    @JioCare My jio fiber is not working properly for last 5 days. Called the nearest Jio Store and the employees are not helping. Called your customer service and the person raised a service request but I don't see any progress yet. Is this the customer service you provide?

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, I have already shared my registered mobile number and LRN via DM, but I haven't received any response yet. It's been over two weeks since I completed KYC and payment on 7 July 2026. Please check the DM and provide a definite resolution instead of automated replies.
