@JioCare as always zero response and assistance to customers. Net has been down since mid day and no response or responsibility from them. Easier to hold down a Hyaena and pull it's teeth than get help from @JioCare .

I had cancelled my JioFiber plan on 9th Aug, SRN: SR00001655YH & ORN: NO0000HYV3I1. I haven't received my refund yet. I've registered a complaint with NCH [Docket no: 3022545] & with Jio Fiber SRN: SR000017KW3X. When will I get my refund? @reliancegroup @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare can you please install a tower in my area? I am following up with you for almost 2 years. A single tower will help 400+ consumers to study online, WFH and run their online businesses. We are still living in 1980s without network coverage. 😔
