@JioCare Hi Nikita, since last 10months me and my family members are facing the signal issue. Due to this we are doing every call from out side of our home which is not good thing for jio also. Now I am frustrated to this thing and planning to switch. Kindly look into this.

Dear @reliancejio @reliancegroup, I’ve been having plenty of issues with my gigafibre and I haven’t got any help from @reliancejio’s customer care whatsoever despite dozens of calls and the same constant promise of “resolution within 24 hours”. Preposterous use of monopoly.

Service from @reliancejio is deteriorating day by day. They just cut the call even while it was connected to customer support. I only experience 3 mbps speed. However, I currently have two packs activated. Not good enough to run 4g. They have 5g in mind. LOL

@JioCare Dear team I raised a complaint for slow internet and I got a call from 7605916739, he was asking for KYC. I thought it's a fraud and denied to give any detail. Then after he started abusing me and my brother.@santkabirnagpol these people are real threat.

@JioCare should rename to @jioNoCare No internet connectivity for a week(12th Sept till date) and no resolution. My WFH is affected. All they do is extend the date of resolution. No real human executive to speak to. AI bots everywhere. @reliancejio

@JioCare Is doesn't seems that engineer is going to visit on fixed schedule At time of connection you people send 3 engineers and when service is needed no one is there. At least respect the loyalty of customer I had options to switch to Airtel but I insisted to use Jio. But now I regret.
