  @JioCare migrated jio fiber from 399 plan to 888 plan on 29th aug n booked installation dt 30/8 between 5-6 pm. No stb received nor installation done yet. Called customer care 5 times but no resolution yet. Fed up with following up.

  @reliancejio @JioCare NO0001FAPKJY(Payment done, status installed, but in reality the device is not installed ) After registering my complaint,Mr Kr was assigned (9263702401) to resolve the issue. However, this individual has completely failed to meet their commitments.
