@JioCare It's been 14 days and I have given false promises for quick installation. Service engineer keeps postponing his visit without any information to customer, has happened 7 times. Repeated call to customer care of no use.

@RelianceJioCare I just got #JioFiber on 11th June 21. Works fine in lappy & mobile. But, PC shows ethernet connected, but none of browsers open. I have tried all available solutions, but all in vain. Kindly help @reliancejio! or else will switch back to my old service provider.

@JioCare my JioFiber ID 301134428629 with JioFiber Voice Number +913335558462 cancellation was done within 5 days of installation and product is well returned to the service engineer on 24/07/2021 It has been 21 working days after that while I still didn't receive any refund money.
