@TRAI @JioCare i want to port my number to jio postpaid regular plan. But jio store executive denied to give that plan in port. He said that i will get only 399 plan. It's all depend upon customer which plan he wants to opt not yours.

Despite DM same story.if you can't provide Internet despite good signal kindly refund the prepaid recharge amount. Prepaid means service subsequent to payment, it doesn't mean you won't provide. You are bound to provide. @TRAI kindly intervene for @JioCare @reliancejio.
