    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio very poor network of Airtel. Just counting my days so that I can re port my number into Jio. Airtel network :- Prominent location of Indore and network experience is like 2G.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Main tab se jio chala raha jab se launch hua. Aaj se ghatiya network kabhi nahi aaya hai. Please do something or else i will port my number. I have been a huge fan of jio since the very beginning. Don't treat customers like this.

    @JioCare It's been 14 days and I have given false promises for quick installation. Service engineer keeps postponing his visit without any information to customer, has happened 7 times. Repeated call to customer care of no use.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Noce scam being run by you in the name of WFH data pack it always slows down after 12-15 gb of use and other 12-15 gb is just unusable. 70 rs from a single user. If even 1 lakh user of this package are there 70 lakh which is definitely higher as per users.S

    @JioCare Hi Team, As per our discussion on 7th September with Jio Team. I was promised that the fraud executive will refund the money within 15 minutes. But that guy has again been playing delay tactics. And I still have not recived the refund amount. Can you plz check and help to close.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani I am facing very weak 5G signal strength in my area, which is significantly affecting my internet usage and overall service experience. Location Details: Village: Kotha Giriya Palle Post: Vellatur Mandal: Pendlimarri District: Kadapa (YSR District) State: Andhra Pradesh PIN Code: 516216 It is important to highlight that on your official website and coverage map, my village and even the surrounding 1–2 km areas are clearly marked as 5G coverage zones. However, in reality, the network is extremely weak, unstable, and often falls back to 4G. This clearly indicates a mismatch between the claimed coverage and actual service quality, which is misleading to customers. Additionally, nearby villages are receiving proper 5G coverage, while my village continues to suffer from poor signal strength and unstable connectivity. This issue is affecting hundreds of families in our village who are using Jio services. Our village is a densely populated area, and the earlier explanation provided by your team stating “low population” is incorrect. I have already raised multiple complaints through customer care and also escalated the issue via social media platforms. However, no effective resolution has been provided so far. I request you to treat this matter seriously and take the following actions: Conduct a detailed technical network survey in our village Correct the false 5G coverage representation if actual service is not available Improve 5G signal strength and coverage in the area Provide a clear timeline for resolution If this issue is not resolved, I will be left with no option but to escalate the matter further to the through the official grievance portal for misleading service claims.     Absolute pathetic service from @JioCare @reliancejio For the last 3 days, my area has been completely stuck on a dead 4G network. Both my mobile data and Jio AirFiber are practically useless, suffering from severe, endless buffering. Working from home has become a complete nightmare. I can't even get my basic office work done because it takes 10 to 15 minutes just to open a simple email inbox! How are professionals supposed to function with this third-rate internet speed? ​You have the audacity to unapologetically hike your recharge prices by 20-30% every 6 months, but what exactly are we paying for? A 20-30% downgrade in network quality? ​My family collectively spends a massive ₹9,000 to ₹10,000 on your recharges. Despite paying this premium amount, your failing network is forcing us to buy EXTRA data booster packs out of pocket just to get a functional connection. You are double-charging us for a service you are failing to provide. ​Is this the world-class 5G experience you endlessly advertise? Logon ko chumt!ya banana band karo

    @JioCare don't use Jio worst company, go for local internet service they will communicate with you, Jio will never talk with you when you have issues. so don't go for it, Jio fiber is worst from 6 months. they take money every month. but the Jio customer care is not reachable to us.
