But, PC shows ethernet connected, but none of browsers open. I have tried all available solutions, but all in vain. Kindly help @reliancejio! or else will switch back to my old service provider.

I was promised that the fraud executive will refund the money within 15 minutes. But that guy has again been playing delay tactics. And I still have not recived the refund amount. After investigation and discussion. I was promised he will refund the amount in 15 minutes by Jio Managers. But no amount recieved.

But once I recharge, the internet barely works. The speed is extremely slow on both 4G and 5G. I’m suffering losses because of this. Who is going to take responsibility for that? Whenever I contact them, they simply say, “It will be fixed soon.” They have been repeating the same thing for the last two years. On top of that, it’s extremely difficult to even reach customer care. And when you finally get connected after 15 minutes, you still don’t get any proper resolution. This is incredibly frustrating.

Yet u say there was “no delay”? If so, why did I raise 4 SRs? Please provide the pro-rata adjustments.
