  @JioCare Jio, have some shame! I called your support team and they said a technician would arrive between 12:30 and 1:30 PM to collect the garbage, which is your Jio fibre setup. It’s 4:00 PM and no one has come to collect it.

  @JioCare i have tried contacting the customer care guy (Amritsar) as my wifi is not working and informed him many times as he mentioned he will come and check didn’t show 70097 97751 his number please check dont know why they dont want to work

  @airtelindia I have a 5g actuvated sim and device but the data is consuming from 4 g only, this issue is on my new mobile kindly help me, your coustumer care number is useless, I already started my port if I didn't get help I will port my sim to jio @reliancejio

  @amdsoni130 @JioCare @reliancejio The Jio Fiber technician came, charged 100 rupees, and then fixed the issue after 5 day, before leaving. Between Jio Fiber's terrible service and shoddy engineering maintenance, this is the last month I'm using Jio; I'm switching to Airtel Fiber next.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Don't try to give copy paste answer, better look into my issue. Same copy paste answer given that we have limited coverage etc. instead of looking my issue. It's my primary number and after 5 years I decided to port out. Bye bye Jio

  After repeatedly complaint even on Jago Grahak Jago and DOT pgportal, no improvement of indoor coverage. I've already port out to Airtel after 5 years and will sure back if indoor coverage issue completely resolved. @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare Had been facing issue with WiFi connectivity for last 5 days including today and my SR no. is SR00003E17K5 n I'm getting false promises but remains unresolved n my SR no was closed without solution It's really frustrating that u gyz r nt able to fix it.
