    @JioCare even after paying for a new connection your service team is not responding to our calls and is not installing Jio Fiber. If you are not interested in providing service then kindly refund our amount immediately. There are other service providers in our area.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Sir, I Did add money in jio pos lite app on 25th august 2022 the amount is ₹5768 which transaction was done successfully through UPI app but it is not added in“jio pos lite” wallet and still not added, and refund also has not come yet. So please help me.

    @JioCare This is in ref to SR00001DQW86. I can't wait week long to get my connection repaired (This is second time within a week, when I raised complaint). Kindly inform me the procedure to terminate my JIO-Fiber connection. I really don't want to continue with you at all.

    We're big "fools"befooled by almost all d internet service providers;their month consists of 28 days.Recharge rate almost one n half times increased incredibly in d past few years & most deteriorated n **** class service is what against such a huge hike.@JioCare No one attends..
