patience and understanding do you need ? After payment of 12000/- and waiting for a period of 23 days to listen that your connection cannot be installed due to technical issue . No clear cut refund policy, kindly guide .

    @JioCare No resolution till today. It has been a week now. Engineer had planned a visit which has been cancelled again. This is the 3rd time I got a message about a visit and it has been cancelled again. No option but to search for a different service provider.

    @JioCare when will this be resolved?? when can I expect the re installation ?? Do you people have a TAT for resolution of issues at least. What is the definition of earliest for Jio???

    @JioCare you should have the number and not interested talking to you just fix the fiber within 48 hours or return the advance paid for the full year

    @JioCare I never cancelled my request. It failed because your representative didn't do his job. He promised to visit, never showed up, never informed me, and ignored the next day's commitment. Why should a customer suffer for your team's negligence? @reliancejio
