@alammusheer2 @reliancejio @JioCare things are getting really terrible for us .as a regular jio operater we r facing lot of trouble in doing our classes, offices etc.. Please fix these issue ASAP. otherwise ,there are lot of other operators in market and we r good enough to make our decision.

@JioCare @reliancejio Utter disgusting customer care - raised a complain over call to 198 on 21-Sep at 5pm. The executive was very harsh and non-courtesous. Didn't give any complain ref no, only said she is escalating, pls wait indefinitely. Problem not solved yet - HORRIBLE

@naveenrawath @ViCustomerCare @JioCare One of my primary number was jio number, I have used it since Jio started in India ie around 2014, but I had ported out coz they didn't resolve network issues. Now not refunding my jiofiber money when they couldn't even install, been 2+ months
