But now they have got the major chunk of regular subscribers, ARPU's are increasing with each passing day, EBITDA Positive but customer service level is decreasing with each passing day.. believe me the DP Panels are all full in my locality so 4us waiting-2

    @JioCare Please refund 199rs or activate hotstar vip plan. Ur customer support doesn't have knowledge neither the conditions are metioned at recharge tab. @trai please take action on jio
