    Two Months the new refurbished phone Stops working properly it's getting hanged and I'm unable to make a call and the network keeps changing from 2g to 4g and vice versa. I also reached to jiocare but jio executive asked me to swap the phone again as it's not working with(2/3)

    @JioCare After seeing the image, you still asking issues. If you don't have signal how can you make a call? Are you referring g to make call through SATELLITE? please phrase queries as per customer issues. Second thing I have already shared those details earlier. Hv mentioned too

    @JioCare @JioCare pradhan, can you tell me, if already around 6 times TAT has been passed, you are still not giving me date, is a customer fool he is following up daily, but no one from company is going to pick the router, is 6 times Tat ok for u for this small task
