Please guide and fast track the process. Never expected this poor service from Jio. No response from the customer care after payment.

  @reliancejio @JioCare what kind of service is this? Your JioFiber service in Anna Nagar went down on 15 Aug around 11 AM. Since then, every promised restoration time has come and gone, first 3:44 PM, then 11:44 PM, then 11:44 AM today. Now you’ve pushed it to 17 Aug, 11:44 AM 😬
