  @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber When I requested escalation, they refused to connect me to a supervisor, saying all supervisors are "busy." Being a prepaid customer doesn't mean I should pay for days without service. This is unacceptable customer support and poor service accountability.

  @JioCare Part 2 For the last 2 days, engineer visits have been scheduled repeatedly, but no engineer has ever visited. Even worse, the service request gets closed automatically without any visit or resolution. Then I have to contact customer care again to create another complaint.

  It’s been 48 hours, and my Jio AirFiber is still dead. I can't even raise a ticket because the MyJio app and 198 are gated by useless AI chatbots. Cutting costs by replacing human support with endless bot loops is terrible customer service. Truth is @JioCare doesn't care.
