I called your customer care through Myjio app , they gave vague answer. If we are doing those True 5g recharges why we are not getting the services. Is this a joke or what?

This is completely unacceptable. I am continuously paying for a service that is practically unusable, with speeds dropping below 1 Mbps most of the time.
