@JioCare you need to close your service because Jio network and data worst from other networks. when I want to talk about my issue customer care then I can't reached, either voice call or email I don't know why but I think jio care have not solutions for jio customer

And always got the same answer that due to high traffic it is happening but they cannot solve this issue through other means. Same on you @JioCare . For this reason unfortunately, I have no other option but to change the service provider . @TRAI please do have a look on this.
