    @JioCare Postpaid Airfiber number: 8035971551 Since past 4 days, our Airfiber is not working. This is the 3rd time in last 2 months that it is not working. Unfortunately, helpline only says it will be fixed in 4hrs. But ticket is not assigned to any Jio service engineer. Pls fix

    Why @reliancejio wants to waste time for clients . Setting same jio tune every month . It must continue untill a customer is paying bills every month . The way we get data sms n calls. Shameless lousy process by Jio . Wastage . Must rectify it or I look after shifting to Network.

    @JioCare Smita someone pls help backend sent this three sr msg tried to call me i didn't get any call. Those sr are SR000037M4DR SR000037QIWB SR0000385M5P i can't access SR of jiofiber. As per SR000038MWO7 says I got all my refund of 750 but it should be 1500-2500 can u pls check

    @CRED_support @JioCare What is a comprehensive solution. Update the payment or ask me to pay them or issue a refund. Really pathetic. For the last two days I have not been using internet services. Who will compensate it

    @JioCare Akshay, can you pls give me any update or progress on SR000038MWO7? As update for this SR was coming @ 2026-06-18T06:04:12. I don't have any access on myjio to check SR. But any timeline of resolution. Banking details again required? Kindly pls update 🙏🙏🙏
