Hello @JioCare @reliancejio what is the procedure of re-activation of my terminated jio sim which i have not recharge more than a year. and worst thing is that your Jio Official Store ask me to Buy Premium Bodyguard VPN app then they will activate my sim. How can they force me ?

@JioCare I had a JioFiber subscription discontinued on my phone number. The service was deactivated and I was told that the refund would be initiated within 14 days from receiving the hardware. It's been more days than that and I still have no refund credit on my bank. Pls look.
