    @JioCare No resolution, calls center guys are disconnecting my calls guys it's a simple disconnection process why are you guys making it difficult I have already mailed u in 26 but no update or resolution, please initiate pickup of equipment and save me this misery.

    I ported my Jio postpaid number to prepraid. Now unable to pay my fin dues of postpaid account. Trying to connect @jiocare but no response. Very careless and pathetic customer care service. @Officejmscindia
