  @JioCare I purchased a Jio prepaid SIM at Srinagar Airport on 23 Nov 2025. I traveled to Nagpur, Maharashtra in December, and since then the SIM has been showing 0 signal bars and is not connecting to any network. Kindly check if this SIM can be activated or used outside J&K

  @JioCare Very disappointed wid Jio Fiber service. Despite multiple mails regarding the issue, no1 bothered to respond or resolve it. This is definitely nt the service expected frm Reliance. Kindly resolve urgently bfr customers lose trust completely. @_MukeshAmbani

  @reliancejio I have a jio fiber connection which is showing no internet connectivity since last 5 days. I have raised complaint but no one has visited yet despitei have made severalcalls to the distributer and engineer assigned . This is the worst service experience ever seen.

  Using Jio for 8 years, but the network quality is still disappointing. Charging extra for 5G while basic connectivity remains poor is unacceptable. Customers deserve better service and transparency. #Jio #NetworkIssue @reliancejio
