    @vaidykn @JioCare Kindly refund our recharge amount (done on 31/05/2022) as we have taken fresh connection from another service provider. Thanks for the last eight or nine days without Jio internet and trauma (Mohan Subramaniam).

    @JioCare What’s the point of slot booking for relocation of fiber, executives didn’t came and it’s been 2 days, I have also called customer care they said it will be solved in 24 Hours and it it’s been +30 hours. Executive called me but he’s not even interested in my case.

    @reliancejio complaint number: sr00001eff4g . our router has not been working for 3 days and nobody has come to fix our router. Nobody from the service team has even contacted us.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Unhappy with Jio wifi connection. Net has become too slow and service disruption too often. Today's complaint Service Order SR00001BGWP5. Jio pl find a permanent solution towards customer satisfaction.
